We had a terrible experience dealing with Daniel LaFramboise, the finance manager. He spent a week setting up a lease in the wrong names and invited us all to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. When we got there and realized that we couldn’t get our car, he took no responsibility for his mistake and instead blamed his head office/leasing company for sending the wrong paperwork. He wasted our time and money, and we won’t be going back.

We’ve wanted a Jeep for a while and the staff at 400 Chrysler were super helpful. We worked with Colin Keefe and Mike Duffy. Both were very professional and knowledgeable they made our purchasing experience a pleasant one. Extremely happy with our new Wrangler.

Worst experience ever, dropped my jeep wrangler off on Aug 28,2023 for some bodywork to be done on the bubbling doors, they chose Barrie Chrysler’s body shop to do the work. I was told week and half, than 2 weeks for it to be done. Wasn’t finished till 4 weeks later on September 22,2023. They scratched the jeep all up and some areas looks like burnt marks or had a bad Chemical reaction to the paint. They won’t take responsibility for the damage they caused. I was told to go to Barrie Chrysler to deal with this issue, I do not understand why they told be to deal with them, when they were the ones dealing with them in the first place. I don’t recommend this dealership or Barrie Chrysler

Just purchased my 4th Jeep from the dealership. What a mistake. I purchased a new floor model jeep Grand paperwork had a very low km for a new model. We traded in an older model and paid for the remaining balance (no financing). We also had some extra stuff done to it. We were call to pick it up when they’re done to find over 100km added (was told paperwork was wrong to it was test driven) a scratch on the bumper and dirty inside (looks like it was driven around) then came the headaches from the constant phone calls about the purchase even after asking them to stop. Never got anyone to show us the features on pick up and no one connected Uconnect it to my wife’s phone.
This will be the last jeep I buy from the dealership I do love the jeep line and plan on another from a different dealership. Seems once they got paid that nice shinny jeep ended up feeling like old beater.

The cleanest and best service of any dealership I've been to. I needed a locking lug nut removed off of my vehicle as I did not have the lug key. Jodi was able to get me in without an appointment on the fly, and Cam even supplied 4 new lug nuts for free all before I could even help myself to one of their free coffees. Big thank you to all those who helped me today.

I went 400 for a drive train issue with my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport. They were Excellent. They provided me with complete diagnostic and analysis of the problem and provided me a detailed list of the work to be done, quoted me a price and an estimated time of repair. Not only did they fix the problem, the quoted price was right on and they exceeded the estimated repair time by 2 days. Their communication was excellent they kept informed every step of the way. They provided me with what I consider preeminent customer service in every category. I like to also send a special Thank You to Nykyta Gatrell who was my Service Advisor who went above and beyond to help me and keep me informed. Front Pinion Bearing, front Axle seals and front E locker replaced.

All failed within 6 months Which is within the 1 year aftermarket Warranty.
Reach out May of 2023 at
which Point I brought Jeep into 400 Chrysler to be assessed. Tim (Original Tech) @ 400 Chrysler looked at Jeep and I was told I was approved for warranty work. I was told By Jodi I would receive a phone call once my parts arrived.

I hear nothing until I Reach out to Tanya August 2023 looking into my parts and booking in as I hadn’t made any leeway getting a reply through my emails.

Aug 2023 Dianne (BDDM) Reached out to get the ball rolling and I asked to have work completed at the Barrie Chrysler location being it’s closer to my home.

I drop my Jeep off Sunday Aug13 2023 to have work completed. I receive a phone call from Terri 7: 50 Monday morning asking for a copy of the original invoice at which point I reached out to Jodi to email or fax it over to Terri at Barrie Chrysler.

I received a phone call from the technician on the job early afternoon to advise me that he saw no leaking coming from axle seals and pinion bearing. I advised him to fill up diff so he could see the fluid coming out of the seals as I was not topping up my diff any longer as it was stinking up the entire underneath of my Jeep.

I received a voice mail from Terri to give her a call back which I did around 2 pm. I called back immediately and I was advised that they would not be covering any of the warranty work on my wrangler, their complaint is mud was in the fluid (which will happen as seals take on water) and none of the part number on my original invoice matched the quote. The locker matched identically as seen between invoices and from what I can see the part numbers are different because they didn’t quote the identical parts, aftermarket to oem. They said I would require an entire new differential and quoted me an astronomical $9,106.29.

When a pinion bearing and seals go untreated they will take fluid on, so if what Barrie Chrysler is quoting is legit? I would say with is collateral damage that happened because of it going so long past my initial complaint back in May 2023. When a pinion bearing with that much play goes untreated it will ruin the and crown and pinion.technician Tim did not place any of these other concerns with my differential needing replacing back in May 2023. So the damaged has happened from the neglect of replacing my parts on time. Upon picking the Jeep up the backs of both of my tires were soaked with diff fluid (have photos) so how the technician did not see the fluid I don’t know.

You would think I would be treated better from working with 400 last year but this is completely the opposite. I’ve been in contact with FCA Canada. Very disappointed to say I once represented a company that treats its ex employees and customers as such.

I traded in my van for a low km used SUV. Came away with good value after an easy and comprehensive search then simple buying process. It will be my "go to place" for vehicles.

They called me about the review. I told them I wanted to purchase floor mats. They never called back. They charged me 2000 for shipping the vehicle to the lot wich was already in the lot. Other than me having to fix a bit of the weather stipping on the roof myself. Oh yeah said they would give me 25000 for my old truck they gave me 15. Charge me for fuel and licenseing out of my 500 dollar deposit I paid
