This place is Ottawa best shawarma! The food and service is impeccable and the menu has something for everyone! I come as much as i can but the sandwiches and wraps are my go-tos!
I personally think they make great food. I have been dining at this particular location for over 6 years on a regular basis and it's my favorite place in Ottawa. The owner is very respectful of his clients and his services are fast. The atmosphere is not luxurious but it's clean and decent for food consumption.
I love the workers most of the time. Its the only place I go to when I drive 2 hours to the casino and its 3am. Only problem is they don't have the best communication with orders and sometimes either don't give you part of your order or they will give you part of someone else's
I was having an appetite for potatoes and after looking at the color I got bit skeptical whether they have been overcooked or burnt but when I started eating them, I figured those were dark spices (not overcooked) and it tasted so good I could eat them all day long. Will go in there again anytime soon. ️
I usually grab a late night sandwich if I want something quick and easy, never an issue with the food. I would maybe suggest when putting it on the grill to put it a tad longer though, I always find it's maybe a little too soft.
Bad service today My family and I used to have dinner However, the food became unappetizing I don't think I think the employee serving the food is unappetizing Sorry brother this not like your service
3 brothers is the best place for a delicious poutine. It was amazing. The service was awesome to. I recommend anyone to come check it out for themselves it's toltly worth the drive.
These guys make fantastic food! Not only that, they're also so friendly! Eddie and Abro served me today and definitely went above and beyond! I had the garlic potatoes, poutine, and vegetable/falafel wrap. It was all great! I'll make sure to keep this on my Lowertown rotation!
Found this place by accident and decided to go in on a whim. Knowing The original Shawarmas in middle east cannot be beaten, I wasn't expecting too much at the place. I was surprised by how good the shawarmas were. Chicken done perfectly, khobez nice and soft, the right flavour for the garlic mayo and the right level of tanginess for the pickles. All boxes ticked. What more can you ask? Additionally I tried their chicken poutine too. I have no reference for poutine as it was my first time. To be honest, I found that it was alright. Nothing to fault the meal. The staff was very friendly and appeared to be people who knew what they were doing.
Highly recommend their shawarma. Its filled with meat and sauces. Their poutine is great too. If you are in Ottawa you definitely need to give these guys a try.
My first time there today, and let me tell ya! I won’t be exaggerating if i said it was the best shawerma i ever had! Tasted amazing and the guys were awesome and friendly… you will probably have to put up with me a lot from now on
My Chicken Shawarma was Soggy, not wrapped well and fell apart. I asked for Regular Garlic and received Spicey Garlic. They were better 10 years ago than they are Today.
Originally when I ordered using Uber Eats my order was incomplete and missing some items. I called in immediately and they were apologetic and said to keep the receipt and they would make it right. A month later I walked in and explained that night. They replaced my order pretty much and in my opinion.went above and beyond. I definately suggest this place to anyone wanting a good Pizza, Shawarma or Poutine. 5 out 5 in my opinion!
I consider myself a Shawarma connoisseur lol. This is my favorite Shawarma in Ottawa BY FAR and I have tried A LOT of them! I always get the mix Shawarma and sometimes Shawarma poutine. The meat is always fresh and juicy which is why I come here. It is also biggest complaint for all the other Shawarma places in the city which I find serve dry meat. I also feel the customer service at this 3 Brothers is excellent, friendly and always accommodating. Lack of friendly service is another complaint I have for other Shawarma places in the city (check out my other reviews). All in all amazing food, excellent service! 5 star! Don't believe some of the other reviews.
I ordered pizza cheese only just 13$ too expensive however if you go another restaurant you can buy medium or large for more topping with same price. In addition poor customer service quality
Best Middle Eastern restaurant in Ottawa, we missed my wife’s mobile in the restaurant, and they call us to come back to pick up it, the food is very delicious, and all brothers was very kindly. Especially falafel and poutine. And shawarma.
Taste is good, but the value just isn’t there anymore. Was better for a quick bite when a small wrap would run you about 7 bucks, now you’re looking at over 9 for the same.
The service was friendly, but I’m sorry to say my shawarma poutine wasn’t edible. The fries were stale, and the chicken smelled and tasted like it had gone bad. I visited about an hour before closing, so I think things had been sitting out for too long.
Customer service is terrible. Staff has a lot of attitude and is dry to customers. Quality of food has also gone down. Chicken is dry and donair is never cut properly (always huge unedited pieces). Staff never wears masks during covid19 pandemic. Been coming here for atleast 2 years, started fantastic amazing, sad to see how its gone so downhill. Won't be coming here anymore.
Visited tonight looking forward to a platter, I noticed the cashier had his mask half parked, half off his face. Two young male clients walked in (neither had masks). The staff said nothing and did nothing. They just lost my business. This is the only business in Ottawa I've witnessed this douche-bagerie. My father in law with severe COPD wears a mask. What's your excuse?
Order the regular shawarma. Large shawarma can literally feed 2. I'm a hungry boy who likes his portions, but this place goes above and beyond in that department. Poutine is top 5 in Ottawa in my book. Order the garlic potatoes with spicy garlic sauce and thank me later.
Awesome place. I often order from there during nightshifts and their service is really great. Their hours are very convenient for night workers especially when they want to order out. You'll never be able to finish your food since they dont cheap out on quantity. And what I am most appreciative of is the wya they welcome hospital staff such as myself with a walk-in discount. Five stars for me boys
The food here is decent enough but I'm only giving two stars due to their lack of health precautions and wasteful containers. The staff there rarely wear masks, even when I saw three people in their small, crowded kitchen. And their food containers are either Styrofoam or plastic, along with plastic utensils. This one restaurant leads to hundreds of plastic containers and utensils per day ending up in our landfill. Please think about this.
Poor food quality. Each time I have visited this place with my family, I have experienced something bad. In evey alternate day I have found 1/2 item not properly cooked or baked. That was a real bad experience. Not sure how their customer service works. I wish they will focus more on the food quality and listen to the customers like other 3 brothers.
Absolutely disgusting, ordered the chicken shawarma poutine. Got the nastiest looking food when I opened the container, as well as terrible quality. Never again, shawarma palace on rideau is the way to go.
As someone who lived off of 3 brothers for years (specifically the one on Osgoode), I've noticed that the quality of their shawarmas have been degrading. Today, the vegetables they used were old, including the potatoes. Got a very bad stomach ache. This is the first time I bought a shawarma from this 3 brother location but was obviously disappointed.
Amazing! The food is delicious, the staff is charming and efficient. The best moment is when you sit down to eat. They have a refreshing taste, juicy proteins and freshly made taboulé. The price is right and the portions are big. You will be quite satisfied.
A little pricey compared to other restaurants of the same type, but the fresh ingredients and the generous portion tend to compensate for the price. COVID measures are respected and the place is rearranged to allow for that. No more eating in but delivery option is also available. Parking right beside the restaurant is free. The falafel is shaped as a heart: nice touch.
I am a regular customer there. I love their poutine. If I don’t payed attention to how they prepared my food, they would messed it up or crossed contaminated it. Lately they have been very nonchalant about customer services. I witnessed the servers touching and fixing their masks with their gloves on. And when I asked them to changed their gloves it’s a argument and attitude. Something I don’t need. When it comes to wearing a mask, they are not consistent. Out of 3 employees: one with mask, one without a mask and one with the mask under his chin. If they are not wearing a mask, they should stop having too much chatting on top of the foods. Because I like to buy a homeless some food, he told the restaurant that I am rich. And now I can’t walk down the street without being followed. He really put my life in danger. I will not be going there alone ever again.
I've been feeding my poultry cravings from 3 Brother's since 2012.
This chicken is so delicious that to this day I will go out of my way to get my shawarma or chicken poutine (with spicy garlic) from this place, even when I no longer live anywhere near there.
Especially location 530 Rideau. The friendly staff make my experience such a pleasant one every single time.
I'm from Calgary where we're used to the Halifax Donairs with sweet sauce. This was the first place I found with Donairs in Ottawa, all the other places just seem to have shawarma. It was really good! The price was fair, but the portion sizes were quite limited. I do however recommend everyone to try their Beef Donair Wrap!
Claim their poutine is the best in town when it's honestly one of the worst my friend and I had. All in all, the shawarma isn't bad and I usually get good customer service.
