I had a mixed experience at this practice. The dentist was thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedures. The dental hygienist was also friendly and gentle. I have no complaints regarding the quality of the dental service provided. However, I encountered significant issues when dealing with the admin staff. One particular area of concern was their billing process, which proved to be quite problematic. The lack of attention to detail and the repeated mistakes were frustrating, to say the least. What disappointed me, even more, was the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by the admin staff. Despite their mistakes, I did not receive an apology or any form of acknowledgment for the inconvenience caused. It is disappointing when a dental clinic fails to address customer concerns and takes no responsibility for their errors.

Dr linda chau operated horribly on my wisdom tooth extraction.she had me transported to a surgeon 30 minutes away to complete the procedure she could not finish while i was unfrozen, half awake with an opened wound in my mouth.i was dying in the back of the car on the way to the surgeon.when i finally got there, the surgeon couldn’t even wait to freeze my mouth back without yanking my mouth opened and retrieving the tiny piece of tooth left in the opened wound.what a traumatic experience.this place should NEVER say they can extract wisdom teeth.stick to cleaning teeth.in response to the clinic's reply: i choose to keep my account anonymous, hence my name will not come up on the system.i have already contacted you and your clinic's response asked for me not to take legal action and only pay $100 for a $2000 procedure.

The staff at 20 Finch Dental are great, and the service is excellent. I was late for my last appointment, but my dental cleaning was still thorough and professional. I’ve been a client for about 5 years and very happy with them.

Having moved around a lot, I have personally been to 7 different clinics and have seen 9 different dentists in the GTA. I would say that Dr. Chau is definitely the best dentist I have met as she is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and sincere. In the past, I always found going to the dentist anxiety-triggering. So, I never asked any questions whatsoever and always left feeling uncertain. It is definitely refreshing to have met Dr. Chau, who is very patient, always walking you through the process and works very hard to make you feel comfortable. We also come to see Madura who is a very skilled hygienist and very personable. I’m glad my family has been connected with 20 Finch Dental; we have been patients here for 3-4 years now and our experience here has always been pleasant.

Staff is totally disarming - really friendly and professional.
Treatments are gentle and I always leave confident that I have received the best care possible.

Pretty wonderful experience overall. Excellent dental technician Jun, she is works gently but does a great cleaning job. Rita wonderful attitude, and very professional. Unlike other offices they don't seem to overbook. And they work until the job is done. Parking on the rear street is easy its a Green P.

To be honest, I can be a reluctant dental patient. I visited today with a broken lower molar in tow.
Dr. Yasmin and Rita as chairside were incredibly gentle and saved my tooth. Dr. Yasmin's skill and with Rita's assistance, left me feeling like a happy camper.

Dr. Yasmin did a thorough dental examination and was very informative about the steps and procedures of the examination. She also walked through all the results without rushing through anything. The dental hygienist, Madura was very thorough with cleaning my teeth and advised future steps needed to maintain my oral health. She sent me home with a small oral health kit as well. I felt very well taken care of from the beginning to the end. With their top notch modern equipment to friendly and knowledgeable staff, this is the best place to seek for your oral health. Your oral health is very essential and should not be compromised in any way. 20finch dental is your place!

This was my first time at the clinic and the administrative staff were very friendly. I felt safe as all protocols were followed during this covid time. The dental hygienist Madura gave me a very good cleaning and was patient with her time. She advised me all the things I needed to do to maintain my dental health and advised me the results of what she saw during my examination very thoroughly. I would highly recommend this clinic for all your oral health needs!

Excellent! Big fan of Dr. Linda Chau, she is very patient and is always very thorough in her examinations and explanations of procedures.
Due to Covid as all dentists had been closed for some time I hadn't been able to get in for regular cleaning and one of my impacted wisdom teeth became infected. Dr. Chau and her team went above and beyond to get me in ASAP and confirmed the infection, gave me prescriptions to clear up the infection and deal with the pain it was causing and gave me multiple referrals to ensure I was able to quickly see a surgeon to get the teeth out.

Healthcare is increasingly complicated in the new normal and the team at 20 Finch Dental really put in a great effort to take care of me.

My dentist is Linda Chau. She is the best dentist I have ever met. Not many dentists have compassion on their patients, so i would say that she is beyond a professional. She explains to me all the procedure details, taking away my anxiety. I wish the clinic a successful recovery after the pandemic, I can tell they have spent a lot of efforts to accommodate the new medical requirements.

Hygienist did a gentle, good job unlike my encounters at another clinic nearby the area. She was also knowledgeable and provided further instructions how to better care specifically for tooth with specific conditions.

Great Dental office. The hygienist that has seen me the past two visits is very personable and made sure I was comfortable with getting my teeth cleaned. The admin team is also very friendly and patient when I ask to rearrange my appointment five times. They even sent email or text reminders depending on which you prefer. Dr Ro is very professional and explains thing very clearly. I would recommend this dental office.

Everyone in this dental is friendly and professional. The hygienist is gentle and explain to you everything. Dr. Chau is very kind and friendly. She knows her stuff and always makes me comfortable. I took my son since he was 18 months and Dr. Chau was super nice and gentle with him. She explained everything is details and let him watch a show while she examine his teeth. My son was afraid at first but thanks to Dr. Chau, he is not scared going to dentist now and he let them clean his teeth without a fuss.

I have been a long time patient. Staff is always pleasant and perhaps most importantly always willing to take the time to explain the procedures and if applicable the options.

I suppose no one really looks forward to going to the dentist, but in the end the team at 20 Finch always takes care to make it a positive experience.

Dr. Chau was great. Even with an outrageous gag reflex, she was able to fix a very complicated situation. This is the second time had her do my dental work. Highly recommend her.
