I moved in a few days ago and I absolutely love my lakeview unit. I like the amenities in the building, also all the people I have met are very friendly and welcoming. I want to thank Ferdows who was absolutely fantastic with answering all my questions and processing my lease in a friendly and efficient manner.

A great place to live. Very convenient to all the fun things to do in downtown Burlington within walking distance. Being an older building, the units are larger than newer builds, are well maintained and many are renovated with modern amenities. Back yard swimming pool, BBQ’s and fabulous views of the lake make this an enjoyable place to live. Maintenance concerns are received 24/7 and responded to in a timely manner. We highly recommend this as the “best rental” building with a million dollar view. Many long term residents, like ourselves, consider this our long term home.

This is our home. While the building isn't perfect, the location is unbeatable, the lake views are extraordinary, the people are welcoming + friendly, and there's a growing community vibe (community garden, social events, yard clean ups, etc.).

The balconies are large, and so is the indoor suite space.

We are happy that management is taking an active role in bettering and updating the building - it has been neglected in years past, but things are certainly improving. Staff are friendly and easy to reach + speak to.

Although I am not a tenant yet to this apartment but I am extremely pleased with the service provided by leasing specialist Ferdows Sadeghyar. He is super polite and helpful in his approach to provide possible solutions to the units availability! I am looking forward to move-in very soon with this property!

This building is in a great location with beautiful sunset and lake views. Everyone here is super friendly and the management and maintenance staff, Ian and Stuart are very helpful. This is an older building and pet friendly, but it is kept exceptionally clean thanks to Jessie who takes pride in keeping our common areas spotless. I’m proud to call 2160 Lakeshore my home.

I have been very happy with my rental suite so far. The building is in a great location and when moving in, my suite was very clean and much larger than I initially thought.
