20/20 Eye Care

Our initial service was great. My 86 year old mother needed progressive lenses and the optometrist and staff were great with her. My low rating is because it took 4 WEEKS for her glasses to come in. 4 WEEKS! The fact that it took an insanely long time and I wasn’t offered a discount on my balance shows very bad customer service. I will not go back there again.

This place is really good. The doctor was amazing, listens to my concerns
and explained everything. The girls were knowledgeable and helpfull. Silvia was the one who helped me and she was very helpful and her customer skills is a top notch.

Wonderful experience - when I had some difficulty adjusting to a new prescription they provided a second exam to ensure all was well. They wouldn’t even accept payment for the second exam. Overall excellent experience as they really go above and beyond for their patients.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Singh was great as well, friendly and communicated clearly.

I have been going for two years now and have had a great experience every time I need lenses! The lady that helps me (Silivya) always makes sure I’m taken care of.

Amazing customer service here! The manager David went above and beyond to help me pick my frames. The doctor and front desk staff were also incredibly nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Staff was very kind Nidhi assistant me to get immediate appointment on very short notice as had eye inflammation.
Dr. Singh was friendly and approachable, helped with the quick accurate diagnosis and prescription to work towards it.

Very good service, i highly recommend them. The front desk staff are super nice and go out of their way to assist you in the smoothest way possible. The doctors are also great, ive seen two there and both were very knowledgeable and patient. I needed some extra testing done because my case is a bit complex and they did a thorough job and made sure to keep me informed along the way. I will return to them for sure in the future.

I have 3 young kids and doing most things is difficult. They were so sweet and knowledgeable. Helped me manage to get all 3 of their eyes checked. I was having a really terrible day and they went above and beyond to help me. 10/10 would recommend. Also, pricing is reasonable.

I learned about 20/20 Eye Care from my Sun Life account. The staff and doctors are fantastic! Considering there's a pandemic, I felt safe and got glasses that are clear and very high quality. I've bought very expensive Nikon blue lenses from another optical store, but they were easily scratched. 20/20 Eye Care's house brand glasses are way more resilient, much more scratch-proof, and easier to clean! Thanks 20/20 Eye Care team:)!

Dr Singh and his staff are amazing! They go well beyond what is expected to provide the best care in a courteous, friendly, and safe environment.

I had an eye exam and consultation with Dr. Singh recently. He helped me understand the status of my eyes better and also guided me towards maintaining a good "eye hygiene", encouraging overall eye care, which is beyond just prescribing glasses. The staff is friendly, patient and caring. The glasses seem to be of good quality too! Happy to choose this place!:)

I was screened for co-vid before even being let inside. Then given thorough eye exam which lead to getting help with selecting new glasses. My vision is not perfect but even I could see a great effort was being made to spray and wipe down the glasses to keep things clean as possible. I was very impressed with staff. Thanks!

Great eye doctor. Dr. Ampreet Singh walked me through everything going on with my eyes very intelligently, kindly, and patiently. The technicians were great as well. If you’re looking for a eye doc, try this place.

I love this place, everyone is so friendly! The dr is awesome. And the glasses are very reasonable. I got a really nice pair for 100 dollars. They had cheaper and they had more expensive. But there very nice and thorough and reasonable.

Very welcoming and pleasant to visit. Doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. I don't have a history of any eye issues and still mostly 20/20 vision so hard for me to give much detail. That said I decided to try someone new for my annual exam, and was pleased, and will be going back in 2021.

Jody, the receptionist, is kind, polite and attentive to detail. She was able to accommodate me by finding appointments that best suited my busy schedule. This is the happiest I've been with a set of glasses in a very long time. I now have progressives that actually work, and a style I'm not embarrassed to wear going out. I think the terminal they use to take measurements is a big step forward from the old school manual method. Well done, 20 20 EYE CARE!
