Every other time its people for the people cuz my thing is always similarly different but depending on what I'm demanding most of the time I come out not feeling like I just got rinsed for the things I could have alternatively gotten elsewhere but it's a good enough fix on the spot if u happen to be in that area. Keep in mind latest news on regulations and shelf contents and inventory -– they might not have every lil bit unless ur used to just buying new gear when something simple brakes or becomes impractical

Definitely the best vape shop around Toronto. Joseph is the most helpful guy round town. Will be coming back. I recommend this place!

This is my one and only place for vape juice in Toronto. I love the staff. They are super friendly and always take their time to help customers find just what they need. Weather it comes to fixing your vape, choosing a new flavor or first timers with a dozen questions. These guys are here to help and are super knowledgeable.

If you are new to vaping, Peter is the guy you need to meet. He was so patient and helped me pick the right juice.

I've been in a few times now, and the staff is always extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They often have great deals on both juices and devices. I wish I could recall the previous workers but I was with Alisha today, and she was a huge help with finding flavours I liked and for offering recommendations on different devices and systems. I will definitely be returning when I'm ready to purchase my new vape!

180 Vape Islington - Wonderful service. He gave great advice, suggestions, explained how to use product and they even have testers to help you choose tobacco flavor. Very laid back, comfortable.will definitely go back. Thank you for your friendly, informative service!

Went there today and it's my third time there. Very friendly staff, good selection as well. However I must note that the girl with the shaved sides was the most knowledgeable and friendly

After a number of really positive visits to other locations, I found the location in Etobicoke exceptional. Outstanding service, knowledgeable staff members that went "Above and Beyond" to assist me with my first purchase. I picked up a GeekVape Aegis Legend mod with a Crown IV sub-ohm tank. A return visit to bask in their product wisdom and pick up a new 0mg eJuice flavor was fabulous and I would highly recommend this location be your first stop. Great Crew, solid service, good advice. I would go nowhere else.

This location has a really amazing manager who was every bit of helpful as he could have been. I ask questions and Vince was very helpful. However I noticed that i became very uncomfortable due to the temperature in the store. It was unbearably hot and he offered me water and anything else he could do to help. Please get someone in there to fix the Air conditions. It's borderline pass out heat in there. Cant imagine being in there for an entire work shift let alone less then 15 mins just to buy my items.

If i could rate this as ZERO, I would.
The customer service in this location is terrible. The staff are weird and give you an uncomfortable feeling in the store. When making purchases they do not advise you properly to product. If you are looking to buy from 180 go to a different location. Consider this your last resort.let it never be! !

Great selection, price matching, knowledgable, helpful & friendly staff and a decent loyalty program to top it off. You won't find a better vape shop.

This store location in specific is not good. They have staff that seem off and give you weird vibes. You’re also not aloud to vape in this shop unless you use their store vape to try a flavour. All the other 180 Vape and other vape shops let you use your own and also vape in their store.

The girl and guy who work here are not knowledgeable about the products they sell in ranges from vapes to, e-cigarettes and juices.

Very basic understandings with no explanations or info guide to products.

Deserves a zero star for ratings. Please go to a different location.this 180 Vape location is no good!
