I had an amazing experience at 3D Lifestyle in Etobicoke. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The treatments are top-notch, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and professional experience.

I used to go to 3D Lifestyle all the time because of the service both Nurse Nadine and esthetician Shanelle provided, but the 2885 Lakeshore location has now rebranded separated from 3D and are now Urban Aesthetics. I will continue my treatments with Nadine and Shanelle as they are professional, kind know what they are doing and I trust them. I am loyal to the injector and services not the brand.

Amazing service — my injector was very attentive and knowledgeable. Definitely went over and above to ensure that I was satisfied with results (follow up appointment). I will definitely be making this my regular clinic for Botox and filler treatments.

In the past, I've had "spocking" issues with my brows when I get botox on my full forehead and end up having to go back for a correction. I stopped in to 3D Lifestyle and had a chat with Nadine who made me feel comfortable with her experience and technique. For the first time in 2+ years I did my full forehead, crows feet and lip filler. Nadine's technique is in fact precise and I am very happy with the results. I did not have to go back for a correction, but I did stop by to give her praise for her incredible work. I trust Nadine with my face 100%. Highly recommended.

Did my first laser hair removal with Elizabeth and she was the sweetest person on earth.she made me very comfortable and educated me along the way!

Shanelle indeed deserves all the hype in the reviews! She is an amazing person and made me feel very comfortable throughout the full body laser hair removal process. Speaking about the treatment, I am a brown girl and I don't think any hair can be thicker than mine, it's like thorns growing out of my body lol.
I did my first session and I already see a lot of difference, many places of my body have almost no hair growing in patches. I do feel that after 5-6 sessions it will all be gone! I definitely recommend giving it a try

It’s the worst experience I’ve had
I drove more than 70 kilometres, 40 minutes
And they telling me this offer for the membership only, why you didn’t montions that on the add when you post it

Met with Shanelle and I felt so comfortable with her. Avesta ended up doing my facial and she did not disappoint. I’ve had lots of facials done in the past and this being my second micro needling experience I was a bit hesitant because of my first experience.

I have to say Avesta did an amazing job, I got home seeing my skin glowing despite the scars covering my face at the moment. She’s very informative and educational and gave me information about things I didn’t even know.

The owner ended up seeing me out. The nurse was there to also recommend a few things alongside the owner. They both recommended products and they were also very nice and informative.

Anyway 10/10!

I came here for the mens hair PRP membership after my hair transplant, I have gone to many clinics before and felt nothing but pushed and girls eager to make sales. As a male it takes time getting comfortable reaching out for certain treatments but I felt at home and genuinely felt the care the owner and her staff gave me. I own a business so i can tell when one means well.

Great first experience with this clinic! In a nice location and easy to find parking. My injector was very knowledgeable and took into account what my goals were during the consultation. We didn’t end up using all the filler product I bought and she offered to save it for another time. Will definitely be coming here again!

My trip today was so incredible, worth the hour drive and have already booked my next appointment! Clinic was clean and cute however it was Shanelle that truly made my visit extraordinary. Just walking in, she greeted me and got me settled with a coffee and was so patient and thorough with the consultation. She was incredibly helpful in squeezing my appointment in same day. Throughout the procedure she took her time and ensured I was comfortable. She was so caring and helpful and never tried to sell me anything. She creates a wonderful atmosphere. Would give her more stars if I could! Excited for my next visit.

Update: Came back 2 weeks later for another appointment and fell even more in love with this clinic! All the staff are so incredibly kind and charismatic and Narmin went above and beyond to schedule in my requests. Do not hesitate to book a consultation (they’re free) with them!

Don't bother. ESPECIALLY with the membership. You will be told 'I don't see credits in your account' as you are starring at them and then forced to pay for your session, that curtain things are not allowed to use the credits with even tho you were told at booking you can. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. This business is run like a joke, the manager is rude and just passes you phone numbers to call instead of dealing with the issues herself. My membership was supose to be canceled in November but they still charged me. I had to actually cancel my credit card because they kept trying to charge me monthly and always said 'it's an error' the staff ia reallt nice but doesn't really know how to do the treatments. You'll find much better places.

I had booked one of the promos on their website: 500$ for a cirynge filler and free botox. During consultation the nurse told me they only have 1 type of filler, which I wasn't familiar with, so I asked her if I could do botox promotion instead. The botox promo was: 150$ for 25 units.
I ended up doing more than 25, paid my bill and left. Once I got home I realized I was overcharged by 60$. Called them next day and day after, but there was no answer, so I drove to the clinic. Well.instead of apologizing and giving me the refund, the owner said she can't do nothing about it. Also tried to convince me that the special was 150$ for 20 and that they have 2 special on their website.
One 150$ for 25 and another 150$ for 20. That makes zero sense. How dishonest is that? !
To make the matters worse 1 week after the treatment my eyebrows are dropped. It shows inexperience of the injector. I've been doing botox for almost 20 years now and it only happened to me once. The worst experience and biggest disappointment! I paid 300$ to make myself look worse

They cancelled my first appointment on the day of! Such a waste of time. I booked on their online system and they said that my appointment time couldn't be kept since they don't taking bookings at 6 PM, when their website clearly shows they do.

This place is great. Starting with the cleanliness of the clinic and ending with the amazing treatment and proffessionality of the staff. I worked with Nadine, she is just amazing!

Purchased a coupon from Groupon for Botox. Although there was a bit of confusion with my original appointment booking date, they rectified the issue and set me up for an appointment on the same day. The nurse I had was professional and knowledgeable. Just hit my 2 week mark and I love the results. I will be back:)
