I was a few minutes late and the receptionist was very kind about it. The ultra sound technician was also very friendly and professional.

The practioner of ultrasound is very thoughtful and professional. The receptionist, Karen, (I guess) is very amicable and welcoming. Great experience!

Friendly and polite receptionist, doctors and helpers.
Super helpful even if you asked dummy questions or wanna know more about the treatments.

Had a great experience at this super clean lab. Employees were all very kind & knowledgeable - they also got me in for an appointment quickly! Highly recommend 20 Wynford.

First time went here for my 27/28 week’s ultrasound because my usual one didn’t have appointment available. Worst experience with the technician (name was Kiabah something) she seems to be so novice not knowing properly how to handle! I regret going there - she didn’t even have the courtesy to show us the baby wherein all ultrasound clinics does that at the end. When I asked her that we would like to see the baby- she was rude and barely showed it for 5secs. For calling my husband who was sitting outside the room, she said I can call him from my phone as I will have his number (like seriously? ! Because for all other places- technician themselves call the partner). She even had to call one of her senior colleagues as she wasn’t sure of some of the stuff Dr has requested! They really need to train ppl well especially handling pregnancy related ultrasounds as people have lots of emotions attached to it. Will probably need to take another requisition from gynecologist as I am doubtful of her skills. For sure never going there again- even if I don’t get appointment in the whole Toronto!

Even though I moved from Scarborough years ago, there are somethings I still take the drive for. Seems like when it snows in Keswick, where I live, all doctors and medical services take it as an excuse to close and take the day off but at this location the staff were helpful, friendly, patient and accommodating.

I had a great experience with both X ray and Ultra sound. Raziya was amazing, very professional and kind. The bathroom was very clean, I would go back to this place. It's unfortunate that this place got some bad reviews to due lack of professionalism by technician called Uzma. I hope the management team will look into the complaints made by some of the patients.

I had a very bad experience with the lady names Uzma who is ultrasound technician. She behaved so rude and unprofessional, during my checkup I asked her few questions that my family doctor told me I am allowed to, but she answered me very rudely and just stopped me saying anything. At the end, she told me so rudely to take my jacket and get out soon because her other patient is waiting. I was so disappointed and felt bad.

Great clinic. The receptionist/front desk woman is very helpful organized. The male x-ray technician was professional and polite. I will be going to this clinic for future imaging.

Setting appointment was easy. I was on medical transport and clerical staff and technician were superb and efficient.
Also Dr Ching who I spoke to was caring and directive. Overall and A plus and big thank you

Fatalistic experience at 20 Wynford X-Ray and Ultrasound! I would recommend this clinic to everyone in need of imaging. I walked in with no appointment, was greeted by the terrific staff, and received my x-ray immediately. I will be returning to this clinic for all future imaging.

My compliments to Karen at the reception, John at X-rays and Alisya at ultrasound for their efficiency, kindness and generosity of spirit. Any one who goes in for services in this location will receive wonderful welcome and committed attention.

The female technician was very rude, I was having concerns about the Ultrasound but she did not comfort me at all instead, she kept telling me to hurry because there is other patients after me although I was the only patient in the clinic! If there were less than a star I would give this place. DON’T GO THERE!

The doctor and staff are very rude, they are not nice, please chose a good one. I don’t prefer this place.

I must commend the staff at 20 Wynford for their excellent care and service. To be greeted by Jacclyn, Karen and Razia made me so relaxed. In this time of covid when staff in most organization is working so hard to keep us healthy your office tops the charts.

This site is always: clean, well-organized, pleasant. The staff are, in my experiences, always: professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The technicians / technologists are thorough yet fast, accommodating and professional. I prefer Wynford X-Ray & U/S to any others thus far. Because they are good at what they do, the images are clear and the reports are detailed, clear and concise. Excellent team.

I originally arrived at the facility and found that the x-Ray machine had broken down. The receptionist was very apologetic and nice to deal with. I left disappointed, planning to find another lab to perform my x-Rays. Later that day I was surprised to get a call from the receptionist (I had not left my number so it must be in the OHIP records) advising me that the machine had been fixed and I would get priority treatment if I could come in the next morning (a Saturday). I did return and was first greeted with a very nice letter of apology thanking me for giving them another chance. The actual x-Ray was performed very pleasantly by a very polite technician.

The whole experience left me very impressed at their consideration and professionalism. I have had to visit several other labs over the years and my experience has been that, although they are efficient and capable, no other lab has treated me so nicely, professionally and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was properly treated. I thoroughly recommend this lab.

I had emailed my requisition so I didn’t have to print. It’s very clean as it’s COVID time. The place was sanitized after every use by people. The team of people are very respectful and courteous. This was my third visit and love their service. Thank you for been so kind and helpful

I've moved to Pickering and will still drive the extra distance to have these ladies do my ultrasounds. They are incredibly kind, personal and professional. I've recommended this place to loads of people and will continue to in the future.

Wonderful experience. Great initial telephone conversation, I was able to email my requisition in advance. On arrival, I was greeted and signed in by a true customer service professional. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. The technician (John) was punctual, polite, and tactfully efficient in handling my X-ray session. The place is not only impeccably clean but also quite elegant. Overall, one of the best places of this kind that I’ve been to.

They were all quick to make appointments, when i got there the office was well organized and i didnt have to wait for long.the Staff was professional and comfortable to work with.

I have been here twice for an x-ray and have had a very pleasant experience. The receptionist is very friendly and exercises extreme care during this time, ensuring that she sanitized my health card before returning it to me. Also the x- ray technician is an extremely calm gentleman, giving clear instructions and easy to talk to. He is a thorough professional and ensures that the procedure is done fairly quickly, putting the patient at ease. There was no waiting time to get the x-ray done and I got in and out of the place in under 15 minutes. Great place and very clean!

Its a nice complete package to have your ultrasound and blood works done and many more medical facilities under one roof.

Making an appointment was painless and fast. We arrived for a few minutes early and were taken in immediately. Staff was friendly and efficient. Great service.

Female technician placed her entire arm on my chest to use as an armrest while performing an ultrasound on my neck. Just because I am male she assumed it would be okay to do that.

Was not happy with the tech for ultrasound. I found her to be rough and unprofessional. Sorry to say I will not go back there again

The x ray technician was nice and care, however the recipients are not friendly. Ultra sound technician was rude, but after I said I would complaint, she was a bit better.
