2001 Audio Video

I bought all my TVs from the 2001 Audio Video store on Dundas and last purchase was quite a few years ago. In December 2023 I wanted to buy an Audio Technica turntable and they had the best price, albeit for an open box item. I bought it online and received it, however the stylus was damaged in transport. I wrote an email to their customer service on the Saturday following the receipt of the turntable, explaining the situation and on Sunday (next day) I received a call that they will send a cartridge from the head office to the Mississauga store. Next day, Monday, I picked it up and installed it on the turntable which works flawlessly. That is customer service and that is why I will keep purchasing electronics from these guys. They truly deserve my business! F. M.
