WORST 711 ever.i am a regular customer.they are always super slow.never know what there doing.sold me a phone card.n it was the wrong 1.when I went to change it.they told me NO.then i asked to talk to the manager.they told me NO. Then Ester walks away.to talk about me to her co worker.thinking I can't hear her. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.if u want to talk about a customer.wait till they leave. Absolutely disgusting. Definitely don't advise going to this location

I have been going to this store easily for over 15+ years and have ALWAYS had a great experience with all the team, especially Esther. She always goes beyond the norm to be pleasant and accommodating. Keep up the great work!

Love this place and they have really good customer service. They have really gif laughed and they are good food obtains got JCR and ND kids to have for lunch!

Every time I come here it seems like I need to explain how paying for gas works to the employees… But at least it’s cheaper than most places in Ajax.

I ordered few things through uber and they gave my driver all the incorect items when i called in to complaint they said becuase im complaining they choose not to help me.

This place is filthy, cashier with no mask and seen a guy putting a dropped wings back onto the hot hold show case. Stay away

This place does not care about people in line, they only care about uber orders. How do you have six people working and only one on cash and the other five getting uber orders. A lady in line actually called them out and another almost fainted. Please take care of customers in line

By far the slowest 7/11 iv been too. Staff here defines "lazy and useless" at a whole new level. If you do go in, be prepared for a 5-10minutes wait as the staff chills around while the line builds up behind you.they dont know even know where products are and every time you have to tell them where to look in their own store.every time!

711 is great! Gas is a good price. They have all my favourite drinks. They sell a lot of slushie flavours. I like that they give free drinks sometimes with the app. Service is fast here.

I like coming here for gas, always cheaper than the other guys. I like the variety of drink options. Staff is pretty good. Only thing is they have problems with their gas and lotto computers. It’s kind of annoying when you need to pay and you can’t.

The Lady working there has no respect for customers at all. I wasn’t done fuelling the gas, she stopped the machine & started yelling on the speaker to pay her. Like I wasn’t going to runaway without paying for it. I was there with my kid. She just has no respect. Never going there again in life.

It has become such a cash grab. Constantly bombarding you to buy something even after you've tried to say no kindly at least 5 times.
The last time I was there with my 8yr old son & the cashier kept telling him that she knows he would like to have some pizza! So I said no to your first 5 suggestions of what I should buy so you try with my 8yr old!

I went in to get an AUX cord and the lady kept trying to promote cookies and drinks to me after I said that I don’t want anything else but what I came here for. She then asked me if I want to sign up for rewards, after telling her no, she continued to push me to enter my phone number on the screen. She has no customer service and she works like she’s in a rush. Girl your job is not running away from you, just relax.

I do like the Asian man that works there though, he’s such a sweet heart and is very kind. Hope he is well.

This is Literally the worst 7/11 in existence.recently as in a year or so after the new manager came in (the sri lankin guy). This new manger does not know how to treat his customers and the very idea of customer respect is not there. I recently Just went and he didn't expect my mobile points even though i had enough for the drink and it was qued up.this manager is also very racist as in he follows people of color around the store and doesn't let us touch anything with out saying dont touch that if your not going to buy it.this 711 also gave me food poisoning.this place is very dirty and i think that the whole staff needs to be changed for much nicer ones.i wont be coming here again and i highly recommend you don't either.their better option is the on the esso and on the run convenience store across the street much better service and much nicer and the store is much cleaner

Typical of most 7-11's. Won't give out Big Bucks for fuel receipts, rude staff, dirty everywhere on the property, bad coffee!
