Was terrified going. The staff (Jess) took the time to listen to my concerns and treated me fantastic. 3 generations of my family go here.

There is no better dentist's office! Dr. Smith and Dr. Randhawa are so professional and kind. Remie is a treasure. Really though, the entire staff at 525 is amazing! I have always been treated with such respect, kindness, and gentleness. I have been a patient since my adult children were babies and I won't go anywhere else.

The amazing and friendly staff at 525 Dental always make our experience comfortable and positive! I had my 2 teen boys with me and all of our appointments were coordinated for us to make things easy which is so helpful as we all have busy schedules! Mostly, the communication of our dental health and decisions is always professional and respectful!

I am not a fan of going to the dentist however, everyone at this office makes the visits easier. They are friendly, efficient and non judgemental. Highly recommend.

I was kind of worried as time lead up to the appointment. I have not been taking proper care of my teeth. I am planning on quitting smoking immediately. All the staff were so pleasant. I got x-rays and an examination and found out I've got lots of cavities. I wasn't even surprised. They also filled me in about teeth-whitening and we discussed different techniques to do this. I was very happy and relieved. My last Dentist said that it would cost a fortune.

Really loved the service, they were so patient with me, and was so concerned about my pain. Issue has been taken off so fast. I will certainly recommend those dentist to everyone around me.

He is always has kept me informed about the status of my teeth and given information on issues that may be dealt with in the future.
He takes the time to explain things.
Recently I visited and since my previous hygienist had retired had the pleasure of having Stephanie do my exrays and cleaning. She is a very personable prompt and knowledgeable. Supper employee.
This office is very well organized and all the staff I have met over the years have all been very kind and professional.

Friendly receptionists at the front desk. Wonderful dentist who explains everything about your teeth, along with great recommendations for tooth care. Super happy we decided to try this place out. Would recommend 525 Dental to anyone who is looking for a dentist!

I love it at 525 dental! I have been going since I was in elementary school and am now a grown adult. The staff are always welcoming and make an effort to get to know you. It is so nice to have such a lovely team of people taking care of my teeth!

I had a great time, I recommend getting the crown. Lots of drilling and grinding. Legit they were gentle though, set up a payment plan since I don’t have benefits, and were all around nice people. I recommend taking care of your teeth, but if you avoided that for 25 years like me, try 525 dental for some repair work

Honest, caring and professional work of highest standards. Dr. Smith and crew provide a safe and congenial environment for special needs, children or older adults.

Save yourself from this horrible clinic. Especially avoid Dr. Smith if you can. He did a terrible job at a cavity filling, so much so that I had to go back twice there with no improvement and THREE times to a different dental clinic to check out the mess he made. I never had any pain before the filling but after the filling it pained every time I ate something. His work was rushed, he did not care. I hope that he doesn’t a much better job with his future treatments because patients do not deserve this. I am extremely dissatisfied with how they have handled fillings and follow up appointments to deal with the pain from the treatment done. It’s been 6 months and the situation and pain he’s caused it’s still not improved! Avoid this clinic and Dr. Smith’s work if you can.

Update: Dr. Randhava did a good job and made sure to address concerns in our follow up.

This is the best dental office hands down, From the controllers at the main desk to the hygienists who talk to you clearly about what is going to be done and then my favourite…Dr Smith! He’s the star of the show… not to suggest that the others haven’t done as fine job because they are fantastic too. No pain, lots to gain! Whatever you’ve done to your teeth they can fix the impossible…and they don’t tell!

This is my most favourite dental office! The hygienist takes special care with my sensitive teeth and my dentist is so friendly and efficient! Love it here!

Dr. Parneety is very knowledgeable, listens well, and communicates in a way I appreciate. She is very patient and compassionate and all around an excellent dentist! I have had a lot of work done in a short period of time and it’s been a great experience. No complaints. The office is lovely as well.

We are very fortunate indeed to be patients at his office.

During my most recent visit, and so consistent with previous appointments, his staff Linda and Leah, at the reception area, were very pleasant and helpful, as always! Dental Hygienist Kathleen made my time there very comfortable during a very thorough examination, and Dr. Randhawa, caringly and briefly discussed the results which were great.

As much as I am still one of those patients that is always nervous going to a dentist office, all the staff are always friendly, courteous, professional and attentive to my nervousness. All the procedures I have had done over the years have been pain free, professional and improvement to my oral health. ;o) You would think my nervousness would disappear but that's just me.
