Very caring and pet friendly. Hope to continue my pets visits here and not be over charged like my other vet.

I was referred here by my sister (her dog is named Dakota), and I really love the atmosphere that all of the workers have. Everyone is so nice, there is transparency with what are the procedures and what services are being charged. Really content with this place:)

I had an appointment at this location and when I went in they said no doctor is available to vaccine my cat, I got so frustrated because i canceled my plans to get my cat a vaccine, they said they can try to book appointments around but they couldn’t do it, they booked me another appointment for the coming week and assured me that I will not have to pay for the vaccine as they wasted my time. Now I received an email that my appointment has been cancelled again and I can’t be their client again, just because they have to get a free vaccine they cancelled my appointment, for me it’s not about the money it’s about my time, I didn’t even ask for the free vaccine they gave it to me and now this cancellation of my new appointment and wasting my time again as I planned it ahead of time. Worst service ever had, not recommending to anyone. Please talk to your front desk representative, she assure me that on the next appointment i can talk to the doctor and will consider the appointment for free if possible as clinic wasted my time, i’ve the screenshots of the confirmation of the appointment last week, also, not paying for the next time is not called threatening for your kind information it was just a discussion with your employee, anyone will be mad if your clinic will waste their time you need to accept your mistake not just putting the blame on your customer, how can you guys even do this? Pls Talk to your staff to collect the right information, please check my appointment confirmation you’ll know that your clinic is at fault, how can you guys simply say that no doctor is available when you booked an appointment? , if anything happens to my cat for not getting her vaccine on time then your clinic will be responsible for playing around twice with my booked appointments.

Wonderful! I've been taking my furbaby here since we got him as a puppy and they have taken great care of him since. After almost every visit we get a follow-up call asking how he is recovering/doing.

Every staff members and doctors are very professional, caring, and compassionate. Would keep coming back and recommend others.

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT GO HERE
I came here some time ago for my cat who was not eating and having diarrhea. Instead of being helpful, they tried their best to get as much money as possible from me and my mom. Medicine, food? (he wasn't even eating), ridiculous fees that no other vet clinic would charge. I realized after speaking around to others we got scammed really bad and paid a total of $1400 when it could've easily been avoided. I was told to force feed my cat and when I asked for a deeper explanation the Dr said I would have to bring him in for further examination costing much more!
He was also very very rude, passive aggressive with me and constantly cut my expressions of concern off.
Also the doctor misdiagnosed my cat! My cat got better naturally and none of his products we spent $$$ helped.
These people do not care about our pets they only want to make their wallets fat.

I would suggest the clinic at Brimley and Lawrence as they do not overcharge and are more concerned about your pets health.
Very honest and provide wonderful advice.

Great service everytime. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They answer your questions and share advice. They have a true interest in your pets health. A pleasure to visit them.

Don’t bring your dog here. Take them to Applecreek Animal hospital or Markham veterinary clinic or if they can’t take them, just go straight to animal emergency hospital and save some money. I went here instead of the emergency animal hospital because they were open on Sunday. They ran some X-rays which costed $600+ and his diagnosis was my dog had a twisted stomach and he’s not comfortable doing the surgery…aren’t you guys an animal hospital? ! So he refers me to an emergency animal hospital! I paid $r what? I ended up going to the emerg and they didn’t even use his xrays cause they were unclear and no he did not have a twisted stomach but he did have an obstruction in his stomach and my vet, Dr. Augustine from Applecreek, did the surgery the next day and did a phenomenal job. Please save your money and go somewhere else. The vet here is incompetent and money hungry. You can also tell he’s not an animal lover the way he interacts with animals.

Update: You guys misdiagnosed my dog and also charged me $600+ for X-rays which is what emergency hospital charges and also charged me an admin fee when you guys didn’t and couldn’t do anything except refer me to an emerg. Not only that, the X-rays you provided were not of any use! Applecreek animal hospital is not an emergency clinic either but they rearranged some surgeries for me and did the surgery the same day and it was an obstruction, not a twisted stomach.

Professional, clean and great customer service. They take such wonderful care of our Duke! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thx!

Dr Ahmad is very caring and has a lot of integrity. They saw my pup the same day and gave us the reassurance we needed. We are very thankful for his team that treated us with compassion and kindness. Please go here before contacting the emergency vets. As of today's date, their reviews and how they treat animals are frightening.

STAY AWAY, Honestly that doctor fareed Ahmad is possibly the worst doctor ever he’d would tell you a price and when you go to pay it’s a whole different price this doctor says something that does not make any sense and shouldn’t be talked about he makes me feel he doesn’t know any thing about his job!

They were my Dogs Vet for Many Years always looked after him well. The Dr Was Friendly and easy to talk too

My boy bunny neutered last month … staff was very nice very frndly … very professional…. The way they take care of pets I really like it … the day my boy got neutered I call them 4 to 5 times like after every hour … to know the update of my bunny …. They were very nice wid me … giving me updates Howz my bunny is doing … when I go to pick my bunny … they explain me very frndly very nicely how to take care of ur bunny …how to give medications …. Everything they explain to me … I never went to vet clinic.that was my first experience n it was extremely… excellent…. I definitely recommend this vet hospital… price is also reasonable not that much high like other places …. Gud job guys … keep it up

Vet and every other staff were really nice. I had lot of questions and they patiently answered them all. Clinic is clean and neat

This vet is a CROOK. Will not give you any straight answers. Will push testing and more testing on you and offer no solutions or diagnoses. Just administers bogus anti inflation and antibiotic shots. THANK GOD I transferred to another vet or my poor cat would have continued suffering for months

Excellent service - highly recommend them for your fur babies. The staff and doctors were quite helpful and accommodating to our family during a very tough time where our dog was terminally ill. They provided the best guidance on testing, appropriate treatments and eventually the discussion on quality of life.
