Nice place. Friendly staff.
However the website has been down for quite a long time.

Had a bad experience with moldy weed after spending nearly 50 on expensive flower was the brand Carmel however will still come here as the ppl who work here are really helpful for helping you with what is best for pain insomnia ext. Sucks too was good all month till that buy also thank 420 staff for being so understanding and helpful as i have cerebral palsy and needed the best I could get for a CBD product and even though you ran out you guys still help me find and other option that really helped me also didn't feel like I was being looked at like look at this young guy using a walker so thank you 420 love staff would also like to mention that the only pain is no wheel chair access for ppl kind of a pain and if you guys had a cafe or snack bar would be so cool

My favorite place! The staff knows your name and what you inhale. They also recommend the best for your ailments. There has not been a day that I was disappointed with 420. This location is pet friendly. Enormous selection to choose from. I wish they had a cafe area.:) Much love to 420.

Extremely expensive will never go back there again I got 2 pinners literally for 1899 Without knowing what I was getting I had never been there before was asking for help and advice didn't realize what I paid for until I left and could not return

This dispensary price matches other dispensaries. The staff is friendly for the most part. Top shelf brands like shatterizer.

Great shop with a wide selection. Probably the best selection in Hamilton. They often have the best prices/sales as well, and they will price match when they don't. Staff are always cheerful and helpful.

Every other store is gonna charge you more for less selection. Plus if you want to support local businesses and not franchised weed stores (who charge you more money for the same product) you will shop at 420 Love in Hamilton. Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and most important, they embody their title 420 LOVE!

Delivery guy is extremely rude.

As soon as driver got there I informed him that the credit card is with my spouse and he is 5 minutes away, I even asked driver if he wants to leave that's totally understandable but He said he can WAIT. I was not rude to him.

Been going for few months. Three times now I've ordered online and looking for flower in a certain potency range only to get a product that is lower than advertised. Usually only a percent or two but this time I got 15% when ordered something between 20-27%. All they would do is give me 10% off my next visit and now I'm stuck with a month's worth of weed that will do nothing for me. Once is a mistake, three times is a pattern of either false advertising or incompetence. Just as a warning to others to check your orders for accuracy because they won't and they won't return it if it's open. Even if you bought it tens mintues before.

I asked for indica, the jar said indica, it was NOT indica. Medical purposes, not recreational, very big mess up. Will never come here again.

I was blown away by this place when I walked in period like I had my mask on so they didn't see me drooling at all the beautifully placed products. Than they told me there's a new shop opening up right beside my house by Gage park.

This place is a definite five star or more the service is great the drive are the fastest one for delivery and really awesome people to talk with

Staff has very little cannabis knowledge and noone is checking IDs at the door. Okay pricing but not in line with other stores. Good selection of accessories though but that's not why I go to a cannabis store

I have only been there once & would def go back. Service & product was great. Clean store & wide variety of product.
