I recently contacted 1st Choice Appliance to repair my fridge and I can’t say enough good things about them. From the initial call to the completion of service, their customer service was awesome. Many thanks to the amazing appliance technician, David, who came out to fix my fridge on his day off. Wow! He acted with a sense of urgency once the replacement part came in and promptly came over to repair my fridge. David was very polite and professional. Thanks for the A+ service!

Steven was terrific, as before. He arrived on time, was very helpful and fixed our problem fast (he seemed to know what it was from our telephone conversation). He was informative with questions on new products. We will certainly use this company again, should the need arise

The phone staff was upfront about pricing and service. I was happy with what I heard and scheduled my first repair with them. They were on time, polite and the price was competitive to say the least. I used them again just a couple weeks later and will continue to do so.
