369 Shanghai Dim Sum

Dim Sum Sunday brunch for four. Tea was excellent, fresh in a good thermal pot.

Really nice staff. Food was as good as any top notch Shanghai restaurants. Highly recommended.

Came here a couple years ago and came back again to try it again. Great and kind service, the braised beef noodle soup was the best I had, and the rest of the food was good as well.

Decent. Not as cheap as some scarborough restaurants but the food is good. (Although, we usually just get noodles, dumplings and those beef wraps, so it's not like we know a variety of things for comparison). The beef wraps were particularly pricey compared to avg. Didn't get those at this place

369 is my favorite Markham local dim sum spot. I recommend any of the hot pots, any of the dumplings, and of course the glass noodle in a cream and hot saucewith green onions and topped with peanuts. Great value $$

You think for having dim sum in their name, they would serve it. Don't waste your time going in and looking to eat some dim sum. Place is a joke.

It was hard finding a spot in the restaurants in this plaza so we landed up here. Thankfully there was an empty table and we were able to snag it. The service was kind of chaotic - they missed putting in some of our food items and the food was very slow coming out. They seemed extremely overwhelmed by the full house (maybe it's not a common thing?) but at least they were friendly and apologetic about it. It was frustrating having to wait so long and still not get the proper food items.in the end, we cancelled some because we just couldn't wait any longer. The food itself was pretty good.we had a really flavourful soup with chicken and dumplings and the rice cakes with veggies was really yummy. Their spare ribs were delicious but I can't believe they cost $24+tax! There were maybe only 6-7 small ribs on the plate with some bok choy on the side. Definitely not worth the price. The dim sum items (like the turnip fried cakes) were alright. Overall, it's okay for some items but unfortunately overpriced and not the best service. I would maybe go again but be more mindful of what I am ordering, and hopefully at a less busy time.

Great classic Chinese staples and dim sum. Solid service, food made fresh and prepared quickly. Would visit again

Probably first time to this eatery, might have been here previously but not 100% sure. The food quality is very good and they are typical Shanghai cuisine. Prices are very attractive as well. The only missing star seems to be the variety of the menu. It seems that they are missing some dishes that other Shanghainese restaurants offer. Service cannot be described as excellent as this is the same in all Chinsse restaurants

I seldom visit a restaurant where I promise myself and my son we will never go there again. We went there few months ago around 5pm but no customer there. Even the typical dishes, Shanghai fried noodle, 上海粗炒，and the small dumpling, 小龍包, taste bad and don't even mentioned about the quantity. The whole dish of fried noodles almost only have noodle, a very unforgettable experience, I dare to let you know it is a wastage of money to dine there.

After so many years of dining experience in North America, I have to rate this restaurant the worst one in terms of service, period! I would've rated this restaurant with zero star if there was this rating option.

In the entire duration of dining, I didn't feel any sense of customer service from the waitress, not to mention how many times I had to almost yell to her for simple things like taking away plates not needed any longer and giving us extra napkins.

After we're done with the dinner, the waitress asked if we needed any change back when we paid in cash, then we asked for some changes. Here is where the dramatic moment started, she said the tipping amount didn't reach 10% and the minimum tip percentage is 12% and therefore we must pay more. Only 2 people dining there with such an inferior service with unreasonable price of 120 Canadian dollars in total, this waitress demanded blatantly at least 12% for the tip, can you believe this?

We wanted to report this to whoever in charge of the restaurant but this waitress, without any shame on her face, simply said she is the only one managing the business, and we can only report anything to her, what a lier!

This restaurant is absolutely placed on my blacklist and I strongly suggest anyone to avoid going to this restaurant.

Really enjoyed lunch here - the dumplings in particular were excellent, the service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Shanghai noodles and pan fried dumplings were pretty good. But the xio long bao and hot and sour soup were disappointing. Although I was impressed that they replaced a bao when they noticed one was pierced.

I come here every year for my husband's birthday and order mapo tofu. Super delicious with a bowl of rice. Their beef noodle soup is also another favourite of mine. I love the chewiness of the noodles.

Really disappointed at the food. The steamed crab buns with pork is even smaller than any frozen dim sum. The tofu bamboo shoot and mushroom is awful.

I used to enjoy this restaurant, won't go again.

We used to frequent this place. Went for the first time in a while and was disappointed. The Xiao Ling Bao was nowhere near the quality from previous visits. The filling was mushy and had no flavour. The spicy and sour soup was watery. The worst was a fried vermicelli dish with only pork fat pieces. All this while prices inflated by quite a bit. I can appreciate business being tough through the last 2 years and cost of running a business being high, but cutting corner with food quality isn’t a smart move. Certainly we won’t be going back anymore.

I love the free deep fried savoury chicken when ordered $30 or more. Their dishes, buns and dumplings are so good.

Update: We come back a year after. Tonight we enjoyed the dinner. Every dishes are more delicious and much better.

We ordered a new item from their menu
Deep fried pancake with shedded pork. We found that the taste was unusual as it should be salty taste but then it tasted sweet. We ask the waitress why. She went and ask the chef but got a nasty reply, not recommend this place at all.

3.5 stars. Food were made hot and tasty. Not much customers at the time we were there so we were far from other customers. Took 0.5 stars off because the bowls, cups, plates and spoons were petty beat up. Prices were on the expressive range.

We friends quite a few dishes. Steam Dumpling is best choice, thin wrap with juicy filling. The rest of the dishes are okay. Can’t compare to most 小炒餐廳
