This insurance company is incompetent and has a team who does not provide clear instruction and guidance to their clients. Their customer service team are not knowledgeable to their own services even if you provide all the required information and they will end up adding burden only to the situation.

The worst part is they will start to put the blame on their clients just to save their A** and will never take responsibility of their unprofessional action.

I called for a quote on trip cancelation insurance and spoke with Lori W. She was completely patronizing and was genuinely unhelpful. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she should know not to insult a client's intelligence when they're asking about differences in policies. Yet if she actually listened carefully she would've realized she was giving answers to questions that weren't even being asked.

Our insurance advisor, recommended 21st century for a no fuss coverage. We found the process of buying a policy straight forward, and simple with excellent customer services.

When we purchased the visitor insurance we were told we can cancel anytime. But after that seems that they will not refund your 2 last month if you don't provide proof to leave canada. Which was not disclosed to us.
Also they if your last month of visit is only 5 days this company charge full one month! Now they told us when we provide the proof they will refund the deposit of 2 month. I am not at all comfortable with this type of companies with hidden policies!
My parents need visitor insurance every year when visiting canada. This was our first and probably last experience with this company.
