3 Brewers - Kanata

Delicious meals all 'round.
Not a sports fan so the giant TVs with sports running was annoying. It will be nice to be able to sit somewhere they weren't visible.

We came here in a group of 4 after a Remembrance Day ceremony. It was surprisingly quiet! We were seated immediately, and the atmosphere was nice.
My Caesar and coffee were perfect, but the burger was amazing. A satisfying, tasty creation that hit the spot.

O M G this place, even though not crowded is LOUD, particularly when they let a large group use a PA system. Waitress was great, but run off her feet, not enough staff.

I had the pleasure of eating here with a Friend while I was working in Ottawa.

The interior was huge from what I saw and so was the patio. We enjoyed the Poutine, Flat Bread and a Beer that our Hostess recommended, sadly I can't remember which one we got.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. Everything is well priced and you get a good portion for the price. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

Always had a great experience at 3 Brewers. They have a good selection of beers and cocktails. Most of the food I have had here has been great including Flammekueches, beer chaser, nachos, brownie and waffle

We are from out of town & took my parents for dinner & this was their recommendation. The hostess was rude & miserable. We asked to be moved as not to be at the front door with the doors wide open & it super hot out. That was a huge inconvenience for her & subsequently not a word out of her mouth after that. We said thank you, used manners etc & zero acknowledgment. NOT appropriate behaviour for 1st point of contact in a service industry. The waitress was fantastic, our food was great although the fries were overdone & too salty. Overall experience was fine.
Windows were extremely dirty/foggy & very apparent with sun shining through them.

I was there with a group tonight. My meal was the last out, after a significant delay. Many of the people at my table had already finished by the time I got my meal. I'd expected that at least the beer I ordered with my meal would be comped, but I paid full price for everything. I was disappointed.

Food quality is slipping with costs. Always find the tables, beer glasses sticky and the funky beer hop smell in the restaruant part a bit off putting.

Multiple times have arrived over an hour before posted closing hours, with a fairly large amount of people seated and am told they are closed. Starting to take it personally

Arrived on a Friday night - the service was extremely slow. We waited close to 40 mins to order our dinner. We were brought the wrong drinks and once the bill arrived we were charged for them. The food was alright, but the slow service turned our dining into a 3 hour event. We were at the restaurant with three young children and had to ask how long our food was going to be after waiting more than 30 mins. The server did not come back to refill coffees or drinks. We asked for the bill to come with our food because we knew it would take a long time to get service. Not a great experience.

May 13th 2023. We were with a group of 20+ family and friends to celebrate a birthday. Our host/server was a lovely young lady named Sarah.

Sarah did an awesome job looking after our group. Not easy to take that many drink and food orders, and then ensure everyone gets their food at the same time. She remembered names, orders and got all the separate bills organized.

Food was excellent too.

We will definitely come back with friends.

I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant. However my last experience was awful. The hostesses were the rudest I've ever encountered and the food order was incorrect. Just a number of things went wrong that night. Need to improve their staff and resourcing it seems.

Large selection to choose from, and tastes great. Cocktails are good too. Large patio with shade options. Good for a pub vibe with a child, as they have a kids menu and are family friendly.

Mid poutine, smallest portion I’ve had for poutine in my life. Was barely able to clog my arteries.

All I can say about this place is we tried for a table for six on their patio which appeared to be 2/3 - 3/4 full. It didn't work out: I was not interested in dining inside on this beautiful Saturday; there were no tables for six available at the time; and staff said they are directed not to move the tables around.

As my party and I walked away I counted at least three vacant tables for four right beside vacant tables for two. Too bad there were no tables for six available to accomodate our party. Boo-you 3 Brewers Kanata! For maintaining totally unimpowered staff. Are you raking in the dough if you are turning away business when you are bellow capacity? Probably not in this hospitality sector in this economy! Boo-you 3 Brewers Kanata!

Had a terrific time at the pub this evening! Food was terrific as was Emily. The giant pretzel was magnificent with perfectly warm creamy sauces. Everyone had something different to eat and it was all spectacular. Shared a jug of Amber Ale also magnificent. Cheers! Thanks a bunch.

The location has great seating and a nice patio beside the theater.

Here are the bad things of my dining experience:
-It took us an hour to be served our food.
-Everyone at the table received their meal at different times and spaced out by several minutes.
-The food was terrible:

The poutine fries tasted frozen with cheap cheese and lukewarm gravy.

The spicy chicken sandwich chicken tasted worse than frozen meat and the sauce was like a sweet marinara instead of being spicy.

They have a great location but I wouldn't return since the food is bad.

Would not recommend this establishment at all! Take your money and business to Calabogie Brewery in Kanata instead. This place has really gone downhill in the last few years! Staff and food need an update/ improvements. Worst customer experience at this location.

Feeling ignored. Very poor service. I feel one staff has discrimination. She was very impatient with me. Would never come
