Did I happen to order from this location on the wrong days? I ordered a large pizza and requested 2 items as a double topping, and they were
Definitely not double … yet we were charged extra. I paid over $30 for a single large pizza. I am willing to pay if I get what I ordered … additionally they only sprinkle a peppers and mushrooms were barely existent. When I called in to customer service, I had to fight tooth and nail to get compensation.the second replacement pizza was worst than the first.it seems like this location likes to rip Off people and yet are part of a franchise. I will never ever recommend this location nor will I order from them

Worker that was there that day never smiled once or thanked us.maybe she was having a bad day.but still not nice to experience that when I am having a good day and am a paying customer.

Best pizza in town, I'm actually disappointed why I didn't find it sooner.everything was super great about this pizza joint from taste to service, everything was top notch.
The service was outstanding and people running this place are so warm and welcoming.please try their pizza and you'll get hooked

We had such a great experience here, they were so sweet and went out of there way for us. The panzerotti's were amazing!

My son has an allergy to corn (which is in almost everything) so this branch of 241 makes a special one for him without corn flour or pizza sauce (which has a corn bi-product). Even though I've never asked them to, I've seen them get a clean pizza cutter to make sure there's no residual on his pizza. They know my son by name and greet him warmly when we stop by. Great customer service.

I ve has pizza from many different restaurants, but this pizza is amazing, the crust is perfect, the sauce spices sre perfect.
I recommend this 2 41 pizza aT WInston Churchill and Argentina to everyone, the owners are amazing people, very generous couple. I just got 2 slices of pizza from this location and wow they were great

My Family and I recently moved into this Area and decided give this place a try and I must say I would highly recommend.it's family owned, and the customer service is phenomenal, the pizza was made with fresh ingredients, the perfect amount too, and the dough was absolutely amazing. We will be a retuning customer, See you in the future and stay safe!

Ok if you, like myself, had not so great experiences here before, go now! The new owners are FABULOUS and they actually care both about their food, and their customers. Immediately I felt like family after coming just a couple times. The whole family is amazing - and then the pizza is really good too! The crust and dough is well made and the toppings are all fresh and tasty! Just a huge pleasure to have a great pizza place in the community!

The food quality is BACK at this location. The new owners treat everyone like family and their focus on quality and service will have you feeling like a special guest with each interaction. Friendly is an understatement!

They always have a good set of pairs pizza.for my family its 241 special for my home.quick delivery.and yes ivevhad 1 2 problems with the pizza once in a while but I'll tell you. They will always make it right and send you a new one if there's a problem so they are great.pizza tastes good and the wings oh so good.

Not the best experience. Waited 15min for a simple poutine, and they ended up forgetting the cheese.

The store now is under new management i hope u like the new management and they made the pizza better i hope u visit the store to see the new management they are awesome and the customers services is so good

Good pizza place. The new management is very friendly. We had four different pizzas (vegetarian, Detroit style and classic). All were decent and tasty.

Been ordering from them throughout the years with different managements - there was always issues but only recently has the service really went down. Unsure what they are doing but they make the simplest mistakes like wrong drink, dirty pop cans, leaking boxes, warm drinks, missing dipping sauce, not well done, delivery guy not bringing change as a trick to give him more money because you just want to eat, etc. They don't realize how the driver, the guy that presents your food, IS the store - what that driver does directly reflects on the business. My food is $31 and I give $40 and they have to go back to the car to get you $5? As I stand and my food gets cold? Food is ok.service killed it for me. I won't tip someone $9 so I can avoid the food getting colder. Business owners must train their drivers a system to follow and hold them accountable by contacting customers and following up on drivers performance (similar to ubereats, etc that ask for rating)

The best pizza in the town with reasonable price n good service. The new management is well trained n always welcoming. The place is always very neat n tidy.

EDIT: I went back and those boys gave me a replacement slice.
It was fresher but still sh*t. The difference in appearance and texture made it very obvious that the first slice was not made today. And they f*ckin lied to my face about it when I asked.
One day these boys will serve this trash azzz pizza to someone who has time that day, and that person will make them learn.

Worst 241 experience ever.
I was extremely fortunate to get a super fresh slice as it was just being taken out of the oven.
But the slice was really dry and overcooked. Now that I think about it, it was probably an older pizza that was just reheated. Or these boys just can’t make a proper pizza.
I will return shortly to tell them about it personally.

Just had this pizza and it was horrible. Tasted like a frozen pizza. Dough was horrible. Back to Joe's great pizza!

Worse pizza ever. Very thin hardly any cheese for a pizza. No flavor at all. Maybie cause new owners. Just to enjoy a slice for lunch at this location, but with new staff running, I will never go back.

Thrilling experience as the pizzazz are yummy. The staff is very friendly. A homely experience would definitely luv to come again and again
