I lived in this building for almost one year, I can confidently say it is one of the best living experiences I've ever had. The building has the best location in Toronto. It is in CBD area, 2-3 minutes in walking distance for banks, superstores, and Cinemax. Moreover, my appartment is close to the beautiful campus of University of Toronto and Queen's Park. The ease of transportation is another significant plus. The closeness to Subway line 1 and line 2 makes daily commuting a breeze.
However, what truly elevates this building from others is the excellent management team. Sue and Rosemarie provide impeccable service combined with a diligent maintenance team to ensure that residents have a comfortable stay. This place is the best place I've ever stayed. If I weren't relocated to another city, I would stay there as my life-long residence. I'd strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mix of convenience, comfort and quiet.

The management team is amazing! So helpful and always friendly, they really make you feel at home and taken care of. Thank you so much for the great experience I loved living here!
