360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower

Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The most noticeable issue was the food arriving cold, which was a significant letdown. When we’re paying premium prices, we expect our meals to be served at the right temperature.

Another disappointment was our drinks. The Diet Cokes we ordered lacked fizz, and when we brought this to the waiter’s attention, we were told this was normal. This response was surprising and not at par with the service standards one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber.

Cleanliness, especially in the washrooms, is another area where the restaurant did not meet expectations. In a high-end establishment, impeccable hygiene is a basic requirement, but sadly, this was not the case during our visit.

Overall, while the ambiance of the restaurant might be fitting for a special occasion, the quality of service and attention to detail in food and facilities did not justify the high cost. For a more pleasant dining experience, I hope to see improvements in these areas.

I emailed them twice as requested in the response below, and they never got back to me.

I had a highly DISAPPOINTING dining experience. Went for a work Christmas dinner with my board of directors and myself. Immediately the servers displayed unprofessional behavior, speaking inappropriately and making insinuating comments about our orders. Despite requesting wine several times, the waiters ignored us, serving only one table out of our group of 16. A family asked to be moved because they felt uncomfortable sitting next to our group (we were the only people of colour at the restaurant;), and the waiter accommodated their request despite its discriminatory and RACIST nature. The waiters rushed us to pay our bill, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. When myself and my colleague expressed these issues to the manager, Ricardo, he was extremely RUDE and dismissive, saying that we should have brought up concerns immediately rather than at the end of the meal. Overall, he was unprofessional and invalidating.

I reached out to senior management/HR of the restaurant about a month ago and have not heard back from them.

Great view, excellent service, food is ok as compared to the price. Those who have vertigo or has Acrophobia, should be careful, as it does get impacted. It's onetime good place to dine in.
Dine in during lunch hours if you wish to enjoy the view.

Overall our experience was a bit okay. We had made a reservation for 9: 00 pm unfortunately we were a bit late due to the traffic but we were surprised to see that our table wasn't ready yet.

The service was good.

But I'm tremendously shocked about the quality of the food. It was TASTELESS!
And it's honestly too bad because the environment is good. But it's extremely overpriced for what it is.

I'm so surprised to see all the good reviews about the food.

A chic place to dine and inspire your inner self to enjoy the cityscape. Toronto's twinkling lights, lake fill with boat lights and chefs iconic dishes *+ a unforgettable night.
Now some details, we spend around $300 for 2 person and $45 for photos that they took, which I regretted. Food was good, most important the server was very nice and overwhelming.

1) Service - flop. They pass the buck. One small request escalated over three different people who simply said “not my job. YOU go ask blah blah” and walked away without even at attempt. Then the water server came back and made the biggest deal of out of me even asking.
2) Mediocre food. Tortellini came out cold. I’m still eating and the cleaning table person is already trying to pull my plate away and was a bit rude.
3) Access: rushed. In the evening, access to other observatory locations is not worth it. They close the glass area early before you even complete dinner. They rush you out of other locations prior to even the closing time.

Over all, we tried our best to have a good time but service is a stinker. And this is a tourist trap. The fact this place even got the stars it got was due to Vincent, our waiter, being kind, jovial, and polite.

Update 9/14/23: increased rating due to Andrew Groves following up. We were pleasantly surprised at the response and see he works hard as a General Manager.

I went there two days ago for dinner. Amazing view, good atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised how good that restaurant was for children since I had a little one with us. The food was good. However, the service could be better. Our waiter was a little passive aggressive. They messed up the order and brought us the complete wrong main course, so while I was eating, my partner was basically looking at me waiting for his food. I understand it gets a little hectic however, it was a special night for us and did not want to get any attitude and be expected to give 20+ percent tips. I still recommend the place though.

Starting off the view was amazing and unlike anything i have ever seen before in a rotating restaurant. The basil pesto was simply fantastic. It’s bursting with fresh basil flavor and has a perfect balance of garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil. The texture is smooth, and it pairs wonderfully with pasta. The portion size is generous, and the dish is beautifully presented. Combined with the stunning views from the CN Tower, it’s a must-try for pesto lovers and a memorable dining experience overall.and let's not talk about the chocolate mousse which was also delicious.one thing i wasn't a fan of thought was the fruit tart which had a weird taste.and finally the service was perfect.overall my favourite rotating restaurant in the world.

The food and service were exceptional. The views of Toronto from the tower were exceptional as well. A must-see and experience when in Toronto.

This place is going down. Had visitors from UK and was ashamed with the food and the service. Not worth the price

I went yesterday for my bday dinner for the very first time … as I am vegetarian and my others friends are, I expected something else but it was beyond my expectation. My experience was great! I recommend atleast visit once it’s something different from other food places.service was great!

The staff is great. Having said that, this restaurant - from concept to menu, from pricing to theme - is a total embarrassment for tourism and high-end dining. This restaurant may have represented Toronto decades ago but it utterly fails to represent the best this great city has to offer. Please rethink the whole concept - or we'll continue telling every visitor to avoid this place in favour of the much better experience available at the Hot Dog Stand near the base of the CN Tower. Management is welcome to reach out to me.

The absolute worst restaurant I've been to in my life. I've had better food from a Tim Hortons at a rush hour filled with new employees who can't remember to add sugar to a coffee.

On a positive note, our server was absolutely great.

The fine dine restaurant had no parking for diners nor offered any guidance on alternative options and it turned out quite a walk in the cold winter to the CN tower from the expensive parking spot that we found in the city. Please be aware that the restaurant requires a minimum bill to avoid elevation charges and we ended up wasting leftover food as we had to order more than our appetite to meet the minimum payment per person criteria. The menu had limited vegetarian/vegan options that did not go well for us with specific dietary conditions. The lookout and glass floor view was complimentary but the latter turned out to be closed due to ongoing construction and maintenance activities. Usually I care less, but for the price we paid for one night’s dinner, I think the end-to-end experience could have been better.

The view was really good. The service was good, however the food was surprisingly average. I was expecting for the food to be way better.

I had THE BEST lamb shank of my life here and I'm not exaggerating at all. I was here a few years ago and i can assure you the service and the food quality has tremendously improved. It was not just an amazing view that highlighted that night, everything was perfect, from greeting at the door to our one of the kind waiters, George. They made my birthday special that it'll never fade from my memory

Food is very good here. The view of the city is even better!

11/10 Review: took a client out for the night. The food was exceptional.

Servers were rude and did not inform me about reservation seating beforehand and requested me to wait an hour to be seated at table of choice. Insisted that a larger deposit was needed for the table I requested which I would have been happy to pay but I was not informed about this before arriving at the restaurant and was simply denied a window side seat. Would highly not recommend visiting this restaurant.

Everything was excellent! We were here to welcome our aunt visiting Toronto from Vietnam and celebrate my husband’s birthday. Great service, especially Ricky. Thank you Ricky for recommending the veggie pasta dish. My aunt & I enjoyed it very much. We will be back for sure!

Great food. Higher price but worth the experience with the tower. Free access if you reserve your spot at the restaurant.

The food & the service are great, the view is amazing, but the best thing about this restaurant is that if you feel like blasting youtube at full volume while letting your kids run around other people's tables, screaming and literraly jumping on tables and seats, they'll let you do it.
Isn't that the kind of experience you're expecting from a place like this?

Courteous service. Breathtaking view. There was a 2 hour limit on our table but it didn't seem rush. We took the 3 course meal. Medium venison loin was juicy and tender. Salmon and risotto was good too. Much to our kid's delight, fries are surprisingly crispy and fresh. Meringue was um.questionable but it didn't ruin the occasion.

Incredible views that you really need a whole meal to take in. The food was good, though what you're really paying for is the experience. The night view is incredible, highly recommend this spot.

Food was surprisingly delicious with good portions. Service was top notch and atmosphere was phenomenal as you would expect looking over the city.

Table is typically reserved for 2 hours, so plan ahead to try to catch the sunset with time before and after the meal.

The food is not so good. When we sat down we were told that we had to choose the dish right away because the kitchen was going to close. I thought it was rude.my time was 9: 15 and it still took about 15 minutes for our table to be available. The salmon dish comes with raw nodles. Very expensive price. Poor service. The only cool thing is the tower.even so the decoration of the restaurant is very simple.

Great experience on Oct 1 for lunch. Celebrated my brother and his bride’s 1 year wedding anniversary, who were visiting from Vancouver. Great service all around as soon as we stepped into the restaurant. In fact, even the admissions, security, elevator staff getting up the CN tower were great. Felt very safe and comfortable dining out during pandemic. Food was delicious especially prime rib. Chocolate dessert was decadent. Views were breath taking even for a long time Torontonian. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you for making our celebration memorable!

If it hadn't been the view and the salad it would have been 0 star. The food and plating looked good. The stuffed pasta was over cooked, its flavor was bland and the stuffing was horrible, the salmon was dry and the mashed potato that came with it was bland almost watery. The bread that they served to you was hard as rock. There where two servers serving our desk, one of our server was nice, but the other one took our food right away having not finished the food yet. Don't go there for dinner.dinner was $65 minimum per person and I will say it was $65 wrongly spent.

AMAZING. There is no better view to realize your place in this world. Pricey but unforgettable experience we try to do once a year. Love it!

We went for my birthday dinner and we both paid 69$ flat fee for 2 entree dinner. The food doesn't worth even 10$, my soup was cold and risotto tasted awful, the only good thing that we ordered was stake, but don't even bother to answer the question "how would you like your stake? " it's gonna be well done anyways. The service is awful, waiter looked like he wanted to get rid of us ASAP as we came at 10 pm and were last guests at the restaurant, he was rude and did not even tried to hide how he hates his job. We didn't even finished our drinks when they stopped the platform of the restaurant and turned off the lights. The only thing that worth 5 star and still helps this restaurant to exist is the view of Toronto, if there would be a zero star for the service of 360 restaurant I would definitely score it 0. If you take a cup of coffee or tea with the bagel and go to the View Floor of the CN Tower it's gonna be a cheaper and better way to look at the City!

Stunning 360 views. Horrendous food. Ordered steak, lamb shoulder, chicken, mushroom brioche, appetizers, fries, salad and dessert. Only edible items were the salad and the dessert. Everything else was absolutely GOD AWFUL. From the stale bread, dirty dishes to the raw tasteless $80 steak. A blind folded rabid monkey could have easily cooked a better meal than what was presented. But the views are great.

Not worth the money AT ALL.
A waste of $250

Our server was rude when I tried ordering for the table as english is not native to my family members and condescendingly “suggested” that we just all order separately.

Even worse the bread was cold, stale and hard, but the butter was good.

The beef pasta app was revolting, the beef smelt and tasted spoilt, same with the roast beef I had, dry, bland, no flavour whatsoever, 40% of the meat was just greasy fat.

To top it off the absolute WORST PART of the dining experience was that ALL the plates that were served at our table were all scratched and dirty and chipped on the sides, absolutely disgusting to eat food with that in sight.

Compared to the fine dining restaurants around Toronto (Alo, Giulietta, Dimmi, Sofia, Sotto Sotto, Joso’s, Jacobs) it was like eating dog food out of a dog bowl. Food is LOWER quality compared to Nandos (average price restaurant)

Overall management seriously needs to step things up for this restaurant to be established as “luxury” the condition of the plates alone made me not want to eat my entire meal.

Really unique experience. View combined with amazing food makes it a perfect place to spend time with friends or family. Great appetizers and main courses especially anything with fish - fish soup was my favourite of all.
It's a must see if you're living or visiting Toronto!

We went to the 360 Restaurant for my birthday dinner. The view was fantastic, and our server, Carlos was friendly and attentive. The food however was WELL below average, especially considering the price. ($120 for 8oz steak and half a small lobster) Compare that with The Keg at $40 for the same meal that tastes much better. I cannot in good conscience recommend 360 restaurant.

Phenomenal dinner with a view to match. Great service. I always recommend coming here for lunch or dinner to anyone. It’s really quite reasonably priced if you get a minimum of two courses because the ride up and down is completely free. Not only that there is no need to wait in line because if you have a reservation you jump right to the front of the queue. After the meal you’re free to go down to the observation deck. Once you’re done you have to line up with everyone else to take the elevator back down - but my advice is to go back up to the restaurant and take that elevator. Way quicker.

Love eating here but had a very rough start to the evening when our group wasn't seated for our 7: 45 reservation. After being rudely shushed aside by the Hostess the 9 of us were seated an hour after our original time. Food was amazing.but the fog didn't help save the evening. Too bad, the 360 will probably fall off our rotation. (no pun intended)

When you make a reservation, try to get a seats near a window since there are many seats that you can't see the view. The foods are way more expensive than you think, it costs over $150 with two person
: Side dishes cost $11, and the dessert costs $14.

I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a tourist trap but the food was very well done from start to finish. The process of checking in and dining was very smooth and efficient. Both things caught me off guard as I expected the worst. The initial pricing of the menu seems high (ie $40 kids menu) until you consider it includes the price of admission to the CN Tower. While dining I realized it was actually a bargain. I'd definitely eat here again if I wanted the view and experience.

I am very disappointed. Coming from an hour and half of road we were not able to get in. We had a reservation at 10pm, due to road issues at 9: 45pm I decided to call them to tell that we will be late and we might get there by 10: 15pm she said ok but be quick last elevator is 10pm. We parked at 10 in a near by park and manage to get there at 10: 20pm. Nope to late kitchen close at 10: 15pm tried to negotiate for 20min nothing because this was for my birthday. This is not really nice, I am so disappointed to drive for nothing. We have already been there and I enjoyed it but I found that 5min policy really lame, I really doubt I will go there again.

Food was amazing- had the Caesar salad and then salmon as the main. Great views and ambience. Service was also excellent - glasses filled and dirty dishes removed promptly.

My partner and I went for our anniversary, both of us for the first time. Its special because our parents had anniversaries there. Our food was amazing, we shared our apps and meals. The price was so fantastic I tipped big. Please dont raise any prices. The view is breathtaking. Our LGBTQ waiter was fantastic taking pictures for us. I want to go once a month but my patner says once a year would make it special.

It was amazing breathtaking views and excellent food to they have a appetizer called CN tower platter it is as the name goes it's a 3 tier appetizer loaded with variety of sea food excellent for large group of people Must Try. ONLY down side we had the waiter who waited on us was very rude had too much attitude anytime we told him to bring something was reluctant as if hes the one who is paying the bill. Aprt frm that the whole experience was excellent.

Good to have dinner/lunch at this place with panoramic view. I ordered smoked Salmon as appetizer that was very good. As main dish I chose Cod fish preparation that was not that tasty. About service there are areas of improvement and need to focus. Water served in glasses that was not washed properly and wiped with napkin that has bad odor. Coke served was flattened. More supportive supervision needed to maintain quality of services.

Unique experience if you only consider the view. Other than that, every aspect of this restaurant is subpar. I am judging from the standard of a high-end dinning, the food has basic presentation, small portion, ok ingredients, poor execution. Mushrooms taste fishy and raw. Steak is served without salt or pepper. Large particles of sea salt are on the sweet potato fries, making them ultra salty. Servers try to be emotionlessly polite and are far from passionate. The floor and seats are dirty with food remains.

Overall, I recommend just pay the entry ticket if you want to see the view. You can easily get a more satisfying meal anywhere else.

Very fine restaurant. Customer service was top notch food was excellent. We went there for anniversary dinner with family. Overall 5 star I would recommend to go have different experience then usual restaurants. It's expensive but worth your money.
