Ordered delivery - food arrived extremely hot wings were juicy, fall off the bone and well seasoned

Came in this evening and ordered in person. Someone who came in after me placed a pizza order and received there’s faster than mine and then they gave me a medium when I paid for a large.on top of that there was hair in it from the male cashier/pizza maker having a beard and doesn’t have it contained in something suitable for health policy.disgusting and never coming back

The food's quality really impressed me. The toppings were tasty, and the dough was crispy on the pizza, which was really good. The meal made up for the restaurant's lack of aesthetic quality. At 241 Pizza, the customer service was outstanding. My stuff was delivered quickly by the efficient and friendly staff. They offered a wide variety of topping options.

It's an okay place to get a cheap pizza. They don't like to use a lot of cheese. If you call the store they ask you to call the main line to place your order. And nowhere to sit

Thank you for reminding me why we stopped ordering pizza from your company. We decided to try once again after a couple of years, to see if things had changed, and unfortunately, they have not. It took over an hour to get our pizza, and the delivery driver was not courteous in the least.
It's unfortunate because your pizza is generally pretty good, but my wife and I hate being made to wait extra long when we live so close to the location, only to have a rude driver at the door when it finally shows up.

AMAZING pizza and costumer service. The people there are sooooo nice and clearly care about their products, business and customers.

Terrible customer service. Want to cancel my order and he kept ignoring me, and over that I found hair in the pizza.

This was my first time buying pizza from this place. The pizza was dry. Barely puts any toppings on the pizza. However, it was delivered quickly.

1. The website will not allow you to place an order. What a waste of time. 2. You call to try and order and nobody answers. I will never support this place again. Let the place be Pizza Pizzas number 1 sales rep because that’s what happens when their systems don’t work!

Malheureusement, votre pizza étais sec, une croûte trop et extrêmement mince et brûler, même après que mon conjoint vous a demander une croûte épaisse. Peut-être un mal entendu. En espérant que ma prochaine commande sera parfaite.

I go to pcss and i come here everyday to get pizza for lunch, but schools closed so i decided to order for delivery. The delivery time was standard and the kind driver even recognized me because i go to the store so much. I always put chilli flakes on the pizza in store so i ordered it on my pizza and the whole pizza was stuffed in chilli flakes and so spicy it was not appetizing at ALL. I was able to take one bite and then my mouth would be burning and I would have to drink something. When i called customer service they were extremely unhelpful and weren’t giving me any reasonable options as to what to do with this pizza i couldn’t eat. Then i requested if i could get a refund and was told that because i used the drinks and dip, (obviously i used the drinks because my mouth was burning) i would only be able to return the pizza but the store wouldn’t accept orders from me that day, meaning i would return my pizza but i wouldn’t be able to get the pizza i initially wanted. The customer service lady was moody and didn’t seem to want to help me and didn’t give me any options, I was requesting options myself.

Of all the pizza places I've been to in the past few years, this is the best. The toppings are always a good quantity and quality. Even compared to other 241, this one is the best.

Staff weren’t wearing masks, neither were customers. A trio of massless teenagers were being completely rude to everybody, instead of staff standing their ground and deescalating the situation, they pandered to the boys, prioritizing them over the other customers in the store. A nice couple, who had been waiting longer than I had for their pizza, had to tell them to stop acting badly. I was very close to saying something myself. It should not be the responsibility of the customers to stop other patrons from causing a scene. On top of this, they only started making my order once I showed them my confirmation email, which they didn’t seem to recognize and I had to wait 20 minutes extra- 45 minutes total. The pizza looked delicious but it’s too bad, most of us didn’t eat it because I we were uncomfortable about the masks.
