Professional and knowledgeable. I have lived in Toronto for 8-years and have always commuted to my hometown to visit my eye doctor and decided it was time to finally get a doctor here and was not disappointed!

Came here for an eye exam for my daughter, loved everything from the doctor appointment to choosing a frame and lenses, thank you

I receive the best care from Dr. Baraam and the team here. Comprehensive exams and scans. Very thorough and informative, all my questions answered. Dr. Baraam's use of scleral lenses to treat my condition has really enhanced my life.

I am in the neighborhood and sometimes stop by. I am always treated well and my questions/concerns are taken seriously. Dr. Baram speaks clearly. He helps me comprehend reports from opthomologists which are jargony. I really appreciate that he helps me understand the findings. I like supporting independent businesses; which this one is.

Staff were very friendly. I expressed to my optometrist that the new prescription they prescribed me made me feel sick and nauseous. Unfortunately, I felt as though my concerns were not heard. I was told my options were stick with my old prescription or use the new one. I was hoping that they would explain to me why that was happening, that we could explore other options, or anything else other than “well it’s this or no new prescription at all”. 3 stars because outside of this one interaction I was provided good service from both staff and optometrist. The person who helped me pick out frames was very warm and welcoming and the receptionist was kind and helpful. Overall with so many eye care centres in the GTA I am not totally sure I’d go back, especially because I now feel uneasy about using my new prescription.

Great eye care team - been to dozens of eye specialists and doctors in my lifetime and this is my favorite one.

Great customer service and very informative. Went for a very thorough eye exam and the doctor was very patient and informative with explaining the possibilities of what could've caused my condition and some options to fix it. Thanks to his recommendation, my eyes feel back to normal. The customer service staff was also very welcoming and provided great support without feeling pressured.

I had an emergency with my eye and they got me in same day and took care of it immediately! I went back for a regular eye exam the following week and it was a great experience. Everyone who works here is so knowledgeable, kind, and patient.

Came in for an eye exam and a minor concern regarding an injury and the doctor took her time to fully investigate and make sure all was well. She was thorough, professional and kind. Admin staff is amazingly efficient in terms of booking and communication.

No complaints. I got there a bit early and they got started right away. The staff were friendly and professional. They helped me pick up the best pair of glasses for me and emailed the receipt and the prescription directly to me. Overall pretty good.

From appointment booking to greeting by the receptionist and doctor, I felt comfortable and welcomed by their professionalism.
I had my eye exam done on a Tuesday, it was busy but they had everything well arranged. I received both prescription and retinal images through email.
Highly recommend if you are looking for a professional eye clinic!

Everyone is very courteous, efficient and helpful. And, the Ophthalmologist is very thorough. All in all a pleasant experience.

The 360 folks made both my visits positive and straightforward. They were thorough in addressing my questions, take preferences into account, and don't pressure to sell anything-but have excellent items there if you do get them. It's the same procedure as all other optometrists in ON regarding insurance-read up beforehand if you need to. This is the easiest and most comfortable optometry/optician location I've been to, so highly recommend.

I went for a regular eye checkup. The staff is very friendly and the Dr listened to my concerns and addressed them.

Dr. Chen and Nicole were amazing. This was my first visit and I was extremely impressed and greatly appreciative of their kindness, understanding and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Chen as she is a very thorough, caring Dr. Nicole is a great introduction to this office as she is very friendly and welcoming. I don't rave about going to medical appointments but my experience at 360 Eyecare was worth raving about.

All of the staff here are extremely pleasant, kind and patient. They take the extra time to fully listen to the concerns of those who come to them and give out thoughtful solutions.

Excellent service. Booking online was quick and easy. The eye exam was thorough and the front desk receptionist and optician were prompt and efficient. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

My eye exam was great. Post appointment follow-up and service not so much. They are not quick with their communicate at all. I had to follow up to get my prescription. Dropped telephone calls also did not make for a pleasant experience. They also closed on weekends which makes it difficult if you are working.

Dr Baraam was extremely professional, down to earth and knowledgeable and took his time to answer any questions I had. The staff inside are very helpful and courteous too.

Amazing! Found them by just googling, everyone was so attentive and answered every question I had, tons of selections, friendly staff and if you at looking for a place to have your test and glasses done this is it!

A welcoming environment and excellent attention from Gina who was kind and efficient in explaining the results of her Eye Examination.
My problem was that on arrival I was told that the full cost of the eye examination was not covered by OHIP and that an additional $45 payment was required. I had not been advised of this when I made my appointment.
I pointed out that most other Ophthalmologists accepted the OHIP coverage in full payment and I was told that was not their policy. After further discussion they waived the additional $45 charge but told me I would have to pay next time. But I will not be back.

My wife and I were very pleased with our first visit to their eye clinic! We highly recommend this clinic for their overall pleasant and very considerate attention, both from Nicole, and her assistant intake person, whose name I do not have. Also, Dr. Chen, the optometrist, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional, and very accommodating in answering any questions my wife and I presented to her. We can highly recommend 360 - Eyecare - Rosedale!

A nice, clean office with the latest technology and an excellent staff who are engaged and informed. Communication is excellent, and Dr. Baraam always goes out of his way to address my concerns. Highly recommended.

Dr. Baraam was really thorough with his eye exams and was quick to identify what was needed in order to give me eye relief. Nicole has a calming presence and is really knowledgeable about glasses concerning what is best suited for your face shape. She also provides options for lower costing, but still top end eye glass frames. I highly recommend 360 Eyecare.

I had a very great experience here, the test process is very fast and efficient. Especially I need to mention about Nicole who helped us in all the ways to get great pair of glasses.

Highly recommend this optometrist, event during COVID-19 they provide great service! I contacted Nicole a week ago needing contacts urgently and she was able to get me them within the week exactly when I needed them. Amazing!

Great receptionist! I just called in to ask a few questions about getting my eyes tested and what glasses I should get and the receptionist was very patient and kind and answered all my questions very clearly! Will be getting my eyes checked there soon!
