1) they overcharged me to park
2) to access your car you need a code from your ticket, but you need to leave the ticket in the car. We were locked out for 10 minutes and had to flag down a random driver to drive to the entrance so that we could access the parking garage.

DO NOT PARK HERE. If you do, take a picture of your parking ticket. And yes, parking prices make no sense.

Horrible! We had a horrendous time trying to get the car out as the door was locked with a code. I do not recommend parking here!

This parking garage makes no sense! We tried at multiple machines and using the app, but we weren’t able to pay.even though we selected more than the $13 max per day the machine kept saying pay more and would not print a receipt. The receipt is necessary because you can’t get into the parking garage by foot without the passcode on the receipt. Definitely would not recommend parking here

Probably the worst parking meter system I’ve parked at. No answer on the telephone number. The rate cards displayed are completely false. The buttons don’t match the price either.

Wasted 30 mins here only to have to leave and find a new parking lot because the payment system made no sense. There are only 3 denomination options on the machine: $5, $9, and $10. The daily flat rate/maximum is $13. How are you supposed to make $13 from these denominations!? You can’t. Do you want us to pay more than the cost? We put in $14 to see and it was only going to give us 2 hours of time. And no, there is no button for “max time” like most parking machines. Next we tried to download the stupid app and first it didn’t even recognize this garage as an option, after you manually type in the address it appears but when you try to buy time it says there’s an error and you need to use the machine.super frustrating. Parking garage was empty too. Likely everyone experiencing the same issue.

Clean and convenient parking lot with 24/7 in and out access in an ideal location with close proximity to restaurants and area amenities. I highly recommend!

Great parking lot! Conveniently located and the new 24/7 hours are very helpful. Highly recommend the lot.
