241 Pizza

Rude customer service. Dont know how to talk to customers. Dont greet when u enter. Try different place if u wanna eat pizza which is worth what u pay for.

I don’t usually write reviews but I feel like this time I had too since customer service was absolutely no help. This is how I received my pizza and not only is that what I didn’t order, half the cheese was stuck to the top. Customer service didn’t even refund me the full price of the pizza because my kids already started eating it. To be honest we weren’t going to wait another 40 minutes for a pizza. To make matters worse the delivery driver refused to want to come upstairs to my condo door (so why ask for a buzzer/apt # when ordering through the phone? !). So I had to take $80 worth of food and drinks up alone. Oh yeah, one of my sauces was busted and spilled everywhere! So after all this I only got a $8 credit! This location is the worst for delivery, it’s not even worth it.

Bought a pizza for the first time at this store and last time as well. Didn’t have a worst pizza ever before.

I got pizza from here and it’s very good. The slices are cut properly and managed nicely. Love the packing and the way they advertise it. I have eaten couple of times from here but now I will be a regular. Try vegetarian pizza with garlic, jalapeños, olives and green pepper, red pepper and roasted tomatoes

Driver threatened to attacks us and assault us. Worst delivery and Worst place to order.
The restaurant staff started fighting and cursing at me when I called them to report the issue. Order here if you want trauma.

On Friday June 4th, I visited 241 pizza and it was the first time I visited that location, I ordered a lot more than I needed, and placed my order and came back and explained if she could change my order and she did without hesitation and went above and beyond to help me. She was very accommodating and made my order within 20 minutes. I also had the pleasure meeting a gentleman who called me in to get my order, he was professional and courteous. The pizza was delicious, keep up the work!

I wasn't Impressed with the food. Decent at best. It was cooked fine but if you can't do a pepperoni pizza properly get out of the game. Changed my order slightly after the guy behind the counter wrote it down and it was almost like I ruined his night. The Individual slices looked like they had sat there all day. Not the worst experience ever but theres better places close by you can go to.

Thursday 11am - 1: 00 am
Fri - Sat 11: 00 am - 2 am

This pizza was pretty garbage.
The texture was like cardboard.
But the flavour was like cardboard soaked in dirty sugar water.

I honestly love 241 Pizza, and I’ve eaten it from other locations before, but this one’s recipe has clearly been altered and tastes as if they are trying to actively make people feel sick.

This is garbage, stay away.

When I purchase a pizza slice. I like to be able to see it before I buy it.please clean your windows

I m very disgusted with this pizza spot not only did they take a long time to deliver but my pizza came with hair on it. I will never be ordering from these guys again and i hope no one else will.

The driver that delivered it was very pleasant and nice and delivery was in a reasonable time frame.the pizza was ok but i might as well got a cheese pizza, they were cheap with the toppings.

While at this location water was dripping into the food at the front counter. When pointed out to staff they didn't seem to care.
