Roaches are everywhere in the building! These pictures were taken today in the laundry room! A room that is supposed to be clean! Management lied and told us that there will be a treatment done this week in our unit. Come this week, they said it won't happen till the end of the month! They were quick to respond to reviews and say that the issue will be corrected, JUST FOR THEIR IMAGE. In reality, they do not do anything! WORST MANAGEMENT EVER, WORST BUILDING EVER! ROACH INFESTATION EVERYWHERE!

I have been living in this building for a while now and I have to say, it's been the worst experience of my life. The building is infested with cockroaches, not just in the units, but in the hallways and even the laundry room. Despite two treatments in the span of two months, the infestation has not been resolved and I have had to replace my brand new microwave and toaster because of it.

The management of this building is also a disaster. They make a lot of mistakes and never accommodate them. The manager is even worse and does not do anything to help. Every time you talk to any member of the management team or staff, they put the blame on another staff member and never take responsibility for their actions. I reached out to them a month ago for an issue and have yet to receive any response. The noise complaint I filed was also met with indifference, as they told me to resolve the issue myself with the neighbor.

They never respond to calls or messages, and the only way to catch their attention is to mention rent money. This is the only time they will respond. They do not take care of any issues or complaints and it's been a constant struggle to get anything done.

I would never recommend anyone to come and live in this building. The cockroach infestation, the poor management, and their complete disregard for residents' needs make it a terrible place to live. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a better living experience.

The building management team is not good at all. Very unprofessional people. A fire alarm is conducted for the whole day, very annoying. Yet, no one was informed. They should have update and inform the residents in advance of such testings or activities!

It is a very nice place to live, Nice and funny staff. They keep it clean and respond directly to any request

Have been living there for more than 10 years. Spacious unit with decent rent compare to neighbors nearby; easy access to public transit, highways and shopping malls; old building, so to expect the usual problems, recently renovated with elevators and balcony; friendly staff. Overall worth the value.

The building is falling apart! Constantly the walls are cracking and needing repair and it has a serious cockroach problem. They are fast at bringing in pets control but it doesn't work.

I have lived in many buildings over the years mostly in the GTA but also across Ontario and this is by far the cleanest building. Work orders are tended to in a timely fashion and the staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, in a building this in a city of this size you are going to encounter pest control issues etc. I guess the solution is to buy a house or when management has pest control come in if everyone doesn’t comply then it’s almost pointless. They are in the process of upgrading the elevators which is great as they needed replacing.

Avoid, you'll thank yourself.
This building is a disaster. The management has both stated and demonstrated over a number of years a total lack of caring as to their responsibilities under the landlord tenant act. They illegally enter your suite with zero notices when it suits them, they issue notices sometimes as the work is commencing (balcony renovation, laundry room renovation) and sometimes they issue right to entry notices the night before they want to enter (less than 12 hours)
They've done the same annual fire alarm testing each year I've been here and issued the same illegal notice each year, that states they'll enter anytime from 9-5 over a 3 day period under the logic that it's somehow an emergency service. Yeah, I'm not kidding, would be funny if it wasn't so God damned infuriatingly stupid.
They don't do proper inspections of suites at all, I've lived here for 5+ years and they've never inspected mine, or if they have they again entered my suite without my knowledge (illegal under the act)
There is a near constant infestation of roaches in the sub basement, basement and 1st floor level, which is constantly being reported but never actually addressed with finality.
They have issues with mathematics as well, brush up on your skills because they will definitely try and rip you off if you're not double checking their numbers.
Their head office is a joke, about as unprofessional and generally incompetent as the local management is, so don't expect any help unless you plan to nail them to the wall with the government tribunal, which is very possible if you've got the time and patience to do that kind of thing. Ultimately, just avoid this overpriced slumlord paradise and you'll thank yourself for it.

-the apartments are huge (hence why I left my small condo to move in here}
-the staff tries to resolve issues
-warm in the winter

Cons
-so many cockroaches, they're literally everywhere. In the building. (had a 1 year Civil War with them. Finally remove them from my apartment. The exterminator said my apartment is the only one that's roach free as of Sept 2018. Bought my own bug killer products)
-there use to be only one working elevator (30 min waiting time). Now they replaced them so there's two but still have to wait a bit
-been here for a year and they already raised my rent even though there are so many issues
-the building is literally falling apart (made in 1969
-you have to open your car window (even in winter) to use a key and open the garage.
-to use the gym you pay 10 dollars per month even though only 2 machines work. You'd be better off doing push-ups at home
-no ac so in the summer time its extremely hot.
- I've ordered stuff from Amazon, Amazon leaves it in front of the door and they get stolen. People steal here.

The management are very friendly and attend to you in a timely manner. I have always enjoyed living here and I am very happy that we are getting brand new elevators and balconies

The worst management and manager ever, the walls are cracking, and come to fine out when I move out I have to pay for any damages that are not my fault. There is always something with this building. The owners should really see to firing the Manger, and treat people fairly, and don’t con people to paying for damages when everything in this building is old. I see a lot of lawsuits in their future.
