I ordered a Kia in June 2022 at that time they were telling me that I was going to be on a waiting list because of the microchip shortage. I’ve been calling and they kept telling me that there was no car. After 1+ year, I almost gave up and started to shop around. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a better deal so we decided to check Kia again so I can get back my deposit. As soon as we arrived we met with Eron Sinani, he welcomed us with open arms and resolved our problem in one day. We had a car after 2 days, a 2023 Kia Sportage. The experience was so wonderful that I highly recommend booking an appointment with Eron Sinani, he knows what he is talking about. I wish I could give him 6/5 stars. All the Kia family was so nice. If you need a Kia car, go to 401 Dixie Kia and ask for Eron. You will never be disappointed.

It was my first time getting a car of my own, and I was anxious to do it by myself but the people from Kia were amazing. They never made me feel uncomfortable and always helped me through it all. My dealer Ankur was the best. I bothered him consistently with questions and he answered everything with patience. He’s very easy to talk to and in my opinion the best dealer there lol. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new car from an exceptional dealership, and I must say that the entire experience was top-notch. First and foremost, the dealership itself exuded professionalism and a welcoming atmosphere. The facility was clean, well-organized, and had a wide selection of vehicles on display. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that every customer felt comfortable and well taken care of.

Ashok, Banan and Sam all don’t know what’s going on or either they are lying to me about buying out my leased car. DO NOT go to this dealership. I got my first car (Kia Sportage) in Canada. Aryan helped me a lot for getting the car. I had just gone for test drive but I booked the car on the same day. Also, my car was delivered within a month. They are very reliable. They are stick on their delivery time. Aryan shared the regular updates on my car and explained in and out details about the car.

Amit helped to get my finance approval. Overall the staffs at the show room are very helpful and kind. I would strongly recommend this dealer to purchase a car.

Just Amazing work by the team at 401 Dixie Kia. In this time of car shortage, I was roaming all around for someone to get me a car I can be satisfied with and on a regular day, I get a call from Mr. Sajid Khan for my inquiry on the Kia Sportage. I was however, confused on what SUV to choose but was guided by him with consideration of my requirements and availability. Also, It always feels familiar with the team here- Amit and Sajid have it all sorted out for us. I don’t often post reviews but when I get this good of a service, I believe it must be spoken for. I had a great experience at the 401-Dixie Kia dealership. Everyone, no exception, that I spoke with was beyond nice! Whether it be about the new vehicle I was getting or the old one I was leaving there or just even to have a nice enjoyable conversation with.

Now a few words about Miss Tianna Leclair, who was the salesperson my wife and I dealt with: she was just amazing: a wonderful person and a kind soul! Our entire experience with Tianna was outstanding: on top of being so nice, she took the time to get to know us, our needs and expectations, and she made sure to answer each of them, as well as our questions and/or concerns, in the most personalized and professional way. She’s been working there for awhile and knows the organization well, growing the echelons up until where she is now and you can feel and see that she loves it!

Also, even the management team were great. After a little confusion due to a little misunderstanding, they just took care of everything without a sweat or any pressure on us! I had Kia vehicles before and always felt a high standard in customer service but I DEFINITELY recommend this particular dealership as I felt they even raised the bar higher!

It is very rare to find an individual at any company, who is as relatable and kind-hearted as Amit! He provided us with exceptional and amazing customer service, especially for someone in his position! He was knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, professional, but what really stayed with us is how down to earth Amit is, and how he kindly did his best to make sure we had a great experience. Honoring your word says a lot about a man's character, and he did that. He went above and beyond to assist us. Amit reached out, and replied, by taking the time to call back, almost immediately, when we made contact, which went a long way in making us feel that we were valued as clients. Sam and Michael provided us with great customer service and were knowledgeable as well! The staff are very friendly individuals. Ryan is extremely friendly and very down to earth, especially for the position he holds. Ryan took the time to really acknowledge us and to chat with us for a while. Firstly I've got to say I got the best finance guy, (Amit Sharma) at this dealership. Been coming here for over a decade and hes my go to guy. I surely recommend.
With this said am happy to say from my last car which was a kia optima am in a brand new kia K5 2022 and loving it. Of course as a new car you miss your old one but the kia crew convinced me I would love it and today am here to say AM LOVING IT.

Great car in the snow wooweee. Can't wait to enjoy it this summer.

Purchased a Used 2017 Honda Civic From 401Kia. Car was Fully Certified. They Did what was Needed to be Change, 4 New Tires, Brakes, Oil Change, and the car Was Detailed inside and the Engine Was Shampoo.
Sam & Ryan, and Jessica the Sales Rep was very Friendly. Even went ahead and Decorered the car with Balloons, since it was a Present.

Being in the United States, KIA does not sell the Canadian version of the premium cargo mat for the Telluride. I live in Washington State and ended up ordering one through this dealer via the Telluride Forum. The product turned out great and solid customer service. Thanks again (Kia2020TB).

I would have rated a Zero Star if possible. Absolute terrible experience with the sales team. Especially this Mr. Mike, who before telling you anything about the car starts evaluating your credit worthiness and if you will get the finance even after telling him we will put 50% cost of the car as down payment. And to top that he refuses to give a vehicle for a test drive just because of his judgement on whether you will get financed.

If you don't want to sell any cars just be frank and stop wasting our time seriously.

Just picked up my 2021 Kia Sorento sx. I had done a ton of research on this one and decided this was right for me. Tianna was awesome making sure I was completely happy with the decision and went above and beyond to get me in the suv as quick as possible. During these unpredictable times with vehicle delays I was quite surprised to receive mine as quick as I did. Amit made the financial details and clear as possible and took his time to clarify any questions I had. I also made sure to make connections in the service area and Leslie ensured me that if I had any issues with the vehicle that they would take care things ASAP and not to worry about it. I had an issue with my car and took it to that location as I usually deal with the Durham location. I was slightly disappointed that the warranty didn't cover my problem. However, I got to meet Leslie and Brain from the service department. They were very professional and friendly. They handled my issue and fixed my car in no time. Be Careful as i was tricked into sign agreement to hold the car, only to find out I was buyng the car. This place will take any chance to take advantage of you as a customer. Be aware that the sales staff is there to make a quick buck and will promise things they can't deliver. I was promised 3 years of oils changes and a free bug deflector that I still have never recieved. This Bug deflector was a gift to my mom from the sales manager. I was then told later that they didn't make this for a 2015 kia Soul. After talking to Mississauga Kia and Guelph Kia they both confirmed this was not the case. Infact I was lied to and the item I was promised was made for the model in question. When I asked about them, I was told they were not written in the agreement so they couldn't be honnered. Be aware that you will be told things that will not be followed through. Highly recommended checking out the Guelph location as I have heard others to find better offers. Thanks and have a great day

They were a great help through the process of purchasing my first car. Ryan was fantastic and answered all my questions big or small and with patience. Amit helped me with any financial questions I had. Both we open and honest with me, sharing information that I wouldn't have even guessed to ask. After an almost 2 month long process of finding a car, they helped me deal the deal and didn't pressure me into products/services I didn't want or need.

I would recommend this dealership to others, especially with the uncertainty of car dealerships and less than honest business practices that are rampant in the industry of used car sales.

Ask for Ryan specifically and you won't regret your decision.

The service department here is terrible. When we bought our Sorento in 2012 the staff was good but since we’ve been off the warranty it’s as if they don’t care about customer retention at all. We use a local mechanic for Maintenance but when something more significant goes wrong (which is frequent) we go to the dealer. Despite the various electrical problems we’ve had over the last 6 years we were considering a downgrade to a new Sportage but not likely going to happen given the erroneous customer service and complete lack of customer appreciation.

After negative experiences with a few other dealerships, I visited 401 Dixie Kia and it was the best decision I could've made. I immediately felt comfortable when I walked in. I couldn't have asked for a better team for my first car purchase. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly honest, charismatic, and friendly - they made the whole process easy and ensured I got what I wanted.

Maise was my salesperson and she was SO lovely (ask for her because she will make your car buying experience such a delight). She is genuine and informative, and I felt that I was in good hands the whole time. Chris, the sales manager, was helpful and made us feel right at home. Marco, the finance manager, was highly knowledgeable and ensured we were fully informed about the financing and extended warranty options before completing the purchase.

I am so happy I went to 401 Dixie Kia and I would highly recommend this location to everyone!

I made an appointment for an oil change and I was able to drive away 3hrs & 50 minutes later. After waiting for 2 hrs I was able to speak to one of the owners and she told me they were busy. After waiting 3 hrs I spoke to the other owner & he told me they were busy installing winter tires. That was a huge disappointment after an amazing experience with Ryan in sales when the car was purchased. I got the impression that my time was worthless to them and my oil change was not as important as tire installations. After all, I did make an appointment. I do not recommend this dealership for service. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with servicing a car.

That's right Eric. That was me doing cartwheels and back flips in your waiting room as soon as I heard that my oil change was going to be a 3 hour and 50 minute job. The 30 fictitious customers were overjoyed as well. Check your security camera recording and you will see no more than 10 people in the waiting room at the time. Never once did the staff warn me about the almost 4 hours delay nor was I ever offered a ride. I am a retiree. I haven't quite lost all my marbles yet. After I left I realised that you got yourself in such a bind that you needed a sacrificial lamb or two to get out of it and I was it as well as the other elderly customer with the shoulder long grey hair and glasses. Did I mention that I had a 12: 30 appointment, which I thought meant an agreed upon time by both parties to get the oil change. Please let me know what I can do to help to improve your customer service by making better decisions should I return in the spring for my next service.

EDIT: Ryan and Chris were awesome. We bought mainly because of those two staff and my wife falling in love with the Kia Soul. They were great with us, no high pressure sales, friendly with our kids. We had other interactions with other staff as well that were great. Only critiques, if Marco (business manager) isn't available for (I think it was about an hour) a long period of time find a way around it instead of us waiting. When I think of buying our next vehicle in the next year or two I definitely get excited at being able to buy from Ryan and Chris.

I purchased a car in early August 2018, and I was able to trade in my old Kia. It was very easy, the sales Manager was very informative, but we found he was a little pushy for us to purchase the extended warranty. I found a scratch on the bumper the day I picked up the car, and called and spoke to my sales rep about it. He told me to come back in and tried to buff it out, but wasn't able to. He said he'd speak to the sales Manager to see what he can do, and it took them over 5 weeks to address this issue. No one called or emailed me back. This was after multiple emails and phone calls to both the sales rep and Manager. And all I got was 'I will discuss with the Manager/Sales Rep', and would never get a call back.

I finally called back and requested to speak to anyone else except the Sales Manager, or Sales Consultant. I spoke to another Manager, who told me that since I drove the car off the lot, there's nothing that they can do, because they don't know whether it they did it or I did it. I asked why no one told me this before, instead of me waiting over 5 weeks for a response. The Manager apologized and said he didn't know why no one told me this. I would've been fine with this response, yet it seemed everyone was afraid to tell me this.

My experience started off fine, but now I don't think I'll purchase another vehicle from this location.

401 Dixie are amazing! They provided a sponsorship for my business' grand opening. On the day of the event they brought all of their sponsorship material including a car. It was a very cool experience for our families. I also loved that they were prompt in responding to us throughout the process.

What a great team to work with!

Did not originally intend to check out the 401 Dixie Kia, but I was very glad that I did after driving off in my new Kia Niro the other day.
