Susan keeps the building in great shape. I find weekday bus service to the subway very good.

50 burnhill rd apt is one of the best apt I have ever lived. No bugs, very clean, for me it’s not an apartment, I should call it a condo, the only way I move out from this apt is when I a buy a house. The most clean apt to live in. Suzan, the super is my favourite more than the apt. She is friendly, caring and most understanding human being I have ever met. Anything you ask, she will get it done in a matter of sec. I known her since 2012, she has never changed her personality. She is always smiling, her enthusiastic and her energy is unbelievable, if she see you holding items that seems heavy, she gets up from her chair and assist you right away.she even put the elevator in service for you, she always keep the place clean.
Thank you Suzan for making 50 burnhill rd apt a place to live in a peace. I hope the management recognizes her hard work for this building.

I am living in this building more than 10 years now I like the building and our superintendent Susane and Trevor they are very helpful.
