6 Sigma Sim Racing -Cockpit, Wheel, Pedal

Ordered a 6S-80 and it detailed that it would ship in 2-4 days. Took a week and after an email was told it was on it's way when in reality they just printed a FedEx label. Got it a half a week later. Missing one part and they shipped me two extruded aluminum pieces that hold the wheelbase were too short. I tried it and it's barely tall enough for it to me be somewhat comfortable. I have sent several emails asking for the other part but I have had no response. Absolutely terrible customer service. I even tipped in the order!

Bought 6S-Slim with GTR seat came within a week. Was very happy with the quality of the seat and the aluminum peices were all in great condition no scratches. This being my first aluminum rig the instructions were very straight forward as well. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Unfortunately I don’t recommend this place!
One of the items I bough, it was packed in the bag that comes with the wheel and they just stuck that inside of another box but the box that the wheel was supposed to be was not provided so that tells me it was a used steering wheel and they didn’t had the box anymore where the wheel came from factory.
Bough a shifter and was used, box was all beat and taped, then to make things worst the shifter wasn’t even working properly, they sent me a used one, went back and got refunded.
Thats absolutely not acceptable.
I like to support local business but this place makes it impossible with the way they run things.
Hopefully they get more professional with the way they run things and stop sending the customer used items where the customer paid for new!

Purchased their 160 rig about a month and a half ago. Very pleased! There was a bit of confusion with the shipments (multiple packages) but they were easy to get ahold of by phone, and provided timely, accurate updates. So pleased with the product, assembly / tweaking takes time, but it's all part of the fun. Looking forward to getting into some more competitive, consistent sim racing. Cheers!

I ordered almost 1700 dollars worth of product from these guys and they never told me the item was on back order when I ordered. So I emailed 2 weeks after my order date and they told me it would ship within 5-7 days. It’s been two weeks and it still has t shipped. Their website says that the items will ship out in 5-10 more days. Absolutely absurd I will make sure I drive as much business as I can away from this company for lying to me. I will post on every sim racing Facebook group about how awful this company is and how they lie to their customers.

Great people to deal with and a range of great products developed by 6 Sigma as well as a wide selection of top wheels and brakes. I highly recommend the team at 6 sigma. I just took delivery of an Alpha U and the P2000 pedal set from Stanley and it's a great setup.

I’ve ordered a 6S-80 chassis, Moza R9, Moza GS, Triple monitor stand and shifter arm from 6 Sigma. Each order I’ve made has always had a “ships on X date” on the website when I’ve made a purchase. However My orders have never shipped close to that date. They’ve all been close to a month or later than the listed date. The main reason I’ve purchased many products from 6 sigma is because other dealers have later ship dates listed on their website at about the same price so I just opted to by the products that would ship sooner.

I will say other than that my first purchase of the 6S80 chassis was great. It didn’t ship on the date they said it would but for the price getting an aluminum profile chassis was a good deal. Props to them for that.

The final thing is the most recent purchase I made was the triple monitor stand and the shifter mount arm. Once again, didn’t ship close to the estimated date. The aluminum extrusion on the mount was scraped and chipped out of the box (which I let go because I just built it in a way to hide the defects). The second item in the order just wasn’t the right item. They sent me a keyboard tray which cost 20$ less than what I bought.

I sent another email to support about sending me the wrong item. Normal they have responded in a few business days but so far it has been 3 weeks. So I cut my 20$ loss and mounted the keyboard tray to my rig. It uses a plastic hinge to mount to the chassis which is weak and sags.

Overall- good metal chassis with good pricing. If you are going to buy anything else just go buy from another dealer.

6 Sigma Racing knocked it out of the park when it came to getting me exactly what I wanted for an all around great price! The quality is fantastic and everything works and feels perfect. Will definitely be coming back to these guys when I get around to purchasing some Simagic pedals. Keep up the great work guys!

They were super quick to send my package out with tracking & I received it within a week! Definitely recommend purchasing from them!

I ordered a sim rig and seat online. Delivery was fast and on-time. The packaging was good, all the aluminum profiles were bubble-wrapped. The system included all the necessary hardware and tools. Assembly was not difficult. The rig is a solid system at a really good price, compared to other aluminum rigs out there. Best part is the company is local.

I don't think there is a better priced extruded aluminum rig on the market at this point. I bought the 6S-Slim with one of their seat options and I couldn't be happier with it. Everything needed was included in the packaging and it's plenty sturdy for a DD wheelbase. Great product all around

I 100% recommended this to anyone looking to upgrade to a proper sim rig and not kill there bank account. I have the 6s-80 and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s super sturdy, the packaging was flawless no scraps on any of the aluminum pieces, gave plenty of hardware needing to build it and everything was straight forward no problems to install. Couldn’t be happier with there product.

Got myself a 6Sigma Slim rig. My first aluminum profile rig and what a difference from my old one! Took some time to set up but was worth it in the end. Hope to upgrade to one of their top of the line rigs in the future!

Absolutely love this thing. Great build quality and wire runs make for a nice clean setup. It is very sturdy. I'm a large guy and I wanted a rig that could handle my size. So happy I ordered from these guys! I ordered the 6S Slim and is my first aluminum chassis. It was really simple to put together and the size is perfect for those who don't want to take up alot of space. Really good entry level cockpit with room to upgrade your wheel and pedals!
