The lady with short hair green and black colour.she's really rude I ask her for the different between two of these vape she was like you can see it online I don't know whats the different. Hence, I asked her what's the different between these size she was like you have eyes you can see I was like what going on with her.like as big company they should not hire people like this with bad attitude.

Worst experience ever. We were three people trying to purchase 3 vapes and I asked her whats the difference. She replied: the size, I said can you tell me more about it she literally said you don’t have eyes! Bad attitude and she has short green with black hair. I went to the Danforth branch, and joesph was really helpful.

I came to shop just as regular customer and the lady working there with colored hair she was not helpful and rude. We are regular customer to 180vape but any more this branch. She is with zero customer service.so disappointed of the way she speak to us i was hoping to get her name but she refused.

Wow, what an experience I had with Josh. He was very knowledgeable, and gave thorough, yet easy to understand tips and tricks to maintain my vape.

Just got served by Cynthia at the Flemingdon Park location. Right off the bat she was charming and friendly. Exceptional customer service. Why do people like her work behind the counter? She should be working for your management team in head office! Promote this young lady immediately!

This is one of the best shop ive been visited here in toronto! The staffs are very polite and professional they knows their products and all the stuffs here are all updated according to the brands from the mods and rda's to the juices all are new! And ofcourse the place was clean and organized! I can say i am gonna be their regular costumer from now on! Im going to recommend this shop to all the members of toronto vapers club!

A bit pricey. But the warranty/return policy seems to be decent and the staff are cool. Hours could be better. Products are good.

Last day for half off vape juice they where closed due to flooding for about a week or so as a thankyou/sorry for being closed fit so long they had a half price sale on their juice. Can you say stock pile thx guys that was great way to make up for the closure.

I came here a while back this place is awesome the stuff are incredibly nice at directing you and giving you the right advice so this is the place for you to go if you need anything for vaping.

They are really good but they don’t understand my coz who’s 15 year old girl is very addicted to that and her parents found out but they agreed to buy her vape. She walked in with her parents but they kicked her out if she’s with her parents why not, she can stay there what’s the problem.

Keith was very informative and thorough in explaining how the vape unit operates. I learned a lot and feel comfortable using the vape unit to quit smoking cigarettes. I suggest you see him at the Don Mills location.
