I liked the attention, I accompanied my partner to check his car in this place and they even showed him parts that they could buy if he ever needed a repair again, they showed him the prices on the Internet of what they fixed so that he could see that they did not They were lying to him. I found it very honest

This place is great for tyre service whether repair or buying new tyres, friendly staff and reasonable pricing and actually willing to help customers regardless. If you haven't gone to see Austin when it comes to your vehicle tires and performance, you are only hurting yourself (and maybe others).

I've been a loyal customer from the second I called in about 6 years ago, on a referral from a friend. EACH AND EVERYONE of his staff goes the extra 5 miles to ensure ALL of your needs are met. Budget, delivery, installation, let them know your needs and they WILL help if they can.

For example, I had left my lights on and an employee -on his way to work- reached in my open RV window and shut them off to save my battery before continuing on his way.

Today, they changed the dead battery in my RV and installed a short term replacement while finding and ordering the heavy duty unit to be installed later.

The tires they put on my first RV proved to be a huge selling bonus when I sold it and upgraded. AND rather than sell me a new set when I first showed him my new RV, he accurately predicted the life left on the existing ones. 10k.

I've bought yet another set of tires and strongly recommend to anyone listening, make 2nd Time Around Tires your go to shop for anything tires. They are my go to guys and I tell everyone to go there. Austin and his crew will always be my go to "Tire guys".

I know I am going on about them, but EVERYONE at the front counter, on the phones, and in the shop are the best examples of true customer service and why clients can be sure their loyalty is truly appreciated.

My best advice to ANYONE with questions about your tires. "Call them, you will be positively amazed at what Austin's and his team can do to ensure your satisfaction and deserve your loyalty".

Had a puncture when a competing mechanic (who was closing for the day) recommended this location. Got there just as they were closing but they were still willing to repair the puncture. Thankful and greatly appreciated the service.

Yesterday, I got a service from this location! I was using my car with a leak but I drove with that 20 days after filling it since 2-3 months.yesterday, i gave my car them, they said there are two flat on the tire, offered me a new or used tire. I thought they tricked me, then I said I don’t want you to do something on the tire, please put my tire on rim.as a result, I went to there with a tire that has a very small leak. However, my car need a new tire. Today, I got an appointment from Canadian Tire and solved the problem. By the way, I was a regular costumer for this location. I came from Shepard and Yonge.i did a huge mistake! I am literally unsatisfied and that was the last time I go.

Worst service ever I see. There was a white yonge man. He is so rude guy. Unsatisfied business!
