Thanks to Gyna and Jeff for going over and above in terms of customer service, there're just always on point. No pressure selling (hovering behind you, as in some places).
Questions answered and assistance rendered when requested.
Though the place was busy, I noticed that everyone entering was acknowledged with a smile and an offer of coffee, nice touch!
The prices are reasonable and cater to varying budgets.
I can't but give 5 Big Stars to Gyna and Jeff as it's not often you receive this kind of professionalism and personal attention.

I can’t begin to tell you what a pleasure it is to buy glasses from this place. The employees are professional, personable, knowledgeable and quite entertaining! The turnaround time can be less than a day if you’re lucky, that was my experience today, less than 2 hours and I’m wearing my new specs! Btw they serve great coffee also! I highly highly recommend.

I was there today, for my first time, to order glasses, and was really, really impressed with everyone I interacted with. 3 of the staff helped me out, seemlessly, through the process. The spent the time needed, they made excellent recommendations, they were patient, they explained everything out, they had great advice, always with a smile. I can't say enough nice/good things about this store and its staff!

So I’ve been stewing about posting this for a while, but honestly, I am super disappointed with my experience with 3 for 1 Glasses in Clarkson. I got 2 pairs of progressive lenses and sunglasses. The sunglasses are fine as they are single vision. However, I purchased my lenses in September, I really like my frames they’re fun and trendy, however, for the longest time I thought my eyes changed. I could only read with my glasses off, my eyes and head hurt from straining. I went to my eye doctor who told me my prescription hadn’t changed, so I was dumbfounded. Until I one day, with my glasses on, lifted the from to my forehead to only to notice I could read out of the very bottom. So I called in and the lady was very nice and all I had to do was come in and they’ll adjust my lenses. I explained it has been over 3 months and she said it was ok. So I came in when the Optometrist was in.and told him what happened. He said ohh eeehhh… I’m like, ok? … I told him I could barely see my phone or read or see the computer. He said oh.you probably need computer lenses… Umm say what now? ! There are lenses for the computer why wouldn’t anyone tell me? Well he admitted that they probably didn’t probe enough, but who cares I just want to see! Anyway, they wanted another $80 to upgrade the lenses, because it wasn’t under warranty (past the three months). My benefits were all used up spent almost $500 on glasses that are useless for work. They refused to help me, unless I paid, my lenses never even got adjusted.only made me feel like it was my fault for not getting proper lenses. Not happy and very upset about this whole situation!

Arm fell off my expensive designer glasses (strange). Decided to give then a try as the reviews are stellar. I was not disappointed. Took them 15 minutes to reattach the arm and they would not accept a dime. Looked at their surprisingly extensive inventory while waited and will be back for a new pair (or three) after I update my prescription. Well done!

Follow-up: went back and bought four pairs of new glasses. Great selection, prices and service.

Staff is really nice and polite. I bent the hinge one side of my glasses and they fixed it free of charge.

Be aware!

0 if I can, you will get the worst cheap plastic lenses ever. I've never been so regretting like this time. Yes sometimes you can get good things for cheap but no not with those people. I have been getting my glasses here for several years and cannot explain the extent unprofessionalism and ignorance I have experienced from their staff for last two visits. The quality of their service had changed dramatically over the years, they have incorrectly given me my order on numerous occasions. My lenses supposed to be progressive as per prescription and I always wear bifocal lenses and they knew that but they put cheap lenses on both frames without acknowledging me and that caused so much vision problems, blurry, headaches, etc. I waited for a month hoping my eyes get used to new lenses but no sign of improvement so I decided to go there and double check my lenses one of the staff told me these are not progressive lenses, I was shocked, no wonder I couldn’t read anything! And the funny thing is that they were asking for $300 more if I want a proper lenses! Be aware if you pick a frame here I guarantee you will get a cheap lenses without knowing that, always double check the lens somewhere else! I’m done with this place, I’m sure there are many other nice places that I can trust and get for what I pay, 3 for 1 glasses is a joke, they get the frames from whole sales with low quality and give you the wrong and low quality lenses! What a shame! Don’t go here!
