Unacceptable behaviour, unacceptable treatment.if I spoke to a single customer anywhere near that I way I would loose my business

Called to inform them of the horrible behaviour from their drivers. She didn’t like my tone after being treated like trash so she hung up on me. Driver told me they don’t have a website because they didn’t want to spend any money on service. Clearly they couldn’t care less.

Our driver was super friendly! He knew exactly which route to take to save us time. This was our first experience with this cab company, but we would definitely recommend them to others.

Female dispatcher is very rude and need to learn some costumer service skills! She should not deal with the public if she want to yelling at people. DRIVERS ARE GREAT AND ALWAYS POLITE THO!

I gave the full address and asked for a cab, they said 20 minutes and hung up. I called after 30 minutes and they said we didn't give a full address. They didn't call back for confirmation of the address either, and were extremely rude when I called back to ask how long until they were here. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

Tried phoning for over an hour last night, but I didn't get through once. Usually, if you do get through, you have to wait an hour to be picked up, as well.

This cab company is absolutely amazing. I was in the hospital alone and couldn’t walk. When the gentleman picked me up at the hospital he was incredibly helpful. He held me up so I could get into and out of the cab. Was very concerned about where I was going to make sure I was not stranded as it was 5: 30am. Also helped me into the Tom Hortons so I was not stuck on the side walk. Incredibly grateful for this amazing service.

Late for early morning pickup. Almost missed flight. Couldn't print receipt, so I won't be reimbursed for travel. Don't risk it.

Cab drivers are great, the dispatcher on the other hand could use some customer service training. She's very rude, and hangs up mid sentence. I tired to call back to confirm cab, only to be hung up on again.

A customer of mine asked me if I could call him a cab; which I did happily. He wanted me to call 5-0; so I gave them a call and was greeted by an extremely rude and abrupt woman; I was hung up on before I could even finish what I was saying. My customer waited outside for over 15 minutes… we are located at 1307 Algonquin Avenue which is right next to the 5-0 cab headquarters; so not sure how it took their cab driver so long to get here. I’ve driven past 5-0 multiple times to see one or two of their cab drivers sitting in their cabs waiting for someone to pickup. I decided to give 5-0 a second call to confirm that the cab driver was on their way; and was answered by the same lady. I politely asked her if they had sent a cab driver here and she rudely replied “Yup, on their way. ” And hung up; cutting me off for the second time. Absolutely terrible customer service and disappointing service from most cab drivers that work here. Never calling 5-0 for anyone again; I would much rather call someone or myself U Need A Cab.

The drivers are absolute angels, always kind.

The dispatcher on the other hand unfortunately has a very rude way of engaging on the phone. Hanging up, and not taking responsibility for mistakes. We are all human but to speak to a customer in that way and tone is not acceptable.

I would highly recommend hiring a new one as it has the biggest impact on your company. Unfortunately I will no longer be using this service.

It's always handy to use the five O service in case you are not getting any other facility at North Bay. Little expensive than usually but if time is money then it helps.

A handicapped individual was trying to get into a 5-0 taxi at a local grocery store today and after falling on the ground against the cab, the taxi driver did not recognize his customer in distress and refused to help this disabled individual. Many people witnessed this despicable behavior as the taxi driver denied customer support and drove away! I will walk before I ever call 5-0 Taxi.

Called the night before to prearrange a ride to the airport. Came promptly, nice clean car. Pleasant driver. Will use again the next time I am in the area.

If I could give zero stars I would. The cab drivers at this company are absolutely insane and will assault your vehicle and get up in your face if they think your parked in the wrong spot then they call there buddies and gang up yell at you

Encountered a white caravan 5 0 cab at walmart, cut me off while driving to turn to park. Honked at the miserable old white bearded man that cut me off and he gave us the finger and started screaming profanities out his window with children walking by. Miserable old bag working for this company, never had a good experience. Not to mention the sketchy al Macdonald ties. Will never use this cab company and will spread the word! I think most of their runs are for uh, extra curricular activities downtown anyways. Not reputable, responsible or respectable.

I just witnessed a senior, who uses a walker and had a taxi called at a nearby grocery store fall in attempt to getting in the taxi. The taxi then left this man deserted at the grocery store!
When I called to report the behaviour of this taxi driver, the dispatcher responded by saying the senior had refused to pull his pants up after they had fallen during his fall. I informed him that the man was not physically able to pull his pants up.he responded that he belongs in a facility then. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING behaviour and response! You will NEVER get mine or my family's business ever again!

Based on last weeks call, I am not happy because I was slushed off the call quickly. And when I called back the phone rang and rang.

Overall 5-0 is an excellent service. The gentleman and the lady who answers are top notch at listening and providing great service.

Today was a nice day so after feeling under the weather since Monday, I ventured out and about.
Lo and behold ended up shopping, Also finally nailed down my Christmas list and got some things knocked off that list.
Picked out a few necessities from the food library (aka the grocery store)
Called my taxi and when it got there some girl hopped into it and stole my cab, I wasn’t even mad, she obviously needed more than I did. I called dispatch and had them send me another cab. Shortly after a different cab company showed up looking for the girl who took my cab. When I mentioned that she was probably the one who took my cab he told me to just hop in his cab, I just said no thank you. I’m pretty loyal to the cab company I use so I waited and enjoyed the weather.
The cab driver showed up and insisted my name which was great. He helped me load the bags into the trunk and when we got to my house, he grabbed almost everything and brought it right up the steps to my front door.
Couldn’t ask for better service and that’s why I have you on speed dial.

Very quick response, car arrived after 5 mins or less. The driver was very nice and even assured me he would wait at the street until I was in the building since he said it wasn't a very good neighborhood, very nice service

The dispatch workers must really hate their jobs.some of the rudest people I've talked to

Was told we had a 30 minute wait for our cab, we were outside waiting on the drive way within 15-20 minutes after the phone call while also watching the windows incase they came early. After waiting for 40 minutes I called back and asked about the cab. Apparently it had already been there (which it had not) and we asked for another one. We waited another 40 minutes and no cab came. This service is not reliable and the customer service was not good.

Car 44 is an amazing driver. He has driven us from our house to the boat house in Noth bay. He was so kind and played amazing music. Highly recommend

Great, friendly drivers who obey road safety and traffic laws. Got me there in a jiffy and picked me up when I requested to be picked up. Nuff said! Thanks!

Not worth it called them at 10: 47pm said half an hour roughly waited an hour do to how busy it was called back and they said we never called and they hung up on us twice never again

Refuse to use this company after watching the driving done by these alleged drivers along with 1 incident in one of there cabs myself. My review today is over the ignorance of one of their again ""drivers"" that got stopped behind my 4 year old child's bus at her stop today and instead of waiting 30 seconds for my daughter to get down the steps he started hitting his horn. I don't understand how this company is still in business when they hire such ignorant low life people I hope a day comes where they're all shut down and our roads will be safer

The lady who picks the call Don't know how to talk to customers she is so rude. If she improve her speech it will be great

I called for a cab, and the dispatcher was so incredibly rude. There is no reason to ever speak to someone with such blatant disrespect, especially a paying customer. I’ll literally never use this service again. Do not recommend.

Driver showed up late and didn’t wear a mask.smelled like cigarettes and made my asthma really bad.and extremely expensive, the meter went up 10 cents for every second he drove.just driving from the road into the northland station cost me $1.if you can find another taxi service, i highly recommend doing so.they overcharge greatly.

Dispatcher was extremely rude and the can didn't showed up for 45 minutes. Never using them again

I was told "right away" by the dispatcher only for the cab not to show up for over half an hour.

Edit: this is coming 7 months later, they aren't any better. When dispatch tells you a time it's actually how late to your destination you'll be.

Had a great experience with this company. Phoned last minute for a ride to the airport on a monday. Driver showed up 5 minutes after calling, was helpful with my bags. Had a great conversation on the short ride to the airport. Will definitely use them again when I'm back in town.

My go to can company! Friendly drivers, low wait times, and always helping me unload what ever it I need unloading! Groceries laundry. My 2 year old loves talking with the cabbies as she calls them and they always carry on a conversation with her!
