629 Kipps Lane is a very nice location. Happy to have lived here for to start our family! Management has always been great to us. Especially Miss Tess who helping us always.

Just wanted to say that I really appreciate Tess"s presence in the admin office. Previous to her, for the most part, I found the admin staff unhelpful and
indifferent. Tess is courteous friendly and responds quickly. A great change!

This review is specifically for the lady working at management office reception on July 07,2023 Building buzzer is not working since 1 month, I went there to ask when can I expect the buzzer to be fixed because it is hard to get in building when there’s two of us and only 1 fob, all I got was a form to fill and ignorant attitude from receptionist. My girlfriend went to management office to inquire about buzzer in evening while I was on call with my girlfriend. The response she received from receptionist was utterly disrespectful, unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope management takes an action towards this issue rather than replying on reviews.

This apartment complex is infested with cockroaches. Water may be free to hydrate and propagate the roaches?

If I can give 0 stars I will this place is the worst place I’ve ever rented in my life terrible management, pests everywhere, and terrible maintenance. I would highly recommend anyone to not rent here you will be highly disappointed.

The people & staff are friendly BUT.the new cleaning lady does not clean the
hallway rug very often she has to be told “ItsTime” she cleans once a month
it should be done every week. Its too bad previous cleaner was perfect

Ceiling has been like this for 3 months.building superintendent doesn’t care…vacuum hall rugs not been done in 2 weeks.poor management

There are cockroaches everywhere, had to get the exterminators in twice and we still have to many to count running around. We pay our monthly rent on time every month but yet we still get notified with a note on our door saying we'll be evicted if we don't pay, even though we already have. We have to constantly go down to the office to get that rectified.

On top of all that there is not enough parking in this lot for everyone and sometimes I have to cycle the parking lot for 10 min waiting for someone to leave. Every apartment has assigned parking for the residents that live in it and they have a small amount of guest parking. I don't see why the people who live here has to deal with no parking all the time.

This place is poorly run and managed and it's very frustrating at times.

WORST PLACE TO RENT. One of the things that makes this place soo awful to rent. It's their management and rental office terrible customer service. They won't do anything to help you or to assist you in any matter. The only way for them to actually do something is if they are going to benefit from it. Their lack of control of the parking areas is another problem. They don't even bother to check which cars are from actual tenants and which are not making parking inside the complex a nightmare specially in winter. The attitude of their employees is rude, un-professional, and abusive. It is definitely not worth having to pay $950+ a month for a place
