241 Pizza

Dirty, ordered a pizza and one of the workers dropped the pizza beside the garbage can and still asked if I wanted it! Disgusting!

Just had the worst pizza experience ever in this town. 241 pizza is the absolute worst. Just got a pepperoni pizza and I can tell it's over 2 hours old with the middle curling in on itself cuz it's so old. The boxes were soaked, like soggy and wet, and I called to get help and he said he can't do anything and there is nothing wrong with it. He said "that's what happens when it's well done" like no, that's what happens when u put an old pizza back in the oven and cook it twice.

Who ever the management is there needs to be fired, honestly. I wouldn't post if it want that bad but it was, and extremely frustrating that I couldn't get any help when calling.

No complaints, open late and really does taste delicious!

I ordered a pizza on October 1st and had very bad service. Once I placed my order they mumbled the price and hung up. A hour later I called to see about my order because they had hung up and not given a time for delivery. When asked about my order they said it's on its way and hung up again. I don't expect much but damn, if you can talk to customers don't answer the phone. Delivery person was outstanding super nice/friendly.

No hygiene practices in the kitchen. A boy & a girl working there without gloves, and hair nets. The girl was wearing rings & making the pizza dough. Going to complain to the health department.

I used to sit down from a slice waiting for the next bus and it had a nice atmosphere of a pizza place but since covid I don’t even like walking into the store it feels cold and the employees are distant and not super friendly. I now prefer to order online or through skip and either run in and grab it or get it delivered the place isn’t the same anymore. But the food is delicious that is the one good thing still about 241. I love the pesto sauce on a pepperoni and bacon. The garlic bread is good but a lot of the time it’s burnt. The wings are terrible tho.

Tried wings and pizza multiple times. Suits Indian taste a lot. Friendly staff and amazing service

Sadly quality has taken a nosedive in the last several months. They have become extremely cheap on toppings, especially the cheese sprinkled paper thin. Unacceptable quality and service has turned the best slice in town into the worst. Stay away, or better yet.go inside and either look at the slices or watch them make a pie to see just how little cheese they seem to believe is acceptable to serve. 241 pizza hahaha more like 142.

May 2023 update - sadly still no change.

We come from out if town often. Ordered for a gathering of friends. Very, very disappointing. Least favourite North Bay food so far.

I ordered a Quatro pizza I wanted thick crust and well done, I got neither. The grease on the bottom of the box you could swim in. There was almost no cheese. This is the worst pizza I have had in a long time. My best advice get your pizza somewhere else.

They have a great combination of good taste, and affordable price. I order with them almost every week.

My son is autistic and will only pizza handful of other things. And will only eat from two for one I've even gone to the point where I've gotten pizza from the company and put it in a 241 box to try to see if you need it not a chance he knows the difference and so do I. Their pizza is top notch always fresh always hot and most importantly always on time from confirmation of order sent to my email to pizza at my door 29 minutes now I don't live anywhere near there I live near Premier road so that's saying something. And not only that their staff do try to get to know their customers a few times I accidentally added extra sauce on the pizza and when my order came up, they recognized the address and change it for me. Without me asking them to cause I had no clue I did it in the first place.if they had not done that my son would have never eaten it it'll be money down the drain so thank you so so much.

Just awful. Never been Accused by a manager for being "wrong" in my life. I did not receive my food or a refund. Please be aware of this.
