This place is really good! They help a lot and their prices are great. The people there are nice specially Shak and make it easy to get what you need. They have cool deals like offers and monthly specials. I definitely recommend them for dental stuff.

Have been ordering our dental supplies from Shawn at 3z for a while now and am extremely happy with his service! Always quick to answer any questions with our bottom line in mind! Highly recommend for dental supplies especially if you need delivery ASAP!

3 weeks after placing a simple order I still haven't seen my order or any indication on their website that they intend to ship any time soon.

If you value your time do not deal with 3Z dental.

I placed an order with them and got charged the full amount on the 22nd of October. 12 days later I emailed them to ask about the order status, Someone emailed back asking if I am a dentist (which I am). I told them have you waited 12 days to ask me that question without getting back to me or even processing the order? !

Anyway, the rep told me that I am going to receive the order no later than November 7th. Unfortunately I have received a partial delivery with no ETA for the rest of the order and no updates from them about any delays. I had to contact them again to cancel the rest of the order.

Terrible customer service. Very hard to contact them when you have a problem. I never received a portion of my order after 1 month. At this point, I consider they just stole me and don’t plan to refund me. Save yourself some trouble, time and money; and order from someone else. I ordered the missing item at Frontier Dental and received it almost 24h later.

Adeel is my representative and has helped us to secure great discounts on some of our regular purchases. Great incentives and excellent next day delivery. Very happy at this point that we found them and Adeel!

This company is a gray goods seller. I would recommend staying away from as the products may not be true manufacture goods.
