It is all you can eat sushi buffet restaurant, depending what you time you eat price maybe vary. But it's bit expensive on nights and you always pay for tips for some reason.atleast the the robot servers deserves it.

Wow, what good food and what good service, amazing waitresses who give great service, I really liked being here and highly recommend you to come!

Average Sushi, wasn't impressed.
I had to pay for my 4 year same like adult, and was charged 15% service fee because we were five, four adults and one child!
I was informed before seating, but I was embarrassed as I was inviting two of my friends with my family.
Avoid this place.

Food was good. My son especially loved the deep fried ice cream ball. Wasn’t super cleanly. Didn’t get ice cream because ice cream spoons were sitting in dirty water. Was definitely overpriced. But did love the robot food delivery.

The food was tasty but the waitress was rushing us to leave when we still wanted to order food and had only been there for 45-60 minutes. The tablet was not working so we ordered food that never came and then had to try and reorder.

Not very good at all. Sushi was poorly put together. The beef was cold and not seasoned at all. The side rice was clearly old, as it was mostly hard and unedible. Extremely disappointed.

Best experience and most craving part was the Seafood dish. Great spicy dish. Not to mention, all other Sushi and main dishes were equally mouth watering. Wort the price.

Service and food are good but the pricing is through the roof ($35 p/p), the service charge of 15% for a group of 5 is not appreciated. The menu has also shrunk considerably. Won't be back anymore.

So I was there today, the service when I come first was so bad, the manager treat the customers so bad and the worker as well. The table wasn’t clean even the chairs he just wiped it by his hand and this was disgusting. The food came so late and above of that I buy $5 dollars for their bad service? I am not coming anymore and this is just disappointed

Service and food was really good. Service was really good too. Take out is not that great but definitely would go in to sit down to eat AYCE.

Really nice all you can eat place. Lots of selection, frequent additions to the menu, and polite staff. Most importantly, though, they have one of those new cat robots that brings food to the table and I love it. When I went they were still testing it/trying it out but it's nice to see these things outside of the GTA, it adds some fun to the dinner.

Used to be a great place. Website says Open until 10. By 9: 15 we are getting harassed to order now if we want more. Hovering over us waiting for empty plates to clean up and get out. Ridiculous. Not to mention served beer in a glass with lipstick on it and apparently that's the end of the world. My date doesn't even wear lipstick!
Not to mention the noise. The owner behind us yelling into his phone, another patron watching video with his volume cranked up.

NOT IMPRESSED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife called to order food, and the person who took her order was the manager. He was the most rude and impatient person ever heard. My wife called me to tell me she doesn’t wanna go and pick it up cause she doesn’t wanna see the guy. I called and he apologized saying it’s hard to hear. Guess that’s why he said “you need to hurry up” when my wife couldn’t remember the name of a sushi roll. We canceled our order. Never going back.

Not as pretty as the south location but just as yummy. Look at the prices before you go so you're not surprised ;)

It's an AYCE restaurant so obviously don't expect gourmet sushi. Food came out pretty fast. Staff is hard working to ensure everything is going smooth. I understand why staff has to 'send the order' for you (to ensure nothing is messed up or that you're ordering the right stuff). Kind of slows down the service a bit but not a deal breaker. Mango Ice cream was amazing. Wish they advertised the 10% discount if you paid cash cause I would have brought cash. All in all good experience.

This place is not what it use to be. The items where either not seasoned properly or cold. I'm not sure what happened. Also If you tell customers last call is at 9: 50pm upon entry it's not necessary to to keep reminding, and rushing them. We know what time it is. Last time I was here was December 2019 and the difference with service and food quality was night and day. I will not be coming back to this location again.

Took over 15 mins to get a refill on drinks and almost 30 to flag down staff for our cheque. Server was rude.

Delicious, well-priced buffet One of my favorites, try the green tea or mango ice cream for dessert

Manager failed to inform us about the 15% service charge for groups of 5+. I completely understand service charges for groups and will gladly pay the fee, but you need to at least let your customers know about the fee before they pay the bill.

Manager also chased us down outside of the restaurant to ask if we had paid our bills. When I asked him if he was accusing us of dining and dashing, he became very defensive and told me I was "thinking too much" and he "just wanted to make sure we were served today". I understand dining and dashing is an issue and that conditions during the pandemic are tough, but I definitely felt disrespected today.

Terrible experience with the manager today. At least the food was good.

Exceptional place for sushi, prices are better for lunch so make that the time you go. Lots of variety, and just a delight for your tastebuds.

Food is great, services is great and fast. Would've given 5 stars but was charged more for the dinner than listed on the dinner menu. Didn't realize until too late.

I called them just to inquire but they hung up on me just because I wanted them to repeat what they said that i didn’t understand. I asked them politely. Rude behaviour!

All you can eat at the patio was a great experience. The food was delicious and the staff were great

White oaks location is MUCH better. This location has really gone downhill. Went to the patio with my sister and I have to say we were seated right away and the service was fast but that's where the pros end.
My strawberry mojito had way too much pureed strawberry, it looked like they blended the strawberry and mint. It's made properly at the other location. Spring rolls/cream cheese won tons were stale and had little filling.
One sushi roll we SWORE had processed cheddar cheese on it, we couldn't eat it. Luckily nobody tried to charge us extra which is honestly lucky for them because I would have snapped. All in all I will never go to this location again, I'll happily wait for dine in to reopen so i can go to white oaks. And the patio chairs are RIDICULOUSLY uncomfortable

Excellent service. Great food. Full bellies and a nice breeze on the patio. 10/10 Experience + points for ice Cream!

Staff were going out of there way to make sure everything at the table was top quality. Had a general felling of the servers going above and beyond just doing their job. 5 out of 5

This is usually my favourite restaurant. I had a terrible experience with the Manager Dishawn last night. He called me and yelled at me and spoke to me with the most disrespect any customer service has ever given me. I then got an order to my door that was quite clearly done out of pettiness. I'm sorry to say I will have to go to the other location from here on out as they treat me better.

Great option for AYCE sushi, but it's the apps that make it worth your money. Get the cream cheese wontons or wonton soup and you won't be disappointed.

Stale fish. Missing peices of the sushi. Disgusting taste threw everything away. The soup was horrible. Poor customer service at the door. Did i already say Stale Fish? Absolutely Terrible Overall. Would Not Recommend.

Worst place don’t ever go there! For one our food was undercooked and the table beside us had a cockroach on their food also not to mention the manager was very ignorant and pushy trying to make us pay $30 extra for a little bit of calamari we left like three rolls he was saying he’s giving us a good deal when we put up an argument he took it off still charged us Extra $10 I order was 170.26 We had the cash and he literally chased us down the parking lot for the $. 26 and was threatening him and angry with us saying he would knock us out we have never felt that worst in are life STAY AWAY

Horrible experience. Owner was pushy and rude. Me and a few friends left some food on the table so he tried to make us pay $30 extra and told us he was giving us a “good deal”. That was his words. Normally I’m a reasonable person and would pay something extra if he didn’t try to finesse $30 by telling us he’s giving a good deal to us. We told him we’ll finish whatever was left on the table. Then he tried to drop his “good deal” to $20. We disagreed and told him we would finish everything before we left.

He came back later and told us we would have to finish literally everything, every noodle, every sushi piece, every rice grain, which was completely unreasonable. He got angry because we didn’t take his “good deal” and told us to our face we ate too much. Never coming back to this location again, and telling all my friends to avoid it as well.

I love 168 Sushi! Huge variety of all you can eat food and always delicious! However, I don't recommend the spicy tuna rolls because unlike the picture on the iPad, the fish portion is very small. I suggest other Maki's that have more to them to make a bigger and tastier bite. Also, they don't take reservations, so be prepared to wait in your car for about 45 min if you want to dine in (this is to maintain social distancing rules). The good this is that they text you when your table is ready. Also, if you pay cash, they remove the tax.

The sushi was good. They were drastically understaffed and the all you van eat took 20 mins to get a new plate. Secondly the menu might have said you get say 6 pieces with a roll.when it came you got 4 or 3.making the wait longer. Staff were pleasant and hard working however and the food was a 7 out of 10. Salmon was stringy and fatty but the now raw rolls were fantastic

I love 168 sushi. Always friendly service. They follow the health protocol. Every server and kitchen staff (as far as I could see) is wearing masks and face shield.
The food is amazing.
I have been to both places (Dearness and Oxford) several times and never had a bad experience.

One of the best sushi buffets in London, ON. Very tasty sashimi, never had a stomachache after - which is also a big advantage. Recommend to all sushi fans.

Sadly my last visit turned into a very unsatisfactory one. Server left in the middle of our dinner on her break and no one was covering for her. They over seated the place not allowing for Covid 19 protocol people seated just a foot or so away were coughing and sneezing not even covering their mouths.

Literally my favourite Sushi place to eat at. The food always comes super fast even if they are extremely busy in side. The only downside is that the servers never ask how the food is, they just take the plates away.

Went on a birthday party last night.this place is not even worth of getting 1 star.greeter was trying not to serve us coz it was near to closing time.no one gave us enough information about how to order the and was rushing just to take the order. The server named CHRIS was so worst.and tried to fool us by scaring that the food u have ordered is very much and I'm sending it.and didn't gave a chance to correct it.and was continuously trying to scare us on amount of wastage charges. I will never suggest this place to anyone who are willing to eat sushi.worst customer service I have ever had and so do the other people who were with me.

Awesome place to eat out with your friends, and the waiter was awesome and really chill about everything. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who likes sushi, cause it's pretty good.

Great price and good food too. Place is clean, staff is very friendly as well. Service however can be hit or miss depending on the time of day. Regardless, this is one of the best sushi joints in town.

Sushi is relatively fresh for London, but great variety, fast food, and dishes tasted wonderful. Good dessert variety as well

I absolutely love this place. Lunch may have less variety, but it is cheaper. Dinner is more expensive, but you have a lot of variety. Love the fire cracker sushi (one of their new dinner sushis).
If you like sushi, come here. Service is great and food is awesome. Your water will be filled When you least expect it. As well, dinner shows up quick. Pace yourselves.

Not a bad place for an AYCE place. Hot foods from the kitchen does come out quickly and hot which is nice. Sushi is decent, not the best, not the worst.
Notes:
They don't take debit. They only do cash or credit card, however, there is an ATM inside and the last time I used it, it charged $1.75 which is not bad.
The pictures of food on the iPad does not necessarily look the same as it comes out.
Some items are way smaller than expected ie.udon soups are in much smaller bowls than before. But that's a good thing so customers don't waste much.
Staff are fairly polite and fast.
OVERALL: not a bad place. I don't think it's any better or worse than the location in the South.

Bland sushi, which makes their large selection of items less impressive. Even the teriyaki was served cold. A better all you can eat than Mandarin, with a lower price and table service. Great to visit with groups, but solo dining isn't worth it.

The waitress (an Asian lady at her 40s) who served me had some attitude issues. She never come to our table unless we ask; never replied to my "thank you" (I said thank you at least 5 times, she didn't even look at me when I said that.) ; worst of all, she (or probably the restaurant) didn't serve all the foods that we ordered. We ordered 4 rolls (each only has 3pcs) and they only gave us one of the four. One of my worst dining experience ever!

I went here for my birthday because I've seen advertisements for a free dinner on your birthday and have been once with family members and my one family member got a free meal on her birthday, but when me and 2 friends went for my birthday they said the only way to get the free dinner is to make reservations? I called before getting there and they said they don't need reservations? Went from a $35 bill, to me and my girlfriends bill being $77. Would not recommend going here on your birthday theyll find a way to get you out of a free dinner

As always the excellent food, the shrimp salad very tasty. The waiter very attentive. He explained how the menu works. All the dishes came so fast that we did not have to wait too long to get a meal. The place was quite, parking free, dont have wifi. The best part was a mangos ice cream.

Went here on partners birthday for the first time. Food and service was great however the problem comes with the other customers and what's allowed. When I was here this place was jam packed with a bunch of families nothing against them. But i found that the parents of young children thought just because they spent a little extra money they didn't have to control their children. For the entirety of the evening we delt with screaming children running around and one parent not simply just not caring at all but disrespecting the staff and being so disgusting as to put up his nasty bare feet on the chair and yell to the other table next to him to have a conversation with them. We tried our best to enjoy the evening but to put it simply the best part was leaving and getting away from the man's dirty and smelly feet. I don't think asking customers to keep their children calm and shoes on is that much of a task but apparently it was.

My favourite AYCE Sushi in London! Very nice atmosphere and the ice cream there was the best. (Try green tea and coconut)

Very fast service. Variety of foods even for those that don't like sushi. I do not suggest the deep fried ice cream. Its the worst I've ever had! Very soggy cake like texture on the inside and about a teaspoon of ice cream. See pics attached. Also attached are prices. You do not get charged for what you cannot finish here. Its buffet only. It has handicap parking and is fully wheel chair accessible and a place where you can have conversations with guests. It's also a great place for large groups. Located West of Oxford and wonderland rd. About a 10 min drive or $15 taxi ride from downtown.

Really cool tablet ordering system. Some items got forgotten, but the food was great, and it was all you can eat, so we could just reorder.

Food here is good, it's just we went around 9 and they close at 1030, around 945 they asked us if we wanted anything fried and we said yes and she took our Tablet away. I still wanted ice cream but didn't feel free to because they rush you out. I think it's very unprofessional to rush out customers, especially a big group that had arrived after us and was still eating.

This was the worst sushi place ever chicken wasn’t even cooked and the food just taste really bad in general never come here to eat I heart sushi is the way to go
