My family has been going to 221 Degrees Salon & Spa for many years. Service and value for your money is great. I must commend Nada and her team on the health questions they ask. As our bodies change with medication, vaccines and various lotions we use over time, it can effect the treatments / services we buy. Thank you for looking out for my families best interests.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The owner is quite literally the worst human being i’ve ever met. I’m not even sure how her business is still running. Listen to the negative reviews & do NOT go here.don’t pay this woman to bully & disrespect you.

The clinic is very clean, the technicians are thorough and I appreciate that I am always asked to verify if there have been any changes to my medical history/when I was last in the sun - nice to feel like they’re really looking out for you to ensure you don’t have issues with any service provided. I highly recommend the team!

Been a while since I've been there (as I refuse to return) but other comments are still accurate; Owner has terrible customer service & attitude.

I gave this owner so many chances with her rude, disrespectful attitude towards me every single time I call or talk to her. She accuses me of "not shaving properly" and yells at me in front of people when telling her I'm not seeing the best results. She also called to yell at me because I was out of town and couldn't answer my phone. So when I called back to confirm my appointment me she blatantly threatened me and said "next time you don't call or confirm your appointment I'm going to remove you from the system" with her ridiculous attitude. Never going there again and never recommending that anyone else does. I feel bad for everyone going to get a service done just to get yelled at and be treated poorly. These people are giving you money, the least you can do is put a smile on your face and not look and act miserable towards your clients.

I love the customer service of this place, I have done my laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, hydrafacial, I have seen the great results. I have recommended to all mu friends and family members. Must try this place.

Where do I even start? ! Nadia and her team are absolutely amazing! I have been coming here for couple of years now I get my laser and done few facials and have never had a bad experience. From the second you walk into the spa the ladies warmly welcome you and truly make you feel valued as a client. Nadia is not only friendly, but extremely knowledgeable and attentive. What I appreciate most is that she has taken the time and discussed several services and products that they offer and which ones will work best for me and my skin needs. She really makes sure that her customers feel comfortable and satisfied and doesn’t pressure you into purchasing their products or services.

Friendly technicians in a very comfortable environment with very reasonable prices. High quality machines are used with little to no discomfort. Technicians continue to check in to make sure their clients are comfortable and having a good experience through out their laser service. I will continue to come back for all my laser needs.

I've been reading these reviews and I honestly don't think you should air details about your customer. As an owner, you need to own up to your actions and offer credits for unhappy customers or else your retention and reputation will suffer. I was referred and decided not to visit because of the attitude you have shown in your replies to unhappy customers.

I know Nada for a long time, she is very good and she treat her customers with care and respect.
I strongly recommend her salon and know that anyone who chooses to do so, will absolutely be truly satisfied!

I did one treatment so far and very happy with the results already. Instructions are very easy to follow and the laser treatment is very effective and can see results after the first session.

The staff is very professional and they are very good at what they do. The owner is Phenomenal and the spa is always kept so clean and smells so good. Always A pleasure whenever I come in to get a treatment done.

This is a really great Spa for anyone who is looking to get the best results with laser hair removal! I have only had a few sessions and already I see a great difference in my hair density and thickness! I've tried laser in the past, it was very painful and unpleasant. This feels quite like a massage, as long as you are shaved well. Nicole is really great at what she does and very knowledgeable in answering any and all of my questions! The cleanliness of this place is impeccable. Considering the times that we are in, it is very much appreciated that my health and safety is always put first. Keep up the great work 221°. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Do not waste your time here - rude and unprofessional owner. Even with a groupon, she wanted to charge tax on more than I paid, and said, "no one ever questions this. " The tax difference after the discount must be absorbed by the business not the customer when it does not say so on the fine print. Then she made it a point to try to educate me, and said the same thing over and over, without empathizing with my concerns. Then she immediately jumped to, 'I'm giving you a refund, I don't need your business. ' Please do not waste your time here. Very unprofessional.

Horrible horrible. I saw their deal on groupon for laser hair removal, and called to inquire. She sounded annoyed right off the bat but told me to come in and she would give me a better deal. I went with my boyfriend. When we walked in she told us to sanitize, my bf said he just did in the car and she said leave if you dont want to sanitize your hand. He said whatever and sanitized. She asked if it was only me that was considering laser and I said yes and she told my bf to go wait in the car then, brought up regulations in regards to amount of people but there was no one else in the waiting room. She then asked if hes my bf and i said yes and she said hes so stubborn it wont last long. Very unprofessional overall. Regardless of the bad reviews I went there to discuss pricing but now I see why there are so many bad reviews. She also wouldnt give us her name but another worker said she had to and told us her name, which is Rosa. She is horribly rude and unprofessional. Her prices arent event good, she considers a leg “6 body parts”. Theres so many other better laser places with fair prices, like Valletta Spa which I went to for over a year. Do yourself a favour and never ever ever come here.

I had Komal do my mani, pedi and massage. She did a great job on the mani and pedi and the massage was very relaxing. I would recommend her!
I give this place 3 stars instead of 5 because when I arrived, I was greeted so rudely by who I assume is the owner. I was yelled at for not using the hand sanitizer upon arrival and when I stated that I just did not see it and couldn't find it, i was rudely reminded to read the "big signs" plastered everywhere. (Okay, calm down i didn't see it, innocent mistake. I sanitized my hands with my own santizer before I got in there)
Fast forward to when i was told about the laser hair removal packages, I was super interested in them but then was told that if I did the consultation then, I would have to pay upfront. I said, I would think about it and was told by the man, who explained it, and Komal that it was no pressure if I didn't go through it.
When I went to go pay, after the service, they had mentioned to the owner that i was interested in the laser hair removal but that I wasn't going to go with it that day and that I would call in later. The owner then responded, this is a such a good price, it is very cheap, and that I should do it. I told her, I just don't have the money to pay upfront and she brushed me off and said okay fine call us back. Her tone the whole time was just very rude and condescending and very unnecessary. She has such a great place, kind staff and she is just rude from start to finish. Her approach to me could have been handled so much better and I wasn't even trying to give her a hard time or argue but she is just so rude. I would try this place out again because I did enjoy my service but I would hope not to deal with her.

I came in to have a relaxing day only to leave more tense than I did walking in. Not even 10 seconds being there my friend was already being yelled at. I appreciate them following the covid procedures but the way she handles customers was disgustingly horrendous. We both sanitized and I chose to use my own from work thats medical approved and my friend used the one they provide. He was vocal in saying it stinks and is sticky and the owner nada felt the need to yell at him in front of other customers and workers when I didn’t even touch their sanitizer. So I’m confused about what her argument was about. Completely unnecessary and she kept going on after my friend and I stopped talking to her. I’ve worked in customer service for years and you never speak to people the way she did to us. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Very sad to see the staff defending her actions but they need a job so I get that. The workers were polite and did their job.

Been coming here for a couple of years now and still enjoy it. Place is extremely clean, service is great and I love the staff. Renee is one of the best. Very friendly and I have great results and have referred all my coworkers and friends to 221 degrees. Recommend it 100%. Plus the owner looks like the singer Pink.

I started doing my laser here a few months ago & I absolutely love it. They are all super professional and super friendly. The owner is so sweet & on top of everything. The girl who did my hair (Nicole) is AMAZING. She has so much knowledge and i’ve seen so much result on the first month. I love how clean they are and strict with covid rules keeping us all safe. 10/10 for this place, would definitely recommend.

Owner of the Spa is a kuku clocks, have no patience to deal with customers. I always see her yelling and shouting every time I am there. I would never recommend anyone or go there once my treatments are over. It is not a pleasant experience for the clients or the employees working there.

The owners are knowledgeable professionals. I like the atmosphere. It is modern and very clean spa. I did the sessions with laser hair removal in 2011 and I have a great result. I come regularly on hydro facial and I am looking forward to book more.

I get laser done and many people may get turned away by the owner, but I appreciate her desire to stick by her policies. Slacking on policy is what makes me nervous. Every technician follows the same rules. I've had a great experience with all the technicians, I've worked with. She cares for her clients well being and her business and you can't fault someone for that. Nada and her technicians know their stuff. I would keep going back.

I cant believe how shocked I am from the reviews. It is far from true. The staff are amazing. Yes. Nada is very business like, but that woman has made me feel more like family than most who I give my business to. She runs her business like a tight ship and I am grateful for that, because it means the work is done right. They are clean and make sure to follow procedure and protocol well. The girls (especially Nicole, Selena, Shelley and Carmen) who do my laser never make me feel uncomfortable and never miss an inch of my body. Everyone is friendly and the prices are perfect! I spent more on IPL treatments and never finished, but here, I am done at almost the same cost. When Nada does my hydra facial, I love it. My skin feels amazing and I have no complaints. If you cant read the writing on the wall about 48hrs, then that's your fault. They give clear instructions for everything and they will make exceptions when reasonable, you just have to ask and be clear on what you need. All in all, I'm done my laser treatment but I still come back for the sea salt scrub and hydrafacial. I dont go anywhere else, even when this is a bit further of a drive for me. Thanks Nada!

I found this spa through the internet. When I walked in I was greeted with warmth and knowledgability. I wanted to fix my body hair and had no idea of the best route! The staff members gave me comfort when I was explaining how I wanted to remove the hair from my private parts. After I bought my package, received impeccable services every time I returned! These women took their time and care with me and were understanding of my shy ways! I would and will recommend them time and time again! Thank you to Nada and her staff! It is a great place to go to; amazing, clean, and professional staff.

AVOID AT ANY COST. We bought a group on voucher for this salon and when called to book an appointment she flatly refused to book an appointment in a month's time saying there is no time available. But when called from a different phone number without mentioning the group on voucher times are available aplenty. The owner was extremely RUDE. Simply terrible experience.

I've been using this salon's services for ovar a year now, mainly for laser hair removal but I've also done facial cleansing a couple of times, pedicure and manicure and massage. It was originally recommended to me by family. I work in healthcare and find that I'm reserved when it comes to procedures that I know could have severe outcomes. I can best describe this salon as a professionally managed business, exceptionally sanitary and well kept, and procedures preformed by well trained staff under strict standards. From my experiences also, I noticed the manager there might not come across as your typical 'customer is always right' attitude, which I'm in favor of. As in with any business that has to adhere to strict standards of quality and management to protect the client from things they might not be well informed about. I also appreciate them being accommodating and on top of things when it comes to scheduling as long as I do my part with a notice. Overall i think my review is overdue as I owe them for the great experiences of the services they offered me and consequence free great results. Thanks ladies!

I recently booked a Groupon for Half Day Spa Treatment. I tried to call and discuss different appointment times. Lady on phone was very unaccommodating and stated the phone was ringing every other minute to book an appointments. I politely asked if we she could let me know of any times that were available however it seemed I was more more of a nuisance then a potential client/customer. I then cancelled my Groupon Purchase.

Went every six weeks for more than 2 years.can honestly say it has done absolutely nothing.multiple family member went as well and has done nothing. Every technician used different levels spent different amount of time no consistency at all. The only technician that was consistent in the sessions was aisha and maybe if i had her every time things would have worked differently but as it stands no significant difference in hair volume on all purchased body parts.

My appointment was booked then somehow was move to a diff time and when I called to verify, I was given an attitude by the owner. She was very rude on the phone. Only think I ended up going was becuase it was a gift. The girl who did my massage, mani and pedi was very nice and sweet - Alecia. But just customer service and first impression matters and the owner should definitely takes some courses on that.

Great experience. I purchased a groupon for a half spa day and I have nothing but great things to say. I have even booked a second appointment. I had a set of gel nails and they don't grind off gel and so they could not do the manicure so they through in another service. That's what I call super customer service. They are very very kind and the owner is super nice. Would recommend.

I just went here the other week to have a hydrafacial. My face felt so smooth and clean afterwards, and I had an amazing glow for over a week! Highly recommended!

I started doing laser in 2017. I started with my underarms and I ended up doing my full body! Soon my full body will be hair-free. If you’re looking for laser, this is the best place and is super clean. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything in detail, which is helpful!
