Property is well maintained. Friendly tenants, great neighborhood. Perfect Location. Ideal for investment purpose

I have sent emails to the building property manager email account (150 Main) on 05/31/21 and 06/24/21 for a lease issue and several follow-up emails as well. So far I have not received any responses after more than two months! It’s not acceptable. NEVER seen anybody do business like this. Please have somebody for me to contact with, and let us have an agreement for moving forward.

Never ever consider to move in there yall. The AC at the condo we live in is not even working at all and they don't send anybody to fix it even when we called almost every single day. The pets we have at the place was almost passing out due to the hot air indoor, and still they ignore the problem refuse to offer any sort of help or service. And the elevator has a big problem as well. Worst management ever seen.

I am from Oakville and I am very surprised with the beauty of Hamilton's hidden gems. This condo is definitely a hidden gem and is located perfectly near. I was amazed at the amenities and how nice of a building it is. Felt like i was in a modern downtown Toronto luxury condo.

I have lived in the city for 15 years and can not believe the transformation of downtown. This condo is in a great spot near many of my favourite dinner hotspots near the core. I one day hope to purchase one of these condo units, just saving up:)

Ideal location, close to everything downtown, Locke St, James St, City Hall, First Ontario Center, Mcmaster Hospital, and easy access to highway. Condo itself is stunning, very clean and quiet.

The building is clean and the finishings are modern. The building has had many structural issues in the last year. My sink has fallen out of the countertop. The elevators seem to brake down once a month. The pool hasn't been operable since Aug 2017. The air conditioning has broken two times during heat waves. The water main broke and caused evacuation and lack of water. In the winter another pipe burst and caused evacuation at 5AM. DMS property management does it's best to work with poorly built infrastructure but still falls short on repair times. Renting in this building is fine, but I would never buy here.

Edit: there are multiple units being treated for mice.

Better bang for your buck than anything comparable in TO. Love the city and the location of the condo is key.

I have a friend who lives in the building, what a great place for Hamilton, It is a Toronto style Condo. The building has a great party area, workout room, pool. Anyone looking to rent in the Downtown Area, this is a great choice. Hamilton is expanding and the future is very bright for this area. Put this condo in Toronto and your paying a million plus. Great city views too!
