I wouldnt even give this location 1 star if i had the option. The staff dont know how to treat their customers and Ive felt targeted almost every time ive went there as it is the closest gas station to my house. They look at you weird and make you feel unwelcomed even if you’re just looking around. They are very ignorant and impolite. Please train them on how to speak and greet customers. I would love to speak to management about this.

Side note: i rarely leave reviews on any businesses however I felt the need to for this as it’s completely unacceptable.

At night the idiot lady working there asked me to come after 20 mins as she was busy doing cleaning inside…this is not the way you treat customers

Lazy employees like Shiva who don't want to work + this store never restocks and everything is overpriced like crazy.

If I could give one star I would. I visited this 7-Eleven location this past weekend. When I walked in the store was visibly dirty. They had one of their slurpee machines broken.

We saw they had a sign on their ice cream cooler that said 2/$6 for Nestle King Size 180g ice cream. When I took them to the counter, the two rang up for a total of $9. I informed the cashier that they are supposed to be 2/$6, I went with her to look at the sign and she gave me a bunch of excuses to why this was not the price. I told her that if it is being advertised for that price you must honour it. She continued to refuse saying the sticker is old. So to avoid problems I chose a different ice cream (Klondik) that was marked at $3.59. When I got to the register it rang up as $4 and a couple of cents + tax. Frustrated at this point I went back with the lady and she raised her voice at me telling me that the $3.59 tag was for a different ice cream. What I find funny is that there was no price tags of over $4. But multiple of their ice creams were scanning for over $4. I did not buy the ice cream and did not appreciate the employee's attitude. Both ladies working Saturday April 15th at 6ish, require an attitude check, and a refresher as to what customer service is.

Will not be going back and will be reporting, as this goes against the Scanning Code of Practice in Ontario.

Ordered through Uber Eats and had the worst experience. The cheesecake I ordered had green mould on it. The pizza slice was dry and as hard as a rock. You could tell they were very old. I cannot believe this is what is being sold to customers. Very very disgusting. I also had 2 missing items on top of that. I won’t ever be ordering from this place again.

I bought almonds yesterday and notice they are expired since January 21 and still selling them, very irresponsible management

I came in here at about 8: 45 pm on September 5th. After I got my stuff, I approached the counter where I saw two ladies sitting on the floor chatting away. They were more interested in chatting then doing checkout. They were exhibiting rude and hostile passive aggressive behaviour and behaving as if customers are interfering with their gossiping. Employees here must realize they are here to do a job and not chit chat.

Accused me of stealing overpriced deodorant
When I put it back since I found the price lower on Amazon

Then she charged me 15 dollars for 5 taquuitos

Incident date: Oct 16,2021.arround 9: 00PM.a lady & a boy was covering the shift. I bought public mobile payment voucher for $40 and some lottries.my total bill for all this was $52.i paid the full amount but they just gave me lottries not that voucher. (may be they forgot to give it to me). I did not realize at that time because I just made a roll of whatever they gave me and came out of the store.then arround 11: 00pm i thought to recharge my phone. I just realized at that time that i just have lottries but not any voucher.i looked everywhere in my car too.but it was not there. Then i went to 7 eleven again, but at that time there was a new girl and i described the whole scenario to her, but she did not help me.she did not even tried to help me.said straight no and was not listening my point.all she was saying come back on monday and talk to manger.what if i need to recharge my phone urgently and cant wait until monday? I want to say that girl, u should know how to do customer service and speak to customers in a polite way.she was behaving like she does not know anything.on top of that her way of talking was not supportive and polite.not happy with the response of that girl.

Edit- I waited two days for manager to come and solve this issue.but manager looked greedy and seemed like dont want to correct his employees mistake and dont want to give me voucher.i went 7AM in the morning and asked him to give my voucher.i am sure he knew this issue already beacaue i went there 2 times before that but still his reply was come in the afternoon i will look (in a rude way) are you serious? Why would i waste my time again? Also he said i need to take other customers while there was no any customer in the store at that time.now my question is i gave $52 business to your store and you dont consider me a customer? Such a bullshit reply from manager i've heard.then i told in the same tone as him that i will not go without taking my voucher today because i already came 3 times and hearing the same reply again & again.then he checked the cameras and gave me voucher.it proved that he just wanted to give me hard time and waste my time by saying "come later on". My time has value & i am not free to come again & again.there was a reason behind i came early in the morning.i also had to go for work after that.make sure to educte you & your employees how to do proper customer service.

I would also like to mention - only sunaina sodhi seemed supportive among all of the employees (including manger) because she checked the cameras last night and told me that voucher was never printed and given to me.her reply was genuine.but manger looked very greedy.it seemed he wanted to give me hard time but unfortunately he failed so sad.

Old lady that works in the evening is Really rude…Very rude staff, I read all other reviews, everyone says the same. I hope the owner really starts thinking about it, or he/she is gonna lose lot of customers… just saying

Here is a lady who is soo diseespectful to indian people. I dont know her name she has golden blonde bob cut hair style. A lady with to chilnden came to buy some choclate to her children. She shope then goed to counter for billing and she sid hey to that casheir lady and she didnt reply then after billing she didnot even put her stuf in polythin lady ask for bags and then she just throw the bag at the table then the costumer lady put the chocolates in it one by one and it same happens to me again… worst experince here

Nice building, somewhat nice staff. Washrooms are disgusting. I see a lot of younger kids steal candy there so they better be on the watch for that.

I go in store around 12: 45AM for use washroom but at customer service lady not allow me to use washroom & she's very rude ask me night time store manager stop using washroom to customer

First ever visit, having to read other reviews I usually don't have many bad experiences. I went in to get a couple slushies, the lady was pretty busy stocking hot foods and doing some paperwork, yet very helpful and friendly, also I didn't ask to use the washroom lol.seemed like other reviews complain about washroom usages. The only downfall is 1 broken slushy machine other than that it's all good.

Poor customer service, Most of the times the slurpy machines aren’t working. The people at night shift are reluctant to serve u. Not coming back.

One of the worst staff and customer service I have ever seen in any business or corporation. 7-eleven usually has an average customer service and staff but this location should not be running anymore or there needs to be a staff chance, especially the manager. I tried to use the washroom and the manager yelled at me like I killed someone. Another time she accused me of stealing something two days before I went back in when I have the receipt for the items paid. I work in law enforcement and she is not allowed to ban anyone from the store based off false accusations. Corporate needs to put the hammer down on the manager and this location in general. Very disappointed that there has to be a bad location in my area.

Very rude staff. Boycott this gas station.here only staff can use washroom. Washroom is not for customer.

Gas price shows outside $1.04 (Regular 87),
when i enter one lady quickly update something, I clearly saw when i comes out from my vehicle, i was just seeing what’s going on in store, when no customer inside the store,
when i saw on machine
price was $1.11, i was only entered at this station nearly 00: 30 am, price changes to almost 0.07 per litre within 10-15 seconds, is this by chance or a trick for customers, I don’t know, but happens to me first time, i m disappointed and they lost not 1 customer, they lost 4 customers from my family.

(Tejinder) there staff was so rude, I asked about pre rolled cones, she got irritated and replied me back with very rude way.
She have 0 customer skills. Dosen't deserve this job ruining 7 eleven reputation. Nobody talked to me like that in this store.

The pizza was horrible. Tasted like expired cardboard and we couldn’t even eat it. The two stars are because the customer service was amazing.

They didn't let me use the washroom. She said its out of service for no reason. I won't stop again here for gas.

Came here saturday at 4: 15 am. The door was locked, waited 15 mins. Only to be told by the employee working, that the store is currenlty closed, and will open at 6 a.m.

I thought this location was 24h/7.

Lady at the front was rude. I asked her if I can use the washroom she rudely said “ it’s closed “ and continued with her chores. No sorry no explanation nothing. I get it it’s their rules but you don’t have to be rude to a stranger who you won’t even see ever.this was around 1.30 AM JUNE 16,2020.

Fill up gas here from time to time. Gas prices are alright. Great service inside.always have some deals going on for food and drinks. Ive got free hot chocolate before and it is actually really good. Chips ahoy flavour

Day Saturday (14 Dec 2019) time around 7pm. Associates don't know to talk with the customers. I ordered wings and strips and they told me about an offer of pizza and wings combo. When they brought the pizza (unbaked), it was a combo of 2 pizza and wings. I denied the combo and told them to just pack the wings and strips but still they added 1 pizza in my order. I refused to pay and she (last name- Patel) started shouting on me and the other customers later told me that she was behaving very rude with customers. I think you should teach them how to behave with customers.

Caught one of the associates rounding off on credit card transactions, when mentioned instead of apologizing she just says i will give you 5 cents, which i did not take. Please train your staff properly its not about my 5 cents, its about cheating.

Store is pretty clean. The slushie and big glup area is what is is and people (customers) are messy and spill drinks even as they are cleaning the area. The only issue I've seen is they change the slushie flavors almost every other week and they find the worst flavors to put in there. Even the hot food isn't bad. I think I've tried just about everything there. Also gas is one of the cheapest around. Just go at night to get the best prices.

Amazing store! Just wanted to know the name of that indian girl that works there, I think her name is simran, shes average in height. Shes so nice and I wanted to get her number. Any help would be great

LVE going here it's everyone's favorite slushy play with refreshing drinks and candy plus you could get gas from the front of the store along with coffee, hot chocolate, etc. The service isn't what I would most admire but, what I could get from the store is all I need!

Every single time we go there, it’s amazing. The staff are very helpful. First time I went; I was able to get a free refill on my slushie which made me very happy. The food is good and fresh.

I came to this store in the morning 6 am and bought a $100 top up card. As advertised in the current promotion from speak out wireless, I am supposed to receive a free 3 in 1 Sim card.

The made me wait until the manager come to the store for that (7.00am). After the manager also needed more time to find Sim card for me.

The store was not busy. He was busy in arranging the lottery tickets and kept me waiting for over 15 minutes To give me the Sim card

The option they gave me was come back later. That is very rude. Never go there again. Such a bad start of the day. Giving g one star because there is no option for 0

I have been coming to this story since its opening! My wife and me do long commute everyday we always buy a gas from this story with reasonable prices my kids also love the pizza! We spend give and take $800 a month to this store! This good experience ruined by the name of Eric who is very disrespectful and has no customer service skills what so ever! He is very lazy I'm afraid he does the same thing to other customers! I have never had bad experience in this store except this guy please take my comment very seriously and please watch this guy!
