Came here twice once for a mazda cx5 with Jackie and then a mazda 6 with Ameer.
Ameer is a great guy, stay away from Jackie. Guy don’t even speak English that well but trying to so hard to fraud you.

The manager wanting me to finance an rusty accident car at above market price with 8.99 percent interest rate lol. And told me cashing will be 1500 extra.

I was serious about buying the car so I made an offer at market price. I guess he saw my interest in the car so he claimed my offer is unreasonable, wanting me to offer more. I immediately understood the tricks they are playing and left the place.

Funny part is, right after I walked away from the deal. They lowered the price online (even lower than my offer), guess realized nobody is paying that so baiting the next poor guy.

These guys do not care about reputation and
Repeat customers, just trynna make the most out of you and lock you in a deal. There are way better Mazda dealers.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had going to a dealership. I purchased a vehicle 2 years ago from here. It was not a great experience with the people but the price was right.

I paid them to have the registration and safety done. Nothing was completed.

After contacting them, there was no interest in my issue now with the registration.

I would never recommend anyone go to this dealership.

Bought a Mazda CX3 2022, amazing customer service, they don’t pressure you for anything. Abhimanyu was our finance manager, he went out of his way to get the best deal, was always available for all our questions, helped us through the process, explained with practical examples how and what the coverage meant & how it benefited us, if something was not useful or suited for us he advised us against it.extremely honest & hardworking, stayed till 9 pm on a Friday to complete our documentation, would also like to profusely thank the leasing Manager - Atif Mukhtar, again honestly disclosed everything, helped us through the entire process & was always available for any of queries!

The place is run extremely cheaply, with staffing corners cut all over. It shows and ruined my experience. I am avoiding the DILAWRI companies on the assumption that this mentality comes from the top down.

I'll start with a positive: the woman who seems to administer the service department is top notch. She seems very competent and always has answers. She reminds me of Mindy Kaling. She's always running around, seeming busy and putting out fires. She should run the whole dealership, as she seems to be one of the few positives. The other positive is that when I insist on speaking with the actual maintenance techs about my issue, they seem quite knowledgeable.

On the downside, the service department has no staff. The wait times just to speak to a person are excruciating, and the waits were painfully long even before covid. The other staff I've dealt with seem completely disinterested. The receptionists pass calls in circles over and over as nobody answers the phones. They have no information, they are no help, they just keep forwarding calls and occasionally pass messages that don't get returned. There have been several times when I've spent over an hour trying to reach somebody in service to find out about my issue, or a manager to deal with a warranty issue. It's like I'm calling an outsourced receptionist who seems to have no information or access to the actual people. It's so frustrating.

When I was bringing my car in regularly for maintenance, they would constantly be pushing junk wheel alignments and unnecessary rotations to try and rack up the bill. I was too stupid to know better. I guess that's a strike against the service manager, since she's part of the operation that pushes that stuff.

Even buying the car years ago was stressful, as the agent kept going back and forth to "talk to the manager", so much waiting, it just felt so manipulative and staged. Maybe all car dealerships suck but I'm not going back here.

My feeling is that these shortcomings are the result of cutting costs and cutting corners. I could be wrong, but the results speak for themselves. Maybe there's no such thing as a good car dealership, but I'm buying my next car somewhere else.

STAY AWAY! Pathetic service department, car was dropped over The weekend for a recall service. Called all day to try to get a hold of someone from service to ask if the car was ready for pickup. I would be bounced from department to department untill getting hung up on. Extremely frustrating that you can’t get a hold of anyone to ask about an update on your vehicle. Finally came to the dealership to pickup the car without talking to anyone. And the car was untouched, even after 3 days of the vehicle being in their possession they didn’t touch the vehicle. Frustrating experience.

Unfortunately, I had to give 1 star to post my review. If I could give negative stars I would.
My warranty was up in February 2021. When I financed the vehicle in 2016, I got an additional warranty and was told I would get the money I paid into the warranty back if I didn’t make a claim. When we asked the finance manager if we had to do anything to get the money back, we were told “no, just keep your address up to date with us and we’ll send you a cheque”. Once the warranty was up, my husband and I started calling the dealership and kept getting told that someone will call us back. We were told this numerous times. Finally, 6 months later, after a few disgruntled calls from my husband, they called me back to tell me that my claim was denied because I was supposed to request the return within 30 days. Really? !? ! What about those times we tried to talk to someone 6 months ago?
My last 3 vehicles were purchased new from Mazda. Since I don’t do business with deceitful crooks, this will be my last. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with them, but it will be the last. They’ll say what they have to say to get your money. Clearly, having morals is not a job requirement to work for Mazda.

If you are looking for a new or used car or suv, I highly recommend the 401 Dixie Mazda dealership that just sells quality products along with exceptional customer service. I have known the Dilawri Group for many years and this is the second SUV e bought from them last week. We bought a used Mazda CX5 for our kid and we are so far happy with the purchase. Having shopped around for a reliable vehicle, we bought from this dealership due to the friendly customer service, quality product at a fair price and honesty, which is something of a signature in this industry. I felt I could trust these folks.
Look for Rohit Ratti, the best sales manager and ask for Jackie Ng, the magic sales person, with a golden smile who will deliver a quality product for you to ride home.

Unfortunately towards the end of my lease this dealership made things very difficult to use my extra dent protection coverage. I would not buy this extra coverage they push on you again. It’s not worth the hassles of trying to use it. I’ve probably called their service Center over 20 times just to try and get my car in for service. It’s been over 2 months and they still haven’t given me an appointment to get my car repaired under their extra protection coverage. Buyers beware. The strength of a dealership should be in their after service as buying a car with them will create an ongoing relationship. Buying a new car is the easy part. It’s always smiles and kindness.

My husband and I purchased a 2017 Mazda CX-5 back in January. A day of test driving became a day to purchase! Jesse, our salesperson; was awesome. He seemed a bit newer on the team but provided us with all the knowledge he had on hand and was happy to grab any he didn't know. He was funny and personable and has been checking up on us regularly. Josue was incredible at assisting us in the financing process. It took us forever to make a decision and Josue's patience was astounding! Thank you! Pick up day was great, although we did have a few small hiccups. Osman, our car delivery coordinator was so attentive. He offered his full presence in ensuring we knew the vehicle inside and out. As we were finalizing the sale and pick up, a leasing manager by the name of Noman was sent over to complete the process. First of all, he waved off Osman as if he was a nuisance. Very rude and unprofessional to treat any human/employee this way (especially when Osman was the best part of the experience on pick up day). It was the first thing we noticed as Noman sat down. We were missing a mat in the car, in which Noman offered us a 15% discount. 15% off a mat that cost $150, for a vehicle that costs $40,000. We asked for better as this was meant to be included in the original agreement. Noman never returned. During our interaction he was rude, robotic, unpleasant and while I was the one purchasing the vehicle and signing the paperwork, he made eye contact with me ONLY twice, speaking directly to my husband the rest of the time. He was not personable, not helpful and worst of all, NEVER came back to show his face but instead sent another manager over. Financial services manager, Ishan ensured our agreement was followed through with, he was kind and understanding. We were happy with how everything worked out and our only negative feedback is how one member of the team acted both towards us and other fellow employees. Had he been the first person I met walking in, I would have walked out the door. Every other member on staff was great. I understand this review may seem harsh towards one single team member but I work with hundreds of people a week and spent 10 plus years in the service/sales industry myself. Be kind. Be authentic. We are having issues with our automatic trunk so we will be in soon for service.

Very disappointed in the lack of respect shown by the staff and management of this dealership. I leased a 2021 CX-5 (mid May) and ordered the black rims as an add on. They called me the day before I picked up the car to tell me the rims were out of stock and would be available by the end of June. I expressed my concerns in waiting as I'm leasing the car. I'm essentially paying for something every day, that I don't have. The sales person assured me that they should be early, but if they didn't arrive on time I could cancel the order and get a refund. I called them in early July looking for my rims, but they had been "backordered" until September.when I asked to cancel and refund them they told me they didn't know how and would get back to me. They called a few days later and "found a set for me" and would call back in a few days when they were in hand. That was early July, this is Aug 31st. I have not been able to get ahold of the sales person after multiple calls. I spoke to reception who took my information and told me the sales Manager would call me back. He didn't. I then emailed the General Manager Tahir Baig, who has ignored 2 emails, one explaining my issue and the other asking for some simple recognition he received my email. I run a company, and can't even imagine ignoring an upset customer once, let alone twice. Its honestly embarrassing.

Updated: we have been trying to get a callback from manager for months.nobody calls us back and nobody seems to care. OMVIC will only do so much, this file will need courts to settle it.do not buy here. We purchased 3 Mazda cars from here. The last in 2016. The finance manager had us in the office for over a hour trying to convince us to get extended warranty. Would not take no for a answer. Finally he told us that if we got the gold warranty package $4500 and had no mechanical warranty claims we would receive our money back from warranty. They send out cheques automatically we were told. We have been trying to contact for months and nobody seems to know about the warranty now. Not even the finance manager.absolutely ridiculous. We repaired minor things that could of been under warranty because we wanted the money back. We are looking for another car now and we are done with Mazda

Awful customer service! We were given specific information by a sales associate who stated they would follow up with us in regards to an item purchased that was not received. We never heard back from him.
We reached out to the general manager via email who has also not responded. This has been going on for over a month. I would not recommend this dealership.

Even though I loved the car (CX5), but dealing with the staff particularly has been very painful experience and I will not buy the car from this dealership again for this reason. Till the time you are buyer, they greet and treat you very well, but post purchase dealing with Finance Manager- Ishaan and Pre Sale Manager- Rohit has not been good at all. Multiple attempts were needed and still are needed to just get response to a single query or concern. The issues get resolved in weeks or months which could have been done in days and lot of follow-up on customer's end is required rather than other way around. As compared to other dealership this experience has definitely left a very bad impression on me and I would also suggest any new buyer to consider these things before purchase.

Never believe what salesperson said to you! And don’t pay deposit until the last minutes! Don’t believe what they promise! They promised the deposit is refundable, but it is not!
Also, they use misleading way to provide incorrect information to force you pay a expensive offer!

Especially, avoid a salesperson named lucky!

Worst ever. I needed a car urgently this month. They wasted my time for 2 weeks by telling lies that bank is reviewing application, will be done by 2 Dec. Even took 1500$ deposit for the car. Thankfully I didn't trusted the finance manager and was able to get a car from a dealership in Cambridge on a good Apr.

Its been a month since they took my deposit and I have still not received my deposit back. Their finance manager got back to me finally this week saying they have sent a cheque to my address this Monday but its already Friday and I have not received it yet in my mail box in Kitchener.

I will recommend everyone to stay away from 401 Mazda dealership.

The service staff is great but when you have a complaint or questions about the sale after you bought a car you can’t get a hold of anyone in sales or financing. Especially when it comes to your warranty. It has been weeks since I put in a claim for warranty and no one has gotten back. I am done following up they definitely lost my business.

Excellent team and services, they truly make you feel as part of the family, and they are super creative (you will have a great surprise when you buy here). The staff is great, we interacted with Adi, Josue and Osman. I really wanted to buy from Mazda but my husband wasn't convinced, until he went there. Adi did a great job showing the benefits and he did a fair negotiation (he clearly understood our budget), and we were able to get the CX5 (modern, safe and comfortable). Josue was amazing too, very clever and honest. He did a great job advising my husband on how to submit our application since as newcomers our credit history is still building, but my husband and I are working. So consider coming here if you are newcomer (but each case is different) ; and Josue is bilingual (great Spanish skills). When we went to pick up our new car, Osman was excellent as well, he clearly explained the car features and he made sure that we understood.

The whole process was super clear and easy, and this business is kid friendly. We went with our toddler and they have a small area that is great for children. My baby had a great time, and the staff was super helpful and friendly with my baby boy. The receptionist was great too, and even helped me to prepare my toddler food.

Overall the experience was amazing. My husband and I were super happy with our choice, not only for the car quality but because we felt we left with new friends. We went to other brands and this was by far the best. Thanks to the Black Friday we were able to get a great deal!

I wanted to try car maintenance for my Mazda3 bought somewhere else at this location because it's close to work. Called in to book a service appointment, but the receptionist was so rude and unprofessional. She didn't ask any info about my vehicle, and when I asked her about one of the maintenance bundle they list on their website, she refused to explain to me what's included. She just tried to sell you the most expansive maintenance package they have. Stay away from this location.

Had a nightmare of an experience with this dealership 6 months ago. Until today I feel so uneasy how I was treated after I put in $500 as deposit for a deal that eventually turned out they did not satisfy. So they tried to tie me to a deal I wasn’t happy about. They even threatened me to raise the issue to their lawyers. Pushy and rude are the same comments I read in the other bad comments and sure do they convey exactly how I would describe sales people here. I am so happy I walked away from this dealership and got a car somewhere else.

Osman and josue were great helped me out with the car. Showed me everything around the car so i know how to use the system in the car. Gave me a full gas tank as a christmas gift. Cleaned the car before i had come to pick it up. It looks spotless and clean. I recommend coming to this dealership they help you out and explain everything in detail. Thankyou.

Ive been a customer of their service for years now. I go there since its the nearest from house. Service is not terrible, but can be improve. Here are a few suggestion

1. Usually service takes 2 hours for regular oil change, this can be improve.
2. Service is inconsistent. There are times when Im told early that something needs to be replaced. There are also times where Im told about a needed replacement at the end of the wait time.
3. Service technicians needs more training of client services e.g. Talking to each other while you are in front of them, lacking eye contact, service desk is empty

I have tried other Mazda service, theres not much difference.

From start to finish this team is great!
Varun (E-Commerce Manager) is thoroughly knowledgeable and provided me with great options for my new vehicle. He took his time to explain and ensure I was educated with the products. Ishan is an excellent financial services manager and put the time and effort into securing the vehicle. I recently purchased a pre-owned Mazda CX5 from 401 Dixie Mazda and I am quite pleased (and satisfied) with the complete experience.

The first impression commenced with the Product Sales Specialist, Abdul Al Alami who was extremely courteous, professional and supportive during the process. He dispelled almost all of my concerns and was committed to do a great job irrespective of the final result. Clearly it was his attitude that tilted our inclination towards Mazda.

Got scammed by service. Went in to get an oil change- she asked if I had winter tires on yet and I said no, then she said I needed to get my tires rotated (I don't know much about cars so I just trusted her). Turns out that was pretty stupid since she new I would have to get winter tires in a month and charged me for a service I obviously didn't need. When I first purchased my Mazda they gave me a cash card and said I could use $50 on my next oil change. When I got there, she said I could only use $25 and the other $25 is supposed to go towards "sales" (like buying a new Mazda.). They ended up charging me $120 and all I needed was an oil change. She could obviously tell I hadn't done this before and took advantage of my inexperience. Thanks 401 Dixie Mazda!

If I could give this a zero rating I would. DO NOT BUY A PREOWNED VEHICLE FROM 401 Dixie. I bought a preowned 2016 Mazda 3 in April 2016. About a week after the purchase. I noticed the front bumper was off by about an 1/4 inch and there were paint streaks down the sides of the front fender. I was concerned so I contact 401 Dixie and asked for the car proof. After 2 weeks of asking they finally sent the car proof. It showed no history of accidents. As I had just purchased it I asked them to fix it numerous times to know avail. No one would respond to my requests. It seems once you make the purchase they forget about you. Anyways, I finally contacted Mazda Canada. After weeks of Mazda Canada contacting them on my behalf. 401 Dixie told me the clips were missing, yet some how they fixed it It lasted 2 weeks, then I went back again, this time they told me the clips weren't working and they would have to glue the bumper, but not to worry, it would never come off again. 6 Months later, it came off again. Tried contacting 401 Dixie again. The preowned manager never seems to be in or returns calls. Then this summer I was in a hail storm and had to have my car repaired from the hail damage at another shop. Within 3 minutes at the shop the guy inspecting my car told me the car had been in a collision prior to my purchase, the hood and fender were replaced and repainted, the hood was not aligned properly and there was an after market headlight installed. I had addressed my concerned to Mazda in the beginning and everyone dismissed me, when they new damn well the car was in a collision. They are the car experts, I am not. The shop just confirmed what I had a feeling was true. I was so angry I called Mazda Canada directly to complain about why I was never told about this, I also told them I spent a large amount of money on a Mazda and expected my car to have Mazda parts. Bottom line MAZDA CANADA told me a certified preowned vehicle when you purchase it, is in AS IS CONDITION, and they pretty much dismissed my complaint. I've never heard of such a thing before now. I should note, this is my second certified preowned Vehicle purchase from Mazda. My first purchase was from Erin Mills Mazda, which I had no issues. I owned my car 17 years.and was very happy with my purchase. This time I purchased my preowned vehicle from 401 Dixie and I've had nothing but problems for the last 18 months. I will pay out of my pocket and will be going back to the same garage that fixed my car from the hail damage and have my bumper fixed properly once and for all, because obviously Mazda can't be trusted to do the job. I will NEVER PURCHASE another vehicle new or used from 401 Dixie. PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN PIECE OF MIND SHOP ELSEWHERE.

I really appreciated the service at this dealership. All staff members are very good and always ready to help me at each stage from choosing vehile to finance and delivery.

Sales staff is knowledgeable and informative. Our sales representative was kind and honest. The finance and delivery manager were also informative and approachable.

The service team is friendly however my one complain is they often take longer than the stated turn around time for servicing your vehicle and can be pushy to sell their post purchase services.

All in all we have had a good experience at this dealership and bought a vehicle twice in a row from this location.
