They offer ample parking spit with fair prices compared to other indoor parkings in downtown area. Their flat rate for evenings (5pm-6am) is $6.
The parking is easily accessible via 40 Gerrard St. E building. Just remember to bring your parking ticket with you since you need to enter the last 4 digits of your parking ticket to be buzzed in. Then you can use the elevator to go back to the parking.

Charged me twice - paid at the parking station before getting into my car (as the ticket instructed), but the gate said I had to pay a second time even though I had the receipt for the first. Nobody was available when I pressed the help button.

The parking is average and barely maintained. Beware when you park to exit only from the elevator as the stairs seems to be dirty and have signs of someone living in them.

The price is fair compared with other parkings near by. A perfect location close to eaton center and Dundas square. It is a little hard to find the entrance, you get close to door it opens automatically.
