Heat. They're reliable and have great service. We've never been disappointed with their employees!

Where can I start. We had a technician come into our home to install a thermostat. We needed wires installed so that the thermostat could work. The technician did the job and told us our equipment was 100% working. When he was leaving I noticed we couldn’t control our fan and the thermostat was set to a boiler (we have a gas furnace). So my dad rushed to his van and asked him why the fan wasn’t working he said you just had to configure the thermostat and it should work and he drove off. I talked to the technician again he told me he was coming right back and I replied I will be waiting. I called back four times and patiently waited four hours. I was promised by the last person I talked to from the call centre that someone would come today. Then the manager called me and gave me the run around saying he’ll do his “best” to have someone over tomorrow. I’m speechless I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional badly managed company before. We will never be calling them ever again after they finish the job that should’ve been done correctly. The honest truth is that their technicians didn’t want to come back because they want to watch their precious Maple Leafs game. Well I hope the Leafs will lose. We paid 190$ for someone to install a thermostat incorrectly. We should get a credit towards the wire installation!

Mitul did maintenance on our Furnace. Technician was very thorough and informative. Actually took photos of everything he worked on. Exceptional service!

Always great service. They replaced the thermostat sensor that stopped functioning after only 2 years.

Called 669 Heat about my water heater which was not working. Friendly staff, showed up in a timely fashion and diagnosed the problem. All good until the tried charging me $375 for a $48 part. So glad I checked Home Depot. Parts mark up is expected but 8.3 times retail, shamefully greedy.

When issues were brought up, both installation crews addressed our concerns. Work was started and completed as agreed.

The guys were very friendly and very competent. They put our new Furnace and AC in and answered all of our questions. They even did a good job of cleaning up after the job. I highly recommend them! Thanks!

Our Carrier ductless A/C unit was showing an error and wasn’t cooling after starting it up for the first time this summer. Josh came out the next day to assess it, and found it would need a new motherboard. He ordered the part, it arrived a week later, and Josh returned to install it 2 days after it had arrived (my earliest convenience). He had the old one removed and the new one installed in the same amount of time it took me to wash a sink full of dirty dishes! He also took some extra time to explain some functionalities of the system and remote. Super efficient, kind, and worth every penny.

Our hot water heater is nearing the end of its life and the first time our pilot needed to be cleaned we had called a few companies with all of them stating they wouldn’t be able to come in within a week. We then called 669-heat and not only were they quick to answer and helpful over the phone, but they sent a technician within the hour. Ray was so informative and let us know what we needed to look at if this happens again. Price was fair and the work was well done. The second time our pilot light went out we called again and spoke with Emma (very helpful and lovely on the phone) who directed us to Kyle. Kyle came to our home within a couple hours, fixed the issue and was able to inform us on the next steps now that this has happened a second time. We requested a quote for a new water heater and will be using them again in the future.

Price is fair, the work is top notch, and the service and information given by both technicians all culminated in great service. We recommend this company to anyone.

Had a new furnace and a/c unit installed last fall. I tried to turn on a/c, no go! Called 669-HEAT spoke with a lady and within 5 minutes a technician called me back and walked me through it. Great service as always. Thanks!

I have only gotten a quote so far but Jacques Beaudoin was friendly, knowledgeable answered all my questions helpful i still have to think things through but I would highly recommend.

The man that came to fix our fireplace was polite explained everything to me I felt as though he was very competent I was very pleased with what he did.

Service, price and equipment is and was top notch! I had asked some people who had used Northern Air and how the company was to deal with before I went ahead. The people that used them said they were very happy with their service even after they had their furnace and a/c installed. Some had a few minor issues that were resolved and taken care of promptly. I would recommend dealing with Northern Air. We are glad we did.
