Please live anywhere else. Amenities were horrible (i.e, laundry was broken most of the time). They are also trying to charge me for regular upkeep of the apartment which is completely unjust.

I’m staying in this building and is poorly designed by local small engineering company Rombald Inc on 826 King St. Construction was delayed and city did not want this building built so high. Check other neighbourhood building none as so tall. The plumbing and electrical is flaunting and causing problems.

This is the worst apartment I have ever stayed in Canada. Both the apartment facilities and the apartment management. It is very common to lose expensive packages living here and have to live with the consequences of lost packages on your own, no one can help you. Living here, parking a car in the underground parking garage and any no violations, was reported directly by the condo manager to be towed. 600 dollars. Regarding the laundry room, it is even more trashy. “Giving you a star is giving you a face‘. If possible, I will give -10000000/5 star

I've been living here for almost a year and my experience has been mixed. The suites themselves are spatious and nice. The problems though are numerous. Accommod8U seems to have cut corners for things befitting of a promised "luxury" living experience. Benefits one might expect like buidling ammenities, ensuite laundry, a TV, decent plumbing, and customer service just sadly aren't provided (some of which goes against the contract). If you have a maintenance issue or any kind of inquiry, don't expect to have it resolved anytime soon. The elevators and laundry room are a bit of an embarassment. When I called asking if the laundry room had an expected date for completed repairs as it was unavailable for over a month, I was met with "you can go somewhere else to do laundry". I was quite pleased of course as I can't imagine anything else when I think of good customer service. /s As for the elevators, if you're going to cheap out and only build two elevators in "the tallest building in Waterloo", please at least make sure they're working more than half the time, thanks. I'd say overall, I've enjoyed my stay but definitely don't sign a lease here unless you're willing to compromise and have monk patience.

Second update: making my review 1 star again. The units get unusually hot, and get this, the AC when set to 70F still blows out hot air! It's currently 82F (28C) in the unit, despite the AC being on and all the windows and curtains are closed. The AC has been on for hours too. Completely awful building

Update: both elevators are now working, So I'm giving this place 3 stars for now.

Please please please fix the 2nd elevator. There is only 1 working and it can take more than 5 minutes waiting for the single elevator. I know it isn't profitable to help the people in your building because they're already paying you regardless, but hundreds of people have to wait countless minutes because there is only 1 working.

Edit: the washers dont even work either. Tenants have been paying $2.60 a wash to have their clothes tumbled around without any water. Definitely do not live here unless you have no better choice.

Worst building to live in. The apartment is not ready even after being close to an year. No gym nothing as promised. There is always an issue with something, let it be the elevators or the laundry room. The parking garage camera wont read the license plate every now and then and the space is always occupied even after paying 150 dollars a month for parking. Would never recommend accomod8u.

Never never never ever choose this place! Equipped with a laundry cabinet in every room, we are told that the cabinet is so small that no washer and dryer can be put into that cabinet. The problem is we were ensured the room has ensuite washer and dryer before we signed the contract.
Moreover, the public laundry room was broken for one and a half months. Cannot imagine this happed in an apartment building when hundreds of people have nowhere to wash their clothes. I will definitely give 0/5 if possible.

Elevator wasn’t working for so long. Also the laundry room has no signal and wasn’t working from the time I started living in this building. Such an awful place, not recommended for anyone who is going to live here. This building has 30 floors and only one really slow elevator. It’s unbearable. Cannot understand how does it take so long for them to fix only one elevator.

Currently atm, there are no working elevators.been living here for the past 4 months and only 1 elevator works 70% of the time. I do not recommend staying here they cant even get their elevators to work consistently
