This is great 168 sushi! If you don't know, this kind of restaurant is a chain and franchise. That being said, quality differs from place to place.

Great service and staff. Good food.

UPDATE: Jan 2024, they no longer have crab legs! They've also cut a few things out of the menu (my fave crispy beef is gone) but have added a variety of different sushi! They also raised the price, still worth it in my eyes but definitely a bit pricey considering they cut out the crab legs.
The robots are cute but more of a nuisance than anything else.

Me and my family are regulars here. We love this place. The food is SOO good! And they have crab legs EVERY weekend. Usually packed on weekends so you could be waiting for up to 20mins. They need a bigger waiting area. The staff could be friendlier

One of our favorite place for all you can eat sushi in Mississauga, as they mention it’s halal no rice wine added. Lovely team.
They offer robot for serving which is nice for taking kids for this experience.

Reservations are definitely recommended, especially for a Saturday night. We had to wait a couple extra minutes for our table to be ready, but that wasn't an issue. Service was prompt, and food was hot and delicious. Really loving the teddy bear ice coffee feature drink! Adorable AND tasty!

This place is ok. Food is alright, but for $40.99 it's a nope for me. I would prefer to pay $42.99 and go to Wok of Fame. It includes water and drinks.
168 needs an appearance upgrade in decor.
The rolls have too much rice and some of the pictured items on the menu did NOT look like the picture.
The servers were friendly and polite. The price for this place should be about $11 or $10 less.
Not really interested in going again.

I have gone to 168 Sushi for over 10 years now and never in my life did I get such terrible service at a restaurant. Not only did they inspect every single dish for "leftovers" of one piece of sushi but they consistently gave a side eye or a look at you when you return back "leftovers". If the food was not good and is not as good as the display, it is understandable to return back to the kitchen. Every single waiter there has given us a lot of attitude whenever we asked to return ONE item or even one sushi remaining on the plate. I have gone to many AYCE Sushis and I understand that "leftovers" can be very annoying for the restaurant and wasteful on our part however the attitude that was given throughout every waiter was the worst I have had in years. I will never bring my business back here and I wish that management throughout these years will improve because I have seen nothing but great items at 168 being removed.

Been going here for years and it's been great until this evening July 26 2023.went with a group of 7 people. My sister in law asked if they had gluten free soy sauce and for that was told that she wasn't allowed to eat there.so we all got up and went to August 8 Sushi. Lesson learned

We had lunch here. Many options but each time when we send order request we have to call the server. Also, there are some dishes not coming till we finished.

The server was not nice with us. I am really dissapointed with the service here, Eventhough we tip them at the end, but its not worth it coming all the way from Toronto.

Environment is awesome, those sushi robots are adorable. I'd give 5 stars except our squid was horribly overcooked. It was cooked far past the rubbery overcooked stage which is sad because it wasn't busy when we went. But other than that, great experience

I used to like going to 168 Sushi. However after my last experience there, not so much anymore. Granted, this was my first visit since before the pandemic, but much has changed. The staff are just plain rude now. I missed the sign at the door that said I had to use their computer to “check in” so when I went to the hostess, she angrily just pointed to the door like she wanted me to get out before screaming to me “check in”. Wow, sorry I messed up your system, but why so angry? After being seated, we proceeded to order with the iPad as always, but there was no place order button. You now have to call a server over to authorize the order on the iPad. Like, seriously? I order the I have to order again? Not only that inconvenience, but also you get grilled by the server about your order, “are you sure? ” “is this really what you want? ” YES I DO REALLY WANT WHAT I ORDERED. What a ridiculous system. And soft drinks that they sell for $3 are not refillable. Which restaurant doesn’t offer free refills on soft drinks? 168 Sushi doesn’t! I don’t think I’ll ever be back.

Very fresh sashimi, nice variety and great quality of food! The robot cat waiter was also a lot of fun. We enjoyed being able to get our own salads and desserts while ordering hot items and sushi/sashimi on the iPad. The seafood boil items were also a great treat! I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys AYCE sushi.

Unfortunately there’s no zero star. Today, I ordered a sushi boat and the size of the salmon sashimi piece in it is the same with the size of a 25 cent coin (no joke), and there are four pieces in a boat. The performance of the restaurant is highly unstable. I recommend to look at other restaurants nearby instead of going to here.

The first visit after long shutdown was the most unpleasant among other restaurant or specially Sushi restaurants. First, the plates and table were not clean, we had to change plates. Food tasted as if it was cooked/prepared very long time before serving, not fresh, although the sushi must give you the sense of freshness at all times. The fried or hot plates came cold. Salad, cold shrimps and mussels are mixed with the desert and sweets bar, even the tongues used to serve are mixed.
Service is rude, unprofessional and as if they are providing charity service where we should be grateful to be fed. The climax was the washrooms which was disastrous, and reveals the truth about the carelessness and uncleanliness of the place. Worst Sushi experience ever.

This guy named Nam who greets and seats people is rude and does not know how to deal with customers respectfully. He is very arrogant, as if he owns the place. This guy is not good for business. He should be fired.

The food is ok, not that tasty compared to other places that are less expensive! The service is fast but could be more friendly (you get the feeling as if they are not happy you came)! I wouldn't go there again

We had a good experience up until the bill came, the food was great but our server was rude. Tipping is optional, you shouldn't demand a tip.

I walked in hoping to have a wonderful experience. The exterior is horrid, there is junk lying around the premises. I will admit the decor is beautiful once you get in. But the customer experience matched it's exterior. Ugly. We walked in, the host didn't even greet us. No hello or welcome. When we got seated the server's had a nasty attitude. The place was barely busy and we were friendly. My friend took me out for my birthday, so I was in a great mood. We were friendly but the employees weren't. So much attitude was reeking. I felt like a criminal at one point. We finished our drinks and moved over to Migas next door. Which gave me everything.

Restaurant was clean, staff was attentive and food was good. Not overly salty. But it took a while to get the food. First round was fast but second and third round was very slow. Maybe because very busy. There was line up in the front of restaurant. Anyway, parents and kids were full to the brim.

I really enjoyed my experience. There were many options on the menu, and the food was all enjoyable. The customer service was also exceptional and worth mentioning. All this despite lockdown restrictions amidst the pandemic.

Customer service is very bad in this place. The place was empty when we visited but the guy at the door (his name is Nam or Nab, if that is his real name) was very rude and seemed to be very unhappy to serve us. He sat us in a very bad area and gave us a very small table. When we asked to be moved because we were uncomfortable, he rudely said NO. I would understand if there was no other table available, but the place was empty. He argued with us disrespectfully and said we cannot have another table because the place would fill up soon. We made reservations very early and when we got to our table, he approached us and told us to move to the worst possible table in the restaurant. I feel we were treated badly because of our race. We noticed that he seated the white people in nice areas and forced us to seat in the most uncomforable table. We left the restaurant because we felt disrespected and insulted by this man.we will never come back to this place and will share this bad experience to our family and friends so they will never go there too. During these very difficult times for restaurants because of the pandemic, there is no room for people like this Nam in this business.

Efficient and fast service.thanks to Minh, our server today after a good bike ride in the west end. We opted to stay in the patio since there were a quite number of customers waiting to be seated.

One of the best All you can eat Sushi Buffet. Wide variety of flavours and choice of meat.

The salmon and Tuna sushi was very fresh.

My fav is the Prawn tempura sushi, Karage and I wasn't expecting the beef ribs to be good, but I was amazed at the taste and the cook of the meat. Well done

The salad section was really good. Cream puffs are out of the world when combined with ice creams️

Overall it was great experience and I highly recommend. Cheers

Mom's favourite sushi place. She loves the sides - calamari and beef on a stick. She'll try sushi on occasion. Wanted to say how much I appreciated the excellent guest service. Uber had delivered the wrong food. Called 168 and they made another fresh meal with no complaint. I was only expecting something off the next order. Will continue ordering from 168 mississauga and will be back to dine in post- pandemic. Thank you for your fantastic food and professionalism.

Never saw a business as irresponsible as this one before. On Valentine's Day 2021, my family placed an order online and paid a delivery charge of $5.99 and extra 12% as tip. Order was placed at 5: 27. Called after an hour, and was told it will be another hour. After many trials, at about 8: 10 our call was picked up and we were told that our food is ready for pickup! When we complained that food was supposed to be delivered, we were told, ok then call your driver! We mentioned that the order was placed on their website and we had no idea how it's going to be delivered, they said they don't know either! We kept calling and following up, eventually we were told to come and pick up your food. When I drove to the restaurant, and waiting for a while to find to someone, a gentleman who seemed to be the manager in charge told me that driver people picked up the good 10 min ago and is on his way! I was so upset but decided to leave the place. When called my wife I realized zed nothing had been delivered yet. Went back to the restaurant and complained, the person in charge asked me to wait another 10-15 min. Finally he gave me my food and tried to explain that this was a rare case! Our Valentine's evening was spent in a unexpectedly quiet and unhappy atmosphere. To my surprise when I checkey visa online a day after, I noticed that no adjustments had been made to the price and we were charged for delivery and top! By the way, when I brought the food home that night we noticed that one of the ordered soups was missing! I will be filing a complaint with Ontario Consumer Protection and will call visa to declare our payment as a ground! Will never ever go back to this restaurant again.

Horrible customer service! Guy at the front door (when things were still open) pushed us out of the door when we asked him to clarify why it was weekend pricing on a weekday. Yes, he literally put his hand on my brother to move him towards the door and us along with him.it was shockingly & unbelievably rude and we haven’t returned there ever since. The one time I had been there before this incident, food wasn’t good, I’ve had wayyyy better sushi in other places anyway. Would give negative stars if I could based on how we were treated! Please spend your money at a different sushi place, you’ll probably be treated nicely and it’ll definitely taste better than at this place.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! First there was a hair in our food, then plastic in our sushi! The server berratted my friends about finishing what was on our plate or else we would be charged when we weren’t even finished yet. Not to mention they were constantly watching and eyeing our table. Our server was so RUDE and rolled her eyes at us. On top of everything she DAMANDED a tip from us! Uhhh heck no! Even when we complained to the manager he didn’t do anything so for anyone wanting to try out this place. STAY FAR AWAY! NOT WORTH IT!

Decent all-you-can-eat sushi place with some Thai items on their menu. Food was of good quality, service was polite, helpful and efficient. The interior is aged and would benefit from some up-to-date renovation. Most of our plates at the table were heavily worn out, scratched and chipped.

Most of the dishes are of a very high calibre, especially for an all you can eat. What I liked the most, though, was the self serve salad and soup bar! Also, their creamy mohitos are truly delicious.

Service is terrible. Sat at table for 20 min without being asked for a drink. 20 mins!
Beef/chicken skewers were cold and dry.
Prices were raised for holiday yet menu was decreased. Lots of regular items moved to dinner menu only. Lunch menu did not have much variety of sushi rolls. Extra charge for non alcoholic beverages when it should be included in the all you can eat menu.

I and my family had a lunch for the family event today, Dec 31 2018. During having the lunch, I left some sushi rice because the rice was too sweet. It was wired. It was much sweater than before. Anyway the server threatened us to finish all rice or pay for the dinner price. Only I left the rice, not other family members. She was so rude and ruined my family's new year eve event.
The owner should train servers before they start to serve customers everyday and the servers need to know how to treat customers nicely and politely.

Amazing experience, I've had better sushi in Downtown but I'm giving 5 stars because of our server and her name is Jin. She's very helpful, attentive, polite and quick. I highly recommend this place!

This place is Great for all-you-can-eat sushi, It does its job to satisfy your sushi cravings a bit pricey for the pocket. But, I tell ya' You get for what you pay for. That means if your around the city of Mississauga and want to have a taste of everything this is the place for you. Reminder tho, they do get a line up so either b ready for that or come in for early dinner instead. Enjoy!

Fast and courteous staff.ordering is digital so we were never left waiting. Food was fresh and we were able to take home the rest of the food we didnt finish.for dessert, the mango pudding and the tiramasu was good.would definately reccommend this place!

The staff was really rude. They will charge for kids under 5 even if they dont eat anything. They were even going to charge us for half plate of pad thai that was left over cux it was too dry an no one wanted to eat it. Ok food but they will try to make money of anything they can.

I went here on my birthday plus my friends birthday and it was amazing! If you go here on our birthday with 3 paying adults, you get your meal for free but make sure you make a reservation first. However, please make sure to double check your bill before paying. I almost got charged dinner prices when I had lunch and 3 adult prices add up pretty high if you are not careful to checck.

Been many times. Consistently high quality, in a nice clean atmosphere. Price used to be great, but they bumped it and now it's just 'reasonable'. Try lunch rather than dinner to save $$. Family friendly and lots of parking!

I been a regular customer here but one experience changed all that. I had been served a glass of water that had someone else's lipstick mark on it! I took a picture of it before I complained about it to our waiter who took it away promptly. I then asked to speak to the manager that's always there, he refused to even give a discount on our meal for having been served drinking water in a sub standard "clean" glass. He says it happens all the time and it's normal.excuse me? ! If it's happening all the time that's not okay and you should have a higher standard of clean and health safety, you are in Canada not China.we take health and safety seriously here. He changed his attitude when I showed him I took a picture, he said he'd give me a 10% discount if I deleted it. Of which I did in front of him. I say avoid this place, they don't take your health seriously. Usually is fruit flies around a lot as well.

This restaurant was amazing. Lots of options to choose from which can be overwhelming if you’re not a foodie but generally good. Food tastes delicious. I’ll definitely be back.

Located conveniently on Dundas just off Winston Churchill and the QEW and/or the 403,168 Sushi is easy to get to by car or by public transit. Parking can be slightly tight due the lot arrangement but it nowhere near downtown Toronto bad. Ordering is done via the wireless touchpad and the service is efficient and on occasion friendly. There is a self-serve bar for salad and soup which is loaded with the usual: hot and sour soup, clam chowder, wonton soup and corn soup. I found the hot and sour soup slightly too sweet which might turn off those who don’t like sweetness in their savoury (and not a typical feature in hot and sour soup anyways). Sashimi felt fresh and very well cut. The torched sushi is particularly well done albeit on the slightly smaller size range. The maki rolls seemed less than stellar and borderline rushed. It tended to split open easily and felt smushed. The tempura was a little soggy looking but still crunchy (likely due to lack of oil temp and proper drainage). Overall the place was pretty decent for its price and I would've rated it 3.5 out of 5. Accepts credit, cash and debit. Reservations are highly recommended if coming here past 6pm on weekends and if parties are larger than 4.
