Great service and relaxing atmosphere. Very quiet; however, service was fantastic. Very comfortable and unique. First time visiting and definitely recommend this place. Food is great too and tasty.

Went here on a Thursday night and it was pretty empty
the server was very sweet and accomodating to all of our needs

we went for the bbq and ordered the min 2 meats.the meats were good in quality however very thin.wouldve wanted the pork belly a bit thicker.otherwise, it was all delicious

Excellent small family business dedicated to serving authentic Korean cuisine and surely the sides, and the mains were extraordinary. Prices were very good for the portion and quality of food. The pork bone soup is very good and authentic- Will definitely return

We went to the restaurant for dinner a few days ago, and we were the only guests in the whole restaurant. When asking about the menu, the male clerk wore a mask, but his tone and attitude were obviously bad. The male clerk was always at the counter after ordering and delivery. When we finally got to check out, it might be about his service charge, so his attitude changed at the last minute, but after paying the bill, his attitude was still very uncomfortable. The meals were neither particularly tasty nor particularly cheap. Seriously, why go to a restaurant to see if the clerk has a bad attitude?

Service was terrible. Ordered the half and half chicken. One half was cooked thoroughly and the other half was pink all around inside which my son had ate. Both servers said it was their style of cooking chicken so why was the other half cooked differently?
My son ended up having diarrhea the following day.
On top of bringing back the chicken, they offered to put the already bitten chicken back in the fryer for us which we said no thanks to. One server even said to me "if you had brought it to us earlier then we could have fixed it for you". My son was eating it and wouldn't have known better until we noticed how pink it was. What would have been the difference of providing service sooner rather than later? I guess you would get better service if you bring something to their attention within the first minute.
Then two older gentlemen (owner or manager) stood outside of their kitchen doorway and stared at us.
How is this place even still operating? Is it worth your horrible reviews to argue back with your customers as this seems to be an on-going issue. We should have come on to read the reviews prior to going. One of the worst places to experience.

Very disappointing experience.
Took a group of 8 for a Korean BBQ experience. Should have checked it out on my own first.
Service was challenging - servers did not really speak English or Korean.
Menu is complicated and confusing.
Food quality is meh.
Should have done BBQ at home.

Don't waste your time here. If i could give it a negative star I would. Went for dinner tonight with the family ordered the Cold noodles, Kalbi, Bulgogi and spicy seafood platter. Noodles were ok not great. Kalbi and Bulgogi were terrible. Fatty short ribs and Bulgogi was pretty bland. The Seafood platter was watery and undercooked and the Gamjatag had an odd flavor to it. All of this paled in comparison to the service from our server. Just terrible. No smile.no nothing, just a sour look.never once came to check on the meal or even replace or check in on the hot table. I'm not one to complain very often but it truly was not a good experience.
If you want good Korean food in the area go to the Owl or anywhere else. Friendly service and the food never disappoints. It's a shame as I've been there few times with friends after golf and never really had any issues. Will not be going back and will not be recommending it after today.

Would give 0-stars if I could. There was hair in our food. Sent it back and it was just tossed with no replacement and no adjustment to our bill. Customer service was awful. Made excuses instead of correcting their mistake, so we paid the bill and left.

Food is okay, a bit on the pricey side compared to regular Korean restaurants. For BBQ, they charge extra for rice and lettuce wrap along with garlic and green peppers. Most other Korean BBQ places give those as complimentary items. Quite disappointed.

Unfortunately, I don’t feel welcomed in this restaurant, the servant is giving me this “cold” face the whole time. Sides dishes were never served until I specifically requested. There were not many customers in the time I dined in but the servant not even bother once to checked how was I eating. Disappointed.

Decent Korean restaurant. Offers Korean bbq but also a la carte. We did the a la carte this time, had the kalbi hotplate and spicy tofu, seafood and pork soup. The kalbi was not very tasty, the beef was over done and left with a bit too much char marks. The kalbi was also very hard to chew which really took some time to eat. As for the soup, it was a bit salty by itself, but if you paired it up with rice it was good. The sides had a good variety, I found the kimchi was a but too fermented for my liking. Overall the experience was okay, if you are looking for powerful flavours, this place is for you. Social distancing measures in effect. Vaccination passport is required for dine in.

Lack of covid protocol. They made us to sit at the table right next to another table with customer. We asked if we can move to another table but they say they can’t turn off the stove for the other table (which does not make sense because all they have to do is to switch it off- which they did last time). After we moved to another table they did not take away the utensils we touched from the original table. Poor organization and not customer safety oriented. Staffs were kind of rude, seems very unhappy working there.: (

Unfortunately I can not comment on the food but the customer service or lack of I can definitely add my 2 cents. Not even worth a star! 3 weeks ago I called ahead to see if they had seating inside and was told yes lots. My husband, my son and myself arrived less than 15 mins later to be told we had to go on the patio. Inside was empty bar one table. We insisted we wanted to sit inside as it was too hot outdoors. The waitress that served us was rude, took our food order and avoided our table for the time we were in the restaurant. After 30 mins without even the appetizers we asked another waiter what the hold up was. “Sorry we are very busy”. People that arrived after us were all being served and we hadn’t even got our dumplings. I asked that our entire meal be brought out. Appetizers came out 15 mins later and I was told chicken would be another 15 mins. I cancelled the order, was charged $22! I explained to what looked like a lady in charge that I was extremely frustrated at spending an hour waiting for food but that I was also charged for the drinks. I asked if I could speak to someone higher. She told me to call CeCe later. I did and was told that the owner would call because he understood better English. Over 3 weeks later I’m still waiting. I very rarely write negative reviews but in all of my years living in Aurora and eating all different styles of food, and venturing to restaurants this was a very disappointing experience from the moment we walked in to the time we left! Wish I had read the reviews here first because I wouldn’t have wasted my time and I suggest you don’t waste yours either!

When you go to the restaurant: it's clean and spacious. Totally random but everytime I go in and eat they're always playing TWICE music either the owners are ONCES too or I got great timing

This review is based on a week ago or 9 days from this date.anyway my dad and I came here for our first visit. We had lunch and ordered the jeongol and fried chicken. Both were very good. The owner (im assuming) she came for a chat and was very nice. We hope to come back soon.

I visited 3000 Miles Korean Restaurant for a dine-in lunch, and it was wonderful. The staff sanitized the table before we sat down and wore a masks and gloves at all times. Our server was very sweet, and made sure to ask me if I was okay when I was obviously overwhelmed by spicy food She was so nice about it, lol! The food was amazing too, I really enjoyed the tteokbokki (it was the right amount of spicy, lol), the bulgolgi bibimbap and their half and half wings. They obviously put a lot of effort into their decor, and it really made for a lovely dine-in experience.

I really disappointed of this take out experience,
What I ordered was Dolsot BiBimBap, is rice and vegetable served in hot pot.
I understand hot pot cannot be served for take out, but rice was not warm, vegetable was cold in the container. In cold weather with cold dish, that is terrible.

We ordered the fried chicken for take out with sauce and even after the drive home it was still crispy. We also got the pancake which was flavourful and full of filling. We got the bibimbap as well but it was a little lacking only because we don't have a stone pot at home! Some dishes I think better to have in store when it's allowed post pandemic:).

First time EVER at Korean bbq. Did NOT know what we were walking into. Didn't know much of the flavors so we did a family combo with 2 meats. We played it safe and went with the marinated beef and the marinated pork. We also chose the dumplings, the stir fried noodles and the pork bone soup. Everything, EVERYTHING, was very tasty. My favourite was the pork. It was so much fun to cook our own food at the table. Our meal was always hot lol. Being a mom, my food is rarely warm lol. Great experience all around. My husband and I will be back and more adventurous next time.

Ordered the fried chicken whole half half. Not crispy, soggy when we got home. The batter used is like fried chicken you'd get at a Chinese supermarket. Overpriced compared to the quantity and quality. Prefer MyMy or the fry more. Quite disappointed.

Please do not come to this place If you wanna try korean bbq. The quality of the food is terrible and the plate for bbq is the worst i ve never seen it before. We had to change 3 times plate cause it was so easily get burned.

Food is great but the service is extremely slow. 15 minutes to get water, orders are wrong, and it takes forever get food. Spent almost 3 hrs to finish.the excuse that they are under staff and didnt expect it to be busy.its a friggen thanksgiving.lol.

This is one of my worst experience in Korean food. The price tag is very expensive for @$38+tax+tips during weekend starting from Friday with regarding the food quality is not fresh at all. Not worth to spend such money there.

Over priced and unorganized. Over $150.for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids aged 11 & 7. They brought the wrong food several times to our table and the older waitress was extremely rude. I asked for a menu to order desert and she handed me one already filled out. Also the lady working behind the bar was very busy chugging beers.

Great atmosphere, and the food is awesome. Glad I found a Korean BBQ here in the North End. Thoroughly enjoyed my all you can eat (BBQ) lunch. Highly recommend this place if you like Korean BBQ. You won't be disappointed.

Quality of the food was amazing, great service! The meats we took were mostly pre-seasoned with the chef’s mix and they were incredible. Definitely stop here for a nice meal!

Just want to put it out there. This establishment is NOT run by a Korean person. Being a Korean living in Aurora for over a decade, it is quite simple to pick out what’s authentic and what’s not. This restaurant may seem to have a very traditional Korean atmosphere, but this is to cover up for the fact that their food is disgraceful to Korean culture.

Now watch as the owner of this restaurant gets severely butt hurt and responds in a very unprofessional and confrontational where.

Just wanted to give an educated opinion on one of the only “Korean” restaurants in my area. I’m worried about the non-Korean people that would go here as they may come out of it with a bad impression of Korean restauranteurs and food.

Once again, I would like to stress the fact that Koreans would NOT run a restaurant business like this.

We went there 2 weeks after the restaurant opened its doors. The wait staff was poorly trained, unfamiliar with the simple menu (it is a Korean BBQ restaurant, it just serves raw ingredients, it has a very simple 'menu') and was completely unable to identify the meat the restaurant was offering. At one point, the waiters and waitresses (4 of them) could not agree on what type of meat they just delivered to the table, argued amongst themselves in Mandarin, and it almost took a vote to settle the answer. They kept delivering the wrong items to the table. We ordered short ribs by placing a check mark on the order sheet 3 times, and we got three different meats.

The food itself was not memorable, sauces were inadequate, and generally lacked authenticity. It was clearly a Chinese-run Korean restaurant that was not ready for patrons.

It was an unpleasant experience.

Believe the hype! Friendly service and a range of dishes to choose from. We usually ask for the Kyoto box with grilled chicken and are always happy with the portions and its presentation. More importantly, our order arrives hot with the same delicious taste, consistently. In terms of pricing, we find them to be fair and comparable to other sushi restaurants, but again where they outperform the competition is their great service and fantastic quality. Try it for yourself!

Unsanitary food and poor service. I found a few pieces of curly hair on my beef. And the food has additional oil so it’s easy to burn your hand, burning oil flew out of the frying pan and burnt my arm and hand. Please don’t take your children there.

I have only been there once, but the food over there was amazing! My daughter always says that she want to go again, she said the food were good and the people over there are very nice. I really like this place!

So glad we found this little gem in Aurora! The staff is so friendly and work really hard to make sure your experience is nothing but the best. The food was great and the menu offered lots of options - we did the AYCE BBQ. Our server helped us with the grill and recommended a variety of dishes to try. We will definitely be coming back to this place!

It's 30 minutes before they closed and they still let's us come in for dinner! The ladies were super welcoming and kind! The place is super clean and really upbeat! And of course the most importantly the food. Absolutely tasty, good portions and fresh! Getting to cook your own food is the best part, so much fun! Had lunch here today. It was my first time to have Korean Barbecue. My son took us for our 41st wedding anniversary. My son frequents all the Markham Korean Barbecue restaurants and wanted me to experience it but I refused to go all the way to Markham. It had to be close by.
We absolutely loved it. Wonderful place. Excellent decor, fabulous staff. Very clean. Everyone was very attentive.
Superb food. The quality of the meat was exceptional.
My son says this is now his favourite Korean Barbecue place.
Very reasonably priced for what we got and the quality. We had lunch and never did have dinner later because the food was so satisfying. When you have good quality food it satisfies.
The atmosphere was beautiful and the music videos on the big screen really made the place special. I like to go to a restaurant that is not the same as I cook at home. This is definitely a great experience and fun place to go.

Great service, excellent quality in the food, unique experience. I cannot wait to go back again.

Best "ALL YOU CAN EAT" Korean restaurant. My friend asked me why it is all small portion of food, it is very traditional way of korean style. In Korea, beef is very expensive, so it is make sure to not waste. Love the way they keeping this tradition, guys just keeping order, don't be hesitated. Service are excellent. ALL YOU CAN EAT, EAT ALL YOUR ORDERS! ~ Will recommend to other friends.

Service was good, people were nice, but this is the Worst Korean bbq restaurant in Canada ever! The taste is 1 out of 10. Side dishes are not authentic, and the price is too expensive for the quality. If the owner is Korean, she/ he should know better. Nothing tastes like Korean.miso soup tastes like boiled salty water, oyster smells. Hope my comment helps the owner to improve her/his business.

Was excited to see an all you can eat BBQ open near my house, only to be extremely disappointed when I went there with a few friends. Service was very spotty and slow, with several dishes served incorrectly or missing, while taking upwards of 30 minutes for our first order to arrive. Not all the waiters speak English either, and being kicked out of our spot after 2 hours with an 80$ bill between 3 people was extremely hard to swallow.
I really cannot see why there are so many positive reviews, and it's hard to believe all of them are legitimate reviews.

As a response to the owner: first of all, sushi garden should NOT be your competitor. You appeal to different demographics and mainly serve different types of food. Being rude to people who give you legitimate reviews as well as insight on their experience at your restaurant does no good for your restaurant's image either, so Im not sure on what it is you're trying to accomplish by accusing me of intentionally leaving a bad review.

Additonally, Id like to mention that the lettuce we were served was not cleaned properly (still black particles found within the leaves), and that the portions sizes are small and take a long time to arrive.

To clarify the English issue; it wasn't that the waiters couldn't speak English at all, but rather they weren't all fluent enough in English, so it was extremely difficult to get our orders across.

Meat seasoning is absent. Not sure why all the 5 star reviews but if you fry beef, pork or chicken without salt, why am I paying $40/head.

(Nice place, we spent there few hours, service was perfect, waiter was checking on us periodically. I paid attention of constantly playing nice music. Part of the patio was heated. Time was well spent. Drinks came fast and as requested. The experience overall was above typical Kelseys.
