One of the best car buying experience i have ever had. My sales person Tariq and Irfan from finance were the most helpful and kind persons. I highly recommend to go through them if you want to buy a vehicle.

I am really happy with this dealership especially with integrity of their personnel. I am extremely happy with my purchase from this dealership and especially grateful to Desmond for helping me out! He created such a friendly, hustle free condition in which I could choose what I wanted, helped me out in removing any unnecessary gimmicks upfront, for being extremely patient. He also arranged quickly meeting with assistant manager and finance department on miscellaneous items. At the end he even upgraded my choice to 2024 model which I was extremely happy with!
I also want to call out assistant to manager Sid and their finance department Irfan because they helped me to cement my final choice. I wish other dealerships were like this one! I mean, for crying out loud, other dealership should send their representatives to this branch on how to conduct "customer oriented" ethically transparent business! They would learn a lot.
This was 2nd dealership which I found to be very customer oriented (first one being Bolton Hyundai - thank you Muhammad for awesome car!).
Other dealership I have encountered to be less caring about customers but more caring about taking advantage of you in pretty much everything. Before coming to this dealership I had horrific experience with Kia Richmond Hill and Sherway Nissan. Both would inspire customers to call them "stealership" and for very good reason! At Kia Richmond Hill dealer was trying to shove up my throat almost 5k of useless warranty for brand new car into final price and in the end blatantly stating "well all of our customers purchase this as a package so take it or leave". Really?

Bought my 2023 Kia Sorento from this place, the staff is good and answered all my questions. The manager Baba is also very knowledgeable and good person. The finance manager ‘Tasos’ (pardon me if spelled wrong) is also fantastic. No, sales tactics and sales push to me and gave me enough time to think and helped me get my car within couple of days.

Placed a inquire online and got no calls back, then I called the dealer and the sales representative wasn't helpful at all. Asked him to send me the information via email or text and he refused to do so. Guess I'll have to look for another car. The least I expect when buying a car is to be treated well, not feel like someone is doing a favor to me by selling a car. Extremely disappointed!

We came in to the dealership with the intent on looking at one of the vehicles that was available on the website, however once we arrived they informed us that the 2023 Seltos that we were looking at was no longer available. However, that didn't stop Tariq! He went above and beyond to find us the exact vehicle we were looking for with a few extra features that we did not expect. The entire process was extremely simple and straight forward. Tariq and Irfan went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule, from going through all the paperwork right to the delivery, they were professional, friendly and left us feeling very satisfied with the dealership, and the vehicle.

427/QEW Kia has the best service we have experienced at a dealership to date. I never felt pushed or pressured to purchase something I did not feel comfortable with. Siddharth did such a great job answering all of our questions (we had many!) and he had a very calm pace which made us feel comfortable throughout our visit with him. Reviewing based on 10years of owning a Kia and dealing with these guys not someone who has owed car for a few months. Staff is nice enough but the mechanics who work there seem to miss diagnose problems frequently. Latest and last straw I bring car in as there are problems with it starting. They tell me it is likely starter. So pay $200 so they can look at started and tell me nothing is wrong with it. So then they say it is battery. So new battery $400 but does not fix the problem. Then i figure it must be spark plugs. So I install them myself and it works. Seems like cheapest and most basic thing to figure this out without charging me $600 for nothing with potential extra $200 for them to look at it again and provide more bad advice. Then car needs to go in for an undercoat. Right after that, car starts shutting down when driving. I explained the undercoating likely caused this and they said no it wasn’t but I can schedule another $200 appointment to get more bad advice. I am now selling car and never want to deal with them again. This is jus one example over the many issues I had with Kia in last 10 years. Another thing I noticed were parts missing like the plastic cover for the battery or engine when I sent the car in there. Or the issue where they dropped some strange glue on the windshield which I had tried unsuccessfully to clean off over last 5 years. Of course they never did it. Stay away from these cheap cars as they hire cheap poorly trained mechanics. This car only had 150000 km with one driver no accident but multiple mechanical issues with poor diagnosis. It’s just cheap like the rest of the company.

QEW Kia was super helpful in finding my next car. I was on the fence with either getting another Subaru or trying a Kia and it was the great customer service from Gordon Wong that won me over. Thanks again for all the help!

I booked a new seltos and purchased kia forte 2020 as an interim vehichle. I was told that they ll purchase the kia forte from me for $2000 less than what i purchased for when the new seltos arrives. They literally cheated and paid way less. This dealership never keeps up their promise on anything. Do not consider this dealership for any business.

We bought a Kia Rio from Gordon at 427/QEW Kia and it has been an excellent experience so far. He was forthright, patient with us, and was honest. Our car arrived within the delivery window he provided (which was nice considering how hard it can be right now to get a car) and there were no surprises.

Never buy a vehicle from this location. I had the most painful and dishonest experience with multiple levels at this dealership. They didn't honor their end of the contract and caused me a lot of undue frustration. Would not recommend.

I had the pleasure, to purchase a used vehicle 2019 Nissan Rogue. I dealt with Tariq, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure to purchase vehicle, he showed me all my options. While doing the paperwork he explained everything thoroughly, and answered all my questions. When it came time for delivery, my vehicle was spotles, and Tariq again answered any questions I had. 427/QEWKIA has a customer for life. I highly recommend 427/QEW KIA.

I’m extremely disappointed with this dealership. I sold my 3 cars to book against one Teluride. The wait was suppose to be 3 months and now it’s been 9 months and still no response. Occasionally I got a call here and there and was offered a cancelled order vehicle but basic version and not the one which I ordered. The dealer seems to be playing with customers sentiments and don’t care how much down payment you have got. I would not make a single deal here going forward nor recommend anyone.

We visited this dealership on 20th April 2022. We were there to buy Rio 2022 but however decided to go with the FORTE EX+. The sales representative named PETRA was pushy but good in the begining. We were asked to place the order for the car asap and were promised by the sales person that if we book soon she will get the car deliver within 6 weeks because they say they order cars in bulk and that was the reason we visited this dealership leaving other dealerships in Scarborough. So we finally placed the order on 26th April 2022 and got the confirmation on 27th April 2022. Now its 9th july 2022, more than 2 months after placing the order still no response for the car. The sales person stopped taking calls after 1 week placing the order and sent us a email id to ask what is the progress of our order. Every time i ask for the update i get a response that sorry no updates. We had a family holiday in the end of june and we were really hoping to get the car but it was ruined because of their FALSE promise. If we had to wait this long we would have placed this order in a nearby KIA dealership not on this one which 37 Km away from us.

Better avoid this dealership if you dont want to be trapped in a fake promise of sooner delivery for your car. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

I purchased my Kia Soul ex in the fall if 2021. Alvin was my salesperson. Alvin was helpful and
clear in communication. He answered all of my questions. I also met the sales manager who went above and beyond to ensure I received what I needed. I have returned to have my routine vehicle service and the service staff were friendly and on time. If you are considering a Kia or a new vehicle I suggest you check them out.

I am happy with my experience purchasing a 2022 Kia Telluride. Sid and Irfan helped me through the process and were available anytime I have any questions. Picked up Kia Sorento 2022 on 27 November from this dealership. I have to say it was one of the most smooth switchover I have done with my vehicle trade-in and pickup especially when going for an upgrade to a SUV.
Gordon (sales advisor) who assisted me made the whole experience very pleasant with his efficiency and willingness to answer any or all queries. I would surely send his referral if anyone is looking for a KIA vehicle.

This place is a joke. Don't go here spend your money elsewhere. They show you a car you agree to buy it go through all the motions and checks only to be told they can't sell you that car but we have a different colour. Lol are you kidding me. My husband and I were looking for a new car for a couple of months when we decided to stop by Kia QEW to quote kia forte and get an estimated trade value on our car. They quoted us a fair price for our car and gave us a very good deal on purchasing our new Kia forte.
Mike assisted us throughout the process and was very attentive and responsive to our needs. The management was also great. We received our car in a timely manner and we are very satisfied with our car.
Please note for future reference - the Kia forte doesn't come with a spare tire kit (which unfortunately we were not informed).

Alvin was knowledgeable, ready to answer any questions thrown at him, whether they be silly and small or critical and important. He was genuinely eager and enthusiastic about his job, which made him easily approachable and trust-worthy.

Not only was Alvin pleasantly polite - perhaps thanks to his cultural upbringing - but as well he was sincerely respectful towards his customers regardless of their backgrounds.

Alvin got the job done in organized and timely manner which I really appreciated as I was unavailable to communicate freely during work. He was easily contactable through text messages and emails, as he replied back promptly.

Also, Alvin was patient in accommodating to my personal needs and requests. He kindly offered suggestions but never pushed any aggressive agendas. He presented to me with all the necessary information needed, as well as providing me with some useful tips.

Terrible car, terrible service My 2014 Kia Forte windshield cracks in the same place every winter when it gets cold. I've had it replaced under warranty and they refuse to look into what is causing the crack. I feel like I'm being held hostage by the crappiest car I've ever purchased. Do yourself a favour and stay FAR AWAY from this brand and from this dealership in particular. Noone returns calls, conversations are misconstrued and resolutions are never reached.

He was great at guiding me through the steps of getting a new car and broke down pricing options so I could make the best choice for my family. I ended up getting a 2019 Kia Sedona from him. I had been at many different dealerships by the time I went to see him, and in the end it was his service that kept me engaged as a customer. I never felt rushed or pressured. I was also impressed by his level of communication through the process, I felt that I could always reach him if I needed anything.

My husband and I bought our first car here, a 2017 Kia Forte. Their company website had a good selection of certified, pre-owned vehicles. Rocky was great to work with, a humble, straight forward and honest guy who was able to secure us the vehicle at a great price point.

We recently went in to see a used car at this dealership. Our initial experience with Rocky was great. He was accommodating, polite, and service oriented. We really liked the car we saw and wanted to make a deposit, but Rocky was extremely aggressive and argued with us before listening. He’s very aggressive and drove our business away over $300.00. I would not recommend this dealship to anyone interested in being treated couriously. If you want to be yelled at and screamed at, this is the place to go.

Normally it's really difficult for a single woman shopping for a used car by herself. (my previous purchase was from totally unrelated dealership from Georgetown who made me want to vomit out of my eyeballs.)
In sharp contrast, Rocky was really friendly and I appreciate his no-pressure approach.
I traveled from Hamilton to look at a car and I liked it, however logistically it's very difficult for me working full-time to get an independent mechanic to look at the car prior to purchase. I was surprised but also very grateful that he offered to do it. I wondered why would a dealer spend time bringing his car to a mechanic for me? In sales, time is money, yet he went out of his way to bring the car to Cochrane Automotive on Chauncey (another stellar place, BTW). This just saved me from having to take a half-day from work to come to the dealership to bring the car in to get it inspected myself. This is amazing service!
He was upfront about what he would or would not do. I much prefer that, rather than someone giving me a bunch of promises and then not delivering (like the Georgetown eyeball-vomit dealer who shall remain nameless)
