Terrible service. Wouldn’t even give them one star. I booked them for my brothers wedding and the limo driver was a nightmare. He was FIGHTING with and YELLING at the groom and rushing them because he had another booking to get to but we had booked from 11: 30-12: 30pm AND WE WERE STILL IN OUR TIME FRAME. He also called me at 11: 30pm the NIGHT BEFORE the wedding to ask if we could leave the house sooner because he has another booking? He forced me to tip him $50 before he would drive anywhere and then proceeded to give a TERRIBLE service. When I talked to the owner about my experience and asked for a refund for the $50 tip I was forced to give the driver he ignored my message. Don’t risk it, book somewhere else. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The driver was very patient and accommodating. He made sure we were connected to the bluetooth before ever leaving anywhere. Love the dude!

Last night was the first time my daughter and her friends rode in a limo alone, as it was for their prom! They had booked the limo themselves and I was super worried that things wouldn’t go well. But, once the driver had arrived, his name was Zia, all my stress went away! He was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He made us moms feel so safe and secure! He was so kind to all the kids, he assisted all the kids as they got into the limo and out. He played the perfect style music and the limo was so clean and just overall absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend! Thanks 6drive for making theyre night unforgettable!

I booked our Limo through Facebook messenger. The person I was dealing with was very responsive and we worked together to create a positive experience. We crammed 14 dudes in for a bachelor party. It was tight but we made it happen. Our driver Frank was Awesome. He was on time and we never had any issues. Limo was clean and well maintained. It was the black one. We laughed that there were happy birthday balloons and roses and red decor. The only odd thing was that Frank the driver had asked for his Tip up front which we didn’t agree with but paid anyways. He should've waited for the end of the night though……. He might have received more $$.
I will use these guys again in the future!

Giving this company 1 star is GENEROUS. Yesterday, was our daughters 16th bday and we ordered a Limo more than a week ago for the occasion. We confirmed the Limo on both Thursday and Friday. On Saturday, the day of pick-up, NO Limo showed up and no one from this company answered calls or returned messages. The driver answered on 1 occasion and said he had been "pulled over" by Police. For a moment, we believed him. But after that he never called back and never came and no one got back to us even up to the point of writing this review. I had to scramble and spend and call another car service to take 14 girls to downtown Toronto on a Saturday afternoon. Absolutely ridiculous. My wife was so upset and this caused a huge delay on the commencement of her party. This is the WORST Limo company ever and I would highly suggest everyone avoid using it. I have been in the service industry for 40 years and we have NEVER EVER let a customer/client down this badly. This place should just close shop and call it a day because they certainly do NOT know how to run a business. Lastly, please don't respond with some generic apology your SEO guy tells you to write. Just know that your poor business-acumen almost ruined an event that happens only once in a young lady's life. Your Pathetic.

Super super bad service, I would not recommend for anyone, we made a big mistake by giving them all the cash + gratuity and extra stop cost upfront. Limo did not show up to pick us up on time, we waited an extra hour for them to send us another limo, the driver excuse was he went to the drop off location first by mistake instead of pick up location and we are talking about Hamilton to Mississauga distance, drivers/owners are very rude, don't answer your call and definitely don't accept their cash offer on saving on taxes. Plus they took all our belongings. They don't even deserve 1 star in my opinion Zero star.
They also send us one of there old car we can smell the fume inside.

Such a great company and wonderful experience. I rented a limo for our wedding, they were on time and the limo was neat and clean, my bridemaids left their purse with 2000$ and her cellphone in the limo, our stuff was safe with them and their returned them next day.
We have a wonderful experience and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Booked an SUV limo that I was assured fit 14 people.
Once the limo arrived, it was clear that only 12 fit. If we were to try to fit 2 more people they would be sitting on the ground. None of our party were big people or anything of that sort, so when I brought up this issue with the driver and the person on the phone, their response was that the limo fits 14 so it's not their problem. Even when I showed them that physically 12 people filled the limo, they stuck to their guns and said it fits 14. When there was no getting around that response, they recommended that I get the larger SUV Limo (Hummer) that fits 18 people. Seeing as that they arrived 10 minutes late already, I had no intention of waiting further for the larger limo. Ironically, I would have requested the larger limo and paid more from the beginning if I knew this would have been the case. Instead I had to order an Uber for the members of my team since they couldn't make it in the limo. It's a shame that no accountability was taken as it would have saved me money if I knew to get the larger limo from the beginning and save on the Uber cost on top.
The SUV limo itself was quite dated and not as luxurious as the pictures depict, but it's quite normal these days.
Communication was fairly quick and the driver was good otherwise, but the capacity issue left a sour taste in the overall experience.

I used their services for my brothers sweet 16. At first I requested that they come at 6: 30 but then a few days before the booking I asked to change the pick up time to 5: 40. (As you can see from the screenshots below, they assured that it wasn’t an issue)

The day comes and I message them at 5: 40 asking where the driver was, as we had reservation for 7. The driver said that he was told to pick us up at 6: 30.

The driver arrives at 6: 30 with a white Lincoln Navigator when I requested a black one (again you can see this in the messages attached). He asked for the money upfront so I gave him 400$ cash as requested.

During the trip to the restaurant the driver kept the partition down, not giving my brother and his friends any privacy. When asked if he could put it up he said that it was broken. As you could imagine this wasn’t a pleasant experience.

After the drop off the driver requests a tip. I told him I would t be tipping since they came late, gave me the wrong car, and kept the partition down the whole ride. He proceed to call us broke and threatened to get their lawyers involved. It’s been a few days and I’m still waiting to hear back from their “lawyers”

Please do not use their services as they are highly unprofessional.

I would highly recommend this company. Prices are incredibly good, friendly professional service. The driver went above and beyond for us. He even picked flowers and gave to my little girl who beamed from ear to ear all the way home. Great service from start of booking to end of day. Great company! Will be using them as long as they stay on the road.

Worst limo company EVER! We chose the black Lincoln suv, car itself was rusted everywhere on the outside and looked like it was almost spray painted.
Interior was falling apart, DIRTY glasses we couldn’t even drink out of, the Bluetooth wasn’t working, it kept cutting in and out every time we hit a bump and kept pairing and unpairing during the entire ride.sound system was horrible only 2 speakers worked in the entire car.

We contacted the owner as soon as we got in the car, but driver had already received payment so the owner at that point didn’t care and still hasn’t answered any of my calls or texts since lastnight.

Driver was 30 minutes late to pick us up.we went to a concert 30 minutes away for a round trip he charged us $500 to sit in this piece of junk.

Driver demanded his tip which we did NOT give.
You receive tip for good service, this was far from good service.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! Choose any other limo company besides this one.

Great at responding in a timely manner, they were on time for pick up and drop off and I found they had the most competitive rates amongst other limo companies. Highly recommend!

Multiple issues with this company will never use them again or recommending them to anyone first I've requested a white Lincoln navigator limo they show up with a ford excursion in black as well as driver was late then the limo was dirty so driver cleaned it out in front of us and used my garbage bins is unprofessional now I'm 40mins late for my reservation then driver Demand payment up front rudely unprofessional.then they try to rush my 5hr I've rented them for then on our way back the driver pulls over and starting to demand his tip

Great service. Driver was slightly delayed, but they contacted me right away, let me know when exactly he would arrive. Driver was great and friendly. Will use the service again for sure.
