Service was not the best, the food wasn’t cooked very well - our chicken was not fully cooked and when we asked the server about it he said that there was something wrong in the kitchen that didn’t allow them to make certain dishes which was disappointing due to my family and i coming to this restaurant for those specific dishes.we were left unhappy with the overall experience.

The food was not good, paid extra for the dum biriyani family pack and literally no spice, no flavour waste of $40, will not recommend.

This reviews was solely about the food which was not up to the mark. It didn’t justify for the price. As you can see the image it was literally plain rice with colour and the meat had no taste or spices. Stalking me and invading my privacy just to show how you have served the food was not justified. I’m Posting my review and it is my choice. So it is totally ok if the co.takes the feedback in a positive way or not. I don’t need to come directly to you to convey my grievance. PLEASE STOP INVADING MY PRIVACY IT IS NOT RIGHT. I suggest channeling your energy and time into making better food and experience for the customer rather than stalking someone.

Nice place to try our Hyderabadi Biriyani
Family plate comes in a good portion.
Amazing customer service

Changing the review after 2nd try.
Ordered chicken biriyani today.
Almost no salt at all, entire biriyani tasted burnt and blunt in taste- lack of flavours.
Also the tandoori chicken was just red color and dry meat, no flavour of taste at all.

Wouldn't go back here.

I’m afraid of leaving a review for this restaurant because I don’t want it to get so popular that it becomes difficult to get a reservation. But at the same time I want them to grow so here goes.

The Haleem, is up there with Pista House and Shah Ghouse in Hyderabad. Having it in ramadan was an unexpected pleasant surprise, made my day. It’s a proper haleem, not a harees (for those who know the difference).
The Mutton Biryani is what we call ‘shaadiyon waali biryani’. Because this taste and this blend of spices are only found in the biryanis of weddings back home, it brought pure joy to my taste buds from the first spoon. It did fall a little short on the akhni (wet spice mix) that we find in biryanis, but that didn’t affect the taste at all.
The chicken 65 is another superbly prepared dish at this restaurant, it’s not a random mix of pre made chicken with tons of cornflour. It’s chicken heavy, with the perfect touch of cornflour and spices, they’re not cutting costs and I love that.

It’s hard to find the authentic taste of Hyderabad so far from home, but 4 seasons you’ve hit the spot! I hope you get popular real fast and retain the taste (and your chef) for years to come!

Ordered Chicken Dum Biryani and Chicken 65 for take out. The Chicken 65 was spicy and tasty, the biryani was flavorful but rice was a bit dry. Will try the Mutton Haleem next time! Hoping this is the one stop place for Hyderabadi food in the area.

The Biryani at 4 Seasons Indian Cuisine
is simply outstanding. The fragrant basmati rice, perfectly cooked with a blend of aromatic spices and tender, juicy meat, makes for an unforgettable dining experience. Each bite is bursting with flavor and the portion size is generous, making it a filling and satisfying meal. Whether you're a Biryani aficionado or trying it for the first time, you won't be disappointed with what 4 Seasons has to offer. Highly recommended!

Best Indian Hyderabadi food ever in GTA. My favorites are Mutton Haleem & Chicken 65 and I bet no other restaurant can beat their taste. Their Biryani truly resembles the taste of Hyderabad, and their curries are mouth watering. Their Indo-Chinese food is go to place for instant craving. Excellent customer service by the management. Altogether, 4seasons is a must go to place with friends and family.

MashaAllah Delicious food and great service, specially Haleem and Biryani was complete authentic. Must try

Their Mutton Haleem is out of this world, this is by far the closest to the haleem available in hyderabad during ramadan. A must try that you will never regret.

Delicious and plentiful food, mutton biryani was the second best I've had in a very long time, Chicken 65 wad juicy and flavourful. Never had mutton haleem before, spicy and very interesting dish. My companions raved about the paneer tikka kabab. As a white guy, I'd rate the spice level as mild on most things we ordered and medium on the haleem. Large portion sizes, especially on the biryani. Order fewer items than you might think you need. Must try the chai.

Tried their mutton haleem today, and it was cooked to perfection, with tender chunks of meat that melt in your mouth. The spices are perfectly balanced, creating a rich and flavorful dish that is truly unforgettable. If you're looking for the best mutton haleem in town, look no further than 4 seasons.

Owner was kind enough to provide excellent customer service and even offered me a complimentary chai at the end of my meal. His generosity and hospitality really made me feel welcome at the restaurant.

I liked the lip-smacking Haleem and Chicken Biryani,

Perhaps 4 Seasons restaurant is the best choice for Authentic Indian Food.

I ordered a biriyani from and the rice was burnt. It had no flavours or salt, all that it had was burnt smell and taste. Instead of raita a small of yogurt was given which hasn’t curdled and was tasting like milk. I had high expectations after reading the reviews and it was an absolute waste of money. If you don’t have biriyani you should be open to say that the stock is over rather than serving burnt food.

We visited this place for dinner and the overall experience was not that good

Mutton Haleem is must try
Chicken 65 as a starter was good
We were disappointed with Dum ka chicken and Mutton Rogan josh. The taste was not good at all. We had to return it back - Owner was kind enough not to charge for the chicken. Biryani was sold out so could not order it.

Ambience - 4.5/5
Service - 3/5 (it was slow)
Food - 3/5
Overall - 3/5

Had it once in person and once again through skip. Their curries don't come with rice unless specified.

When I went in person, I got recommended the Mutton Rogan Josh instead of the Hyderabadi Mutton Masala I was originally going for. In addition to that, I also got the Hyderabadi Biryani and a plain naan.
The Mutton Rogan Josh didn't have a particularly strong flavour, which they informed me was normal, but it did not fit my tastes. The mutton was cooked perfectly, however, in terms of texture and presentation.
The Biryani and Naan were delicious, but the Biryani also didn't have as much flavour as I had from home-cooked ones. This seems to be common for most restaurant-made Biryanis, so this is just my thoughts.

The main issue came when I tried using Skip to make a takeout order. For context, I typically have rice with my curries and the places I go to either include rice with these apps or specifically write that they do not come with rice. My Butter Chicken did not come with rice.
1. The description in the app does not specify if the curries come with rice or not.
2. The price in the Skip app was higher than when I browsed the menu at the restaurant, which I don't have a problem with. However, this did lead me to believe the curry in the Skip app included rice.
3. The Skip menu did not have plain rice as an option. It did have other things that have rice such as Biryani and Fried rice, but those came across as their own dishes, and I was told by other Indian restaurants that mixing fried rice or Biryanis with curry was not a great combination. This further reinforced the idea that this curry included rice.

Is this a problem that's mostly my fault? Probably. However, this could have been relatively simple to avoid with the following:
1. Change the description in the curry section stating that these curries don't come with rice or naan.
Or
Include plain basmati rice with the curries as standard.
2 (optional). Include plain rice as an option in Skip.

The Skip experience was pretty annoying, I can't review the Butter Chicken fairly since it has now gotten cold as I wait for the rice I have at home to finish cooking. Just having curry without rice is not my idea of a great time.
