Our application was handled and worked by Navin and Patricia and it made the difference for our closing. The process was clear and considered all the options we thought we didn’t have. Glad we found them and got the outcome we wanted.

You have to watch what you say while rating otherwise it won't appear. I wouldn't suggest using 360 lending.

Dimitri and Patricia were fantastic throughout this entire process! We were working under a very tight deadline, and not only did they make sure we met our date they were calm, understanding, helpful, and made themselves available for our questions/concerns at all times. I highly recommend them both and look forward to working with them again in the future!

My recent experience was mediocre. Dimitri I find is a great guy as well as his partner/ underwriter Patricia.

With the transaction from start to finish (not necessarily reflecting Dimitri but the whole process in general including the lawyers and lender)

Pros:
-Available in the evenings
-Fast responses
-Polite
-Knowledgeable
-Understanding

Cons:
Delays
The lender kept adding on additional payouts that would increase your loan and interest rate.
Fees after fees after fees plus adding that to the interest (but it’s no initial money out of pocket).
We kept signing documents after documents after everything would change hands from the consultant, to the lawyer to the broker, to the lender etc.mostly double talk.
When doing a loan make sure it’s what you want and the lender doesn’t tack on this and that because it increases your overall debt.
Between fees and what not it’s about $5000,
Roughly $450 out of pocket. That $4,500 is tacked onto the loan with a rate.

Essentially the job Dimitri did himself was probably right up to par, but bouts of frustration here and there sat in after his part was dealt with and the work was into the next phase on to the next people. I give him a 9/10. The overall experience probably 6/10.

We contacted 360 Lending for a 2nd Mortage; Robin Koenigsberg was very professional and beyond efficiency. She initiated the whole process and completed it within days. Our file was also handled by Patricia Gomes with the same level of efficiency and swift speed.

At the beginning, I was told that it would be approx 2 weeks from start to finish to set up a HELOC. I’m fully aware that people have different circumstances and some are way more challenging then others. Communication is key for me and my family. After nearly two months, our HELOC was complete but not without some unfortunate attitude near the end as I was hounding them for answers. I understand also that they are at the discretion of the lenders, but please don’t call families pre-maturely to tell them it’s all done and approved when I reality it’s NOT! Waited 3 weeks after that phone call. At the end of the day, it got done
