Doctor Idrees is always there for his patients. He is extremely caring, soft spoken and has concise communication! Everytime i visit the clinic i know my health is in good and capable hands.
Also Harjinder is extremely helpful, caring and would go above and beyond to take care of the patients needs and expectations.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this medical clinic for a check-up, and I must say, I was quite impressed with the overall professionalism exhibited by the Doctors and staff and the quality of care provided.
They carefully listened to my concerns and patiently answered all of my questions. It was clear that they were genuinely dedicated to providing the best possible care.
The medical staff especially Nurse Sheila demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout my Medical test. They maintained a high level of competence in their procedures, ensuring that all medical equipment was sterile and properly used.

Amazing Job Sheila, she's done an amazing job and is very accommodating in our last visit. I was with my entire family doing the Annual examination at Dr. Idris's clinic and she was nothing but amazing. Keep up the great work Sheila:)

Very unprofessional front desk, they take patients saying won't take much time and make us sit for hours. Really frustrating experience. And they really don't know what they are doing. Very bad experience will not recommend for anyone.

Dr ajayi worst doctor in this clinic, do not tske her as family doctor save urself.every other doctor there is 10x better
hopefully someone finds this before they take her.

They always make you wait for 1 hour even though you have appointments. I went three times and i awaited there for more than 1 hour every time. I recommend you not go there, they really don’t care about time.

If you want to be heard and be treated in professional way go and see Dr. Emanuel in this clinic. He is amazing and someone who is eager to help his patients. Very professional and knowledgeable dr!
Receptionists sometimes are weird and ignoring patients waiting there.but I goes there to see him

Used to go there for doctor Emmanuel great doctor, he goes above and beyond highly recommend him, the reason for 1 star is reception staff, they are very rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate, went there for routine check up, forgot my health card, I've been going there for last 2 year they have never asked for the health card as they had all the info, I showed them the card on my phone, the other lady started giving a 10 mins lecture even though there were 4 people behind me waiting to check in and she didn't stop there he started again while I was sitting in the room waiting for the doctor. I'm not going back ever again.

This place is very welcoming. Very convenient Medical clinic to go as Pharmacy and lab can be done in one place.

Very grateful to Marjorie, the coordinator for holding my hand thru my agony when doctor was removing fluid from my knee. She showed me so much empathy and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, she ensured I was ok n helped me to the car. Thank you so much Marjorie. We need more great staff like her at this clinic.

Took my sister here for an urgent walk-in appointment.

Negatives - My sis was asked to leave by one of the front desk staff as she complained of eye pain which is apparently a Covid symptom & hence required a rapid test. This was determined with no tests or follow up questions (eg do you have other symptoms? What’s your body temperature?). Nothing. My sis came out in tears as she was in pain so I went in with her again to try my luck but this particular staff was rude again to both of us.

But then,

Positives - Marjorine the Coordinator was a total sweetheart and thanks to her for intervening and getting my sis the doc appointment right away. God bless her for her sense of logic & empathy. Dr. Emmanuel was also very professional & diagnosed the issue right away (wasn’t “pink eye” which was what the rude staff kept calling it!)

Recommend going here but ask for Marjorine - she is a true professional in the healthcare industry. Thank you Marj! You are one of a kind:)

Amazing Dr's. Dr idress has amazing skills to treat patients, i would totally recommend him to anybody.
Also have hardworking staff, especially Harjinder.the queen on reception.

About 2 years ago I needed a new family doctor. I choose to go with Dr. Emmanuel. That became one of the best and life saving decisions I ever made. Dr. Emmanuel was able to identify after a horrible accident a very serious issue in my spine. He was able to explain thoroughly to me what was going on and recommend me to the necessary surgeons to complete a life saving operation. The referral was so fast and little to no waiting time (which was amazing especially during this pandemic). He is a thorough, caring and a great doctor! He also knows how navigate the health care system as he is very respected within it to make sure you are always seen by the best and the fastest! Everyone else at 400dundas medical have been amazing as well!

INCOMPETENT CLINIC & RACIST, RUDE RECEPTIONIST.
I went there to get a referral for allergy problems which I've never had in my life but suspect I now do. The receptionist is a rude, ignorant person who has no business serving the public. Although it should be mentioned she was super-nice to people of the same South Asian background as herself.

The doctor, Dr. Hussan, was pleasant enough but offered strange, non-medical advice for the build up of phlegm in my chest due to suspected allergies. Things like "don't eat too spicy foods", and "cold water is bad for cough", and "just drink lots of soups". She went on and on about this nonsense and it was irritating. Take that for what it is, I found it odd and very unprofessional for someone who should be offering science-based advice.

Back to the receptionist, who rudely and abruptly booked me in for an appointment with an allergist almost 2 weeks later; she really didn't want to be bothered with me, a total stranger, who had done NOTHING to deserve that type of hostile treatment. The day before my appointment she calls me and says "you know you should not be taking any allergy medication 3 days before your appointment, right? ". No, dumbass, I didn't know that, and considering my appointment which I've been waiting for 2 weeks to attend is TOMORROW, guess that's screwed! To make matters worse, she argued with me and insisted that she told me at the time I booked my appointment. Considering how important that little factoid is, I think I would have remembered it had she told me. I believe she did it deliberately because she is racist.

Needless to say, I now know why this clinic is always empty. I will not be going back.
